Darby's Translation

2 Corinthians

11

1Jadi' ompi' -ompi', kuperapi' bona niwai' -a-kuwo loga mpo'une' woto-ku moto kampa' hampai'. Apa' hewa to mengkatiwojo-a tohe'i-e, aga kuperapi' bona mosabara-koi ulu mpo'epe lolita-ku.
1Would that ye would bear with me [in] a little folly; but indeed bear with me.
2Moroe-a tohe'i-e mpokaroe pangkeni tetura ria to doko' mpo'ago-koi ngkai aku'. Aga roe-ku tohe'i, roe to ntuku' konoa Alata'ala. Apa' aku' -mi to lomo' -na mpotudui' -koi mepangala' hi Kristus-e. Konoa-ku, bona tida-koi mepangala' hi Kristus. Koi' ma'ala rarapai' -ki toronaa to mokamae' hante hadua kabilasa. Kamae' -ni toe, Kristus.
2For I am jealous as to you with a jealousy [which is] of God; for I have espoused you unto one man, to present [you] a chaste virgin to Christ.
3Aga koro' -a toi-e, nee-neo' mpai' ria to mpobagiu-koi alaa-na uma-koi tida mepangala' hi Kristus hante karoli' -roli' nono-ni. Hewa Hawa owi nasori ule hante lolita-na to mo'olu, wae wo'o ria to doko' mposori-koi mpotuku' tudui' to mosisala hante pepangala' -ni hi Kristus.
3But I fear lest by any means, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craft, [so] your thoughts should be corrupted from simplicity as to the Christ.
4Rata tauna hi retu to mpotudui' -koi mpotuku' Yesus, tapi' tudui' -ra uma hibalia hante napa to kitudui' -kokoi. Aga nau' wae, mosabara lau-dakoi mpo'epe tudui' -ra! Goe' lau-dakoi mpotarima inoha' to mosisala hante Inoha' Tomoroli' to mpolia' nitarima-mi! Goe' lau-dakoi mpotarima kareba to mosisala hante Kareba Lompe' to mpolia' nipangala' -mi!
4For if indeed he that comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or ye get a different Spirit, which ye have not got, or a different glad tidings, which ye have not received, ye might well bear with [it].
5Jadi', bangku' suro to mpomobohe hanga' -ra moto tetura ria nipe'epei lolita-ra, kusarumaka bate mosabara wo'o-koi mpe'epei lolita-ku toi, apa' uma-a tepatu'ai ngkai hira'.
5For I reckon that in nothing I am behind those who are in surpassing degree apostles.
6Apa' nau' uma rahi ku'incai mololita, aga bela-a tauna to wojo-e'. Ku'inca tudui' to makono. Ni'epe pai' nihilo moto-mi toe hi butu nyala gau' -kai dohe-ni.
6But if [I am] a simple person in speech, yet not in knowledge, but in everything making [the truth] manifest in all things to you.
7Nto'u kampokeni-ku Kareba Lompe' hi koi' wengi, uma-koi kupomperapii' gaji' -ku nau' ba hangkedi'. Kupakadingki' tuwu' -ku, mobago-a hante pale-ku moto, bona koi' ompi' tehore ngkai jeko'. Ha kuposala' ompi', uma-a mperapi' gaji' -kue?
7Have I committed sin, abasing myself in order that *ye* might be exalted, because I gratuitously announced to you the glad tidings of God?
8Bula-ku hi ngata-ni wengi, to Kristen to hi ngata ntani' -na lau-di to mpakatui-a doi. Ma'ala-mi ta'uli' hira' to morugi, bona ma'ala-a mobago mpokeni Kareba Lompe' hi koi'.
8I spoiled other assemblies, receiving hire for ministry towards you.
9Hangkani ria kakuraa' -ku nto'u toe, aga uma-a merapi' hi koi'. Apa' rata-ra ompi' to ngkai tana' Makedonia mpokeni doi to mpohonoi' kakuraa' -ku. Kujagai lompe' bona uma-a mperapii' -koi nto'u toe, bona neo' mpakasusa' -koi. Pai' bate hewa toe oa' mpai' pobabehi-ku, uma kupomperapii' -koi.
