1พระเจ้าผู้ทรงมหิทธิฤทธิ์คือพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสและทรงเรียกแผ่นดินโลก ตั้งแต่ที่ดวงอาทิตย์ขึ้นจนถึงที่ดวงอาทิตย์ตก
1The Mighty One, God, Yahweh, speaks, and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.
2พระเจ้าทรงทอแสงออกมาจากศิโยนนครแห่งความงามหมดจด
2Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines forth.
3พระเจ้าของเราจะเสด็จมา พระองค์จะมิได้ทรงเงียบอยู่ เพลิงจะเผาผลาญมาข้างหน้าพระองค์ รอบพระองค์คือวาตะอันทรงมหิทธิฤทธิ์
3Our God comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours before him. It is very stormy around him.
4พระองค์จะทรงเรียกถึงฟ้าสวรรค์เบื้องบน และถึงแผ่นดินโลก เพื่อพระองค์จะทรงพิพากษาประชาชนของพระองค์ว่า
4He calls to the heavens above, to the earth, that he may judge his people:
5"จงรวบรวมบรรดาวิสุทธิชนของเรามาให้เรา ผู้กระทำพันธสัญญากับเราด้วยเครื่องสัตวบูชา"
5“Gather my saints together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
6ฟ้าสวรรค์จะประกาศความชอบธรรมของพระองค์ เพราะพระเจ้านั่นแหละทรงเป็นผู้พิพากษา เซลาห์
6The heavens shall declare his righteousness, for God himself is judge. Selah.
7"โอ ประชาชนของเราเอ๋ย จงฟัง และเราจะพูด โอ อิสราเอลเอ๋ย เราจะเป็นพยานปรักปรำเจ้า เราเป็นพระเจ้า พระเจ้าของเจ้า
7“Hear, my people, and I will speak; Israel, and I will testify against you. I am God, your God.
8เราจะมิได้ตักเตือนเจ้าเรื่องเครื่องสัตวบูชาของเจ้า เครื่องเผาบูชาของเจ้ามีอยู่ต่อหน้าเราเสมอ
8I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices. Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
9เราจะไม่รับวัวผู้จากเรือนของเจ้า หรือแพะผู้จากคอกของเจ้า
9I have no need for a bull from your stall, nor male goats from your pens.
10เพราะสัตว์ทุกตัวในป่าเป็นของเรา ทั้งสัตว์เลี้ยงบนภูเขาตั้งพันยอด
10For every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills.
11เรารู้จักบรรดานกแห่งภูเขาทั้งหลาย และบรรดาสัตว์ในนาเป็นของเรา
11I know all the birds of the mountains. The wild animals of the field are mine.
12ถ้าเราหิว เราจะไม่บอกเจ้า เพราะพิภพและสารพัดที่อยู่ในนั้นเป็นของเรา
12If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
13เราจะกินเนื้อวัวผู้หรือ หรือดื่มเลือดแพะหรือ
13Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14จงนำเครื่องการโมทนาพระคุณมาเป็นเครื่องสักการบูชาแด่พระเจ้า และทำตามคำปฏิญาณของเจ้าต่อองค์ผู้สูงสุด
14Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.
15และจงร้องทูลเราในวันทุกข์ยากลำบาก เราจะช่วยเจ้าให้พ้น และเจ้าจะถวายสง่าราศีแก่เรา"
15Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
16แต่พระเจ้าตรัสกับคนชั่วว่า "เจ้ามีสิทธิ์อะไรที่จะท่องกฎเกณฑ์ของเรา หรือรับปากตามพันธสัญญาของเรา
16But to the wicked God says, “What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
17เพราะเจ้าเกลียดคำสั่งสอน และเจ้าเหวี่ยงคำของเราไว้ข้างหลังเจ้า
17since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?
18เมื่อเจ้าเห็นโจร เจ้าก็คบเขา และเจ้าเข้าสังคมกับคนล่วงประเวณี
18When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.
19เจ้าปล่อยปากของเจ้าให้พูดชั่ว และลิ้นของเจ้าประกอบการหลอกลวง
19“You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.
20เจ้านั่งพูดใส่ร้ายพี่น้องของเจ้า เจ้านินทาลูกชายมารดาของเจ้าเอง
20You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.
21เจ้าได้กระทำสิ่งเหล่านี้แล้ว เราก็นิ่งเงียบ เจ้าคิดว่าเราเป็นเหมือนเจ้า แต่เราจะขนาบเจ้า และเราจะรายงานสิ่งเหล่านั้นต่อหน้าต่อตาเจ้า
21You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.
22เจ้าทั้งหลายผู้ลืมพระเจ้า จงพิจารณาเรื่องนี้ หาไม่เราจะฉีกเจ้าเป็นชิ้นๆ และจะไม่มีสักคนที่ช่วยเจ้าให้พ้นได้
22“Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23บุคคลที่นำการสรรเสริญมาเป็นเครื่องสักการบูชาก็ให้เกียรติแก่เรา เราจะสำแดงความรอดของพระเจ้าแก่ผู้จัดทางของเขาอย่างถูกต้อง"
23Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”
