¹พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า

¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²"จงกล่าวแก่คนอิสราเอลว่า เมื่อเจ้าทั้งหลายจะเข้าในแผ่นดินที่เจ้าจะเข้าอาศัยอยู่ ซึ่งเราให้แก่เจ้านั้น

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,

³ถ้าผู้ใดจะนำเครื่องบูชาจากฝูงวัวหรือจากฝูงแพะแกะไปถวายพระเยโฮวาห์เป็นเครื่องบูชาด้วยไฟ คือเครื่องเผาบูชา หรือเครื่องสัตวบูชาทำตามคำปฏิญาณ หรือเป็นเครื่องบูชาด้วยใจสมัคร หรือในการเลี้ยงตามกำหนด กระทำให้มีกลิ่นที่พอพระทัยแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

³and will make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a freewill offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock;

⁴ก็ให้ผู้ที่นำเครื่องบูชานั้นนำธัญญบูชาถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ คือยอดแป้งหนึ่งในสิบเอฟาห์คลุกกับน้ำมันหนึ่งในสี่ฮิน

⁴then he who offers his offering shall offer to Yahweh a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of oil:

⁵และเจ้าจงจัดน้ำองุ่นหนึ่งในสี่ฮินสำหรับลูกแกะทุกตัว เป็นเครื่องดื่มบูชาคู่กับเครื่องเผาบูชาคู่กับเครื่องสัตวบูชา

⁵and wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin, you shall prepare with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

⁶หรือสำหรับแกะผู้ตัวหนึ่งเจ้าจงจัดธัญญบูชาด้วยยอดแป้งสองในสิบเอฟาห์คลุกน้ำมันหนึ่งในสามฮิน

⁶“‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil:

⁷และสำหรับเป็นเครื่องดื่มบูชา เจ้าจงถวายน้ำองุ่นหนึ่งในสามฮิน ให้เป็นกลิ่นที่พอพระทัยแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

⁷and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

⁸เมื่อเจ้าจัดวัวผู้เป็นเครื่องเผาบูชา หรือเป็นเครื่องสัตวบูชาทำตามคำปฏิญาณ หรือให้เป็นสันติบูชาแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

⁸When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh;

⁹ก็ให้นำธัญญบูชามียอดแป้งสามในสิบเอฟาห์คลุกน้ำมันครึ่งฮินมาบูชาพร้อมกับวัวผู้นั้น

⁹then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil:

¹⁰และให้นำเครื่องดื่มบูชามีน้ำองุ่นครึ่งฮินให้เป็นการบูชาด้วยไฟ เป็นกลิ่นที่พอพระทัยแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

¹⁰and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹¹จงกระทำอย่างนี้สำหรับวัวผู้หรือแกะผู้ทุกตัว หรือสำหรับลูกแกะหรือลูกแพะทุกตัว

¹¹Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.

¹²ตามจำนวนสัตว์ที่จัดมา จงกระทำตามส่วนนี้แก่สัตว์ทุกๆตัว

¹²According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.

¹³บรรดาชาวพื้นเมืองต้องกระทำอย่างนี้ทุกคน เมื่อจะถวายเครื่องบูชาด้วยไฟ เป็นกลิ่นที่พอพระทัยแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

¹³“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹⁴ถ้าคนต่างด้าวที่มาอาศัยอยู่กับเจ้า หรือคนหนึ่งคนใดท่ามกลางเจ้าตลอดชั่วอายุของเจ้าจะใคร่ถวายเครื่องบูชาด้วยไฟ เป็นกลิ่นที่พอพระทัยแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ ก็ให้เขาทั้งหลายกระทำเหมือนเจ้าทั้งหลายได้กระทำนั้น

¹⁴If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; as you do, so he shall do.