9And being present with you and lacking, I did not lazily burden any one, (for the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied what I lacked,) and in everything I kept myself from being a burden to you, and will keep myself.
10Mololita-a hi rehe'i hi rala hanga' Kristus. Hewa kamakono-na to na'uli' Kristus, wae wo'o napa to ku'uli' hi rehe'i bate makono. Bohe nono-ku apa' uma-a mperapi' gaji' hi koi' ba hi hema-hema to hi retu lou hi tana' Akhaya. Kabohe nono-ku toi bate uma kubalii'.
10[The] truth of Christ is in me that this boasting shall not be stopped as to me in the regions of Achaia.
11Napa pai' mololita hewa toe-a? Ha ni'uli' -koina uma-a mpoka'ahi' -koi ompi'? Alata'ala moto mpo'inca kama'ahi' -ku.
11Why? because I do not love you? God knows.
12Jadi', napa to kubabehi toi, bate uma kubahakai. Bate uma-a merapi' gaji' hi koi', apa' pangkeni to molangko nono-ra tetura lou ntora mperapi' gaji' -ra pai' ntora mpo'une' woto-ra moto. Aga aku', oja' -a-kuna, bona neo' mpai' ra'uli' pobago-ra hira' hibalia hante pobago-kai kai'.
12But what I do, I will also do, that I may cut off the opportunity of those wishing [for] an opportunity, that wherein they boast they may be found even as we.
13Tauna to hewa tetura lou, suro to boa'. Mobago-ra hi laintongo' -ni, ntani' hewa suro Kristus mpu'u-ra, ntaa' topebagiu-radi!
13For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.
14Aga uma wo'o takehelei kehi-ra toe, apa' Magau' Anudaa' wo'o-hawo mengkatibali' hewa mala'eka to ngkeni kabajaa.
14And [it is] not wonderful, for Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.
15Jadi' uma wo'o-hawo tapokakonce ane topobago-na Magau' Anudaa' mpowunii' gau' -ra to dada'a, ntani' hewa topobago to mpotuku' konoa Alata'ala. Aga ka'omea-na mpai', bate mporata-ra hiwili to hintotoa hante gau' -ra.
15It is no great thing therefore if his ministers also transform themselves as ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
16Jadi', hewa to ku'uli' we'i, nau' hewa to mengkatiwojo-a toi-e, palogai-a-kuwo ulu mpo'une' woto-ku hampai'. Neo' ba ni'uli' towojo mpu'u-a, aga ane ria mpu'u-koi to mpo'uli' wojo-a, pelele' -ama mpo'une' woto-ku kampa' hampai'.
16Again I say, Let not any one think me to be a fool; but if otherwise, receive me then even as a fool, that *I* also may boast myself some little.
17Kututura hawe'ea to ku'une' -ki woto-ku. Aga bela Pue' to mpohubui-a mololita hewa toi. Mololita-a hewa towojo, mpo'une' woto-ku moto toi-e.
17What I speak I do not speak according to [the] Lord, but as in folly, in this confidence of boasting.
18Gati wori' -di to mpo'une' woto-ra moto pai' mpotutura pobago to rababehi hante karohoa-ra moto-e, wae wo'o-kuwo aku', mpo'une' -a woto-ku.
18Since many boast according to flesh, *I* also will boast.
19Apa' hiloa-nale, nipokagoe' moto tauna to wojo, apa' ni'uli' pante-ko-koina!
19For ye bear fools readily, being wise.
20Ane ria pangkeni to mpobatua-koi, nitarima moto-ra. Ane ria to mpobagiu-koi pai' mpe'ihii-koi, ane ria to mpomolangko nono-ra pai' -ra mpohopo' -koi, nipengkatarii lau-di-koina.
20For ye bear if any one bring you into bondage, if any one devour [you], if any one get [your money], if any one exalt himself, if any one beat you on the face.
21Ha ni'uli' -koina kana me'ea' -a, apa' uma-kai daho' mpotuku' gau' -ra tetura-e? Tapi' ane daho' -ra mpo'une' woto-ra moto, mengkadaho' wo'o-a-kuwo mpo'une' woto-ku. (Kiwoi-e', mololita hewa towojo-a toi-e.)