¹⁵จะต้องมีกฎอย่างเดียวกันสำหรับชุมนุมชนและสำหรับคนต่างด้าวผู้มาอาศัยอยู่กับเจ้า เป็นกฎถาวรตลอดชั่วอายุของเจ้า คือเจ้าเป็นอย่างใด คนต่างด้าวก็เป็นอย่างนั้นต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์

¹⁵For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the foreigner be before Yahweh.

¹⁶จะต้องมีพระราชบัญญัติอย่างเดียวกันและลักษณะอย่างเดียวกันสำหรับเจ้าและสำหรับคนต่างด้าวที่มาอาศัยอยู่กับเจ้า"

¹⁶One law and one ordinance shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”

¹⁷พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า

¹⁷Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁸"จงกล่าวแก่คนอิสราเอลว่า เมื่อเจ้าทั้งหลายมาถึงแผ่นดินที่เราจะพาเจ้าไป

¹⁸“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,

¹⁹และเมื่อเจ้ารับประทานอาหารแห่งแผ่นดินนั้น เจ้าจงนำเครื่องบูชาถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

¹⁹then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Yahweh.

²⁰จงเอาแป้งเปียกผลแรกทำขนมก้อนหนึ่งถวายเป็นเครื่องบูชา เป็นเครื่องบูชาที่ได้จากลานนวดข้าว เจ้าจงถวายเช่นว่านี้

²⁰Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering: as the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.

²¹จงเอาแป้งเปียกผลแรกถวายเป็นเครื่องบูชาแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ตลอดชั่วอายุของเจ้า

²¹Of the first of your dough you shall give to Yahweh a wave offering throughout your generations.

²²ถ้าเจ้าทั้งหลายได้ประพฤติผิดมิได้รักษาพระบัญญัติเหล่านี้ทุกประการ ซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสสั่งแก่โมเสส

²²“‘When you shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which Yahweh has spoken to Moses,

²³ทุกประการซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงบัญชาไว้ทางโมเสส ตั้งแต่วันที่พระเยโฮวาห์ประทานพระบัญชาแก่โมเสส และต่อๆไปตลอดชั่วอายุของเจ้า

²³even all that Yahweh has commanded you by Moses, from the day that Yahweh gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;

²⁴แล้วถ้าประชาชนได้กระทำผิดโดยไม่เจตนา โดยที่ชุมนุมชนไม่รู้เห็น ชุมนุมชนทั้งหมดต้องถวายวัวหนุ่มตัวหนึ่งเป็นเครื่องเผาบูชา ให้เป็นกลิ่นที่พอพระทัยแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ พร้อมกับธัญญบูชาและเครื่องดื่มบูชาคู่กันตามลักษณะ และถวายลูกแพะผู้ตัวหนึ่งเป็นเครื่องบูชาไถ่บาป

²⁴then it shall be, if it be done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, with the meal offering of it, and the drink offering of it, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.

²⁵และให้ปุโรหิตทำการลบมลทินบาปให้แก่ชุมนุมชนอิสราเอลทั้งหมด และเขาทั้งหลายจะได้รับอภัยโทษ เพราะเป็นการผิดโดยไม่เจตนา และเขาจำนำเครื่องบูชาของเขามาถวายด้วยไฟแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ และถวายเครื่องบูชาไถ่บาปต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์ เพราะความผิดโดยไม่เจตนาของเขา

²⁵The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error:

²⁶และชุมนุมชนอิสราเอลทั้งหมดจะได้รับอภัยโทษ พร้อมกับคนต่างด้าวผู้อยู่ท่ามกลางเขาทั้งหลาย เพราะว่าพลเมืองทั้งหมดเกี่ยวพันกับความผิดนั้นอันเกิดขึ้นโดยไม่เจตนา

²⁶and all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for in respect of all the people it was done unwittingly.

²⁷ถ้าบุคคลคนหนึ่งคนใดกระทำผิดโดยไม่รู้ตัว ก็ให้ผู้นั้นเอาแพะเมียอายุขวบหนึ่งไปเป็นเครื่องบูชาไถ่บาป

²⁷“‘If one person sins unwittingly, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.

²⁸และให้ปุโรหิตกระทำการลบมลทินบาปต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์ให้บุคคลนั้น ผู้กระทำผิดเมื่อเขากระทำบาปโดยไม่รู้ตัว เพื่อทำการลบมลทินบาปเขาเสีย และเขาจะได้รับอภัยโทษ

²⁸The priest shall make atonement for the soul who errs, when he sins unwittingly, before Yahweh, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.

²⁹ให้เจ้ามีพระราชบัญญัติอย่างเดียวสำหรับผู้กระทำผิดโดยไม่รู้ตัว คือคนอิสราเอลผู้เป็นชาวพื้นเมืองและผู้เป็นคนต่างด้าวที่อยู่ท่ามกลางเขา

²⁹You shall have one law for him who does anything unwittingly, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.

³⁰แต่บุคคลที่บังอาจกระทำการใดๆโดยพลการ ไม่ว่าเขาจะเกิดในแผ่นดินนั้นหรือเป็นคนต่างด้าวก็ดี ผู้นั้นเหยียดหยามพระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกตัดขาดจากชนชาติของตน

³⁰“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Yahweh; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

³¹เพราะเขาได้สบประมาทพระดำรัสของพระเยโฮวาห์และทำผิดพระบัญญัติของพระองค์ ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกตัดขาดอย่างสิ้นเชิง ให้เขารับโทษความชั่วช้าของตน"

³¹Because he has despised the word of Yahweh, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.’”

³²ขณะเมื่อคนอิสราเอลอยู่ในถิ่นทุรกันดาร เขาพบคนหนึ่งไปเก็บฟืนในวันสะบาโต

³²While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.

³³ผู้ที่พบเขาเก็บฟืนก็พาเขามาหาโมเสสและอาโรน และมาหาชุมนุมชนทั้งหมด

³³Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

³⁴เขาจึงจำคนนั้นไว้ เพราะยังไม่แจ้งว่าจะกระทำอย่างไรแก่เขา

³⁴They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

³⁵และพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า "ชายผู้นั้นต้องถึงตาย ชุมนุมชนทั้งหมดต้องเอาหินขว้างเขาที่นอกค่าย"

³⁵Yahweh said to Moses, “The man shall surely be put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”

³⁶และชุมนุมชนทั้งหมดจึงพาเขามานอกค่าย และเอาหินขว้างเขาจนตาย ตามที่พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงบัญชาโมเสส

³⁶All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones; as Yahweh commanded Moses.

³⁷พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า

³⁷Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

³⁸"จงพูดกับคนอิสราเอลและสั่งเขาให้ทำพู่ที่มุมชายเสื้อตลอดชั่วอายุของเขา ให้เอาด้ายสีฟ้าติดพู่ที่มุมทุกมุม

³⁸“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them that they should make themselves fringes or, tassels (Hebrew tzitzit) in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe or, tassel of each border a cord of blue:

³⁹เพื่อเจ้าจะมองดูพู่นั้น และจดจำพระบัญญัติทั้งสิ้นของพระเยโฮวาห์ และปฏิบัติตาม เพื่อเจ้าจะไม่กระทำอะไรตามความพอใจพอตาของเจ้าซึ่งเจ้ามักหลงตามนั้น

³⁹and it shall be to you for a fringe or, tassel , that you may look on it, and remember all the commandments of Yahweh, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;

⁴⁰เพื่อว่าเจ้าจะจดจำและกระทำตามบัญญัติทั้งสิ้นของเรา และเป็นคนบริสุทธิ์แด่พระเจ้าของเจ้า

⁴⁰that you may remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

⁴¹เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเจ้าผู้นำเจ้าออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์ เพื่อเป็นพระเจ้าของเจ้า เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเจ้า"

⁴¹I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am Yahweh your God.”