21I speak as to dishonour, as though *we* had been weak; but wherein any one is daring, (I speak in folly,) *I* also am daring.
22Ra'uli' pangkeni tetura lou, to Yahudi-ra, ra'uli' muli Israel pai' muli Abraham-ra. Wae wo'o-kuwo aku'! To Yahudi-a, muli Israel pai' muli Abraham wo'o-a-kuwo.
22Are they Hebrews? *I* also. Are they Israelites? *I* also. Are they seed of Abraham? *I* also.
23Ra'uli' -rana, topobago Kristus-ra. Hangkedia' -nami aku', meliu tena-a ngkai hira'! (Mololita-a tohe'i-e, hewa to uma-apa monoto.) Meliu pobago-ku ngkai pobago-ra hira'. Wori' ngkani-a ratarungku', meliu ngkai hira'! Raweba' mperegea-a, meliu ngkai hira'! Wori' ngkani-a neo' mate.
23Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as being beside myself) *I* above measure [so]; in labours exceedingly abundant, in stripes to excess, in prisons exceedingly abundant, in deaths oft.
24Lima ngkani-ama rahuku' to Yahudi: raweba' -a tolu mpulu' sio mela.
24From the Jews five times have I received forty [stripes], save one.
25Tolu ngkani-a rahuku' to Roma: raweba' -a hante lua'. Hangkani wo'o-a radulu tauna rapana' -a hante watu doko' mpatehi-a. Tolu ngkani kapal to kuhawi' matala hi rala tahi'. Hangkani-a nangko hi lolo tahi' hamengia ha'eoa.
25Thrice have I been scourged, once I have been stoned, three times I have suffered shipwreck, a night and day I passed in the deep:
26Rala pomakoa' -ku wori' ngkani-a mporata silaka. Ria ue mowo'. Ria toperampaki. Rabalinai' to Yahudi-a. Rabalinai' -a to bela-ra to Yahudi. Mporata-a silaka hi rala ngata. Mporata-a silaka hi mali ngata. Mporata-a silaka hi lolo tahi'. Mporata-a silaka ngkai tauna to mpo'uli' ompi' hampepangalaa' -ku moto-ra, ntaa' bela-di!
26in journeyings often, in perils of rivers, in perils of robbers, in perils from [my own] race, in perils from [the] nations, in perils in [the] city, in perils in [the] desert, in perils on [the] sea, in perils among false brethren;
27Hi rala pobago to kupobago-ki Pue', mobago huduwuku-ku pai' mobago hudu pakulea' -ku. Wori' ngkani uma-a tepoleta', uma-a teponginu, uma-a tepongkoni'. Wori' ngkani-a mo'oro', molengi' pai' uma hono' pohea-ku.
27in labour and toil, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
28Ntani' -na ngkai hawe'ea toe, motomo wo'o kinolo-ku butu eo-na, mpopekiri to Kristen hi butu ngata.
28Besides those things that are without, the crowd [of cares] pressing on me daily, the burden of all the assemblies.
29Ane ria ompi' hampepangalaa' -ku to susa' apa' lente pepangala' -ra, susa' wo'o-kuwo nono-ku. Ane ria to monawu' hi rala jeko', peda' wo'o-kuwo nono-ku.
29Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is stumbled, and I burn not?
30Ane kana mpo'une' -a woto-ku, ku'une' woto-ku mpotutura hawe'ea kalentea-ku.
30If it is needful to boast, I will boast in the things which concern my infirmity.
31Hawe'ea to ku'uli' -e we'i, makono omea, uma-a boa'. Alata'ala Tuama-na Pue' Yesus sabi' -ku! Une' -imi duu' kahae-hae-na!
31The God and Father of the Lord Jesus knows -- he who is blessed for ever -- that I do not lie.
32Nto'u-ku hi ngata Damsyik, gubernur to hi une' Raja Aretas doko' mpopatehi-a. Nahubui tantara-na mpojaga wobo' ngata bona ma'ala-a rahoko'.
32In Damascus the ethnarch of Aretas the king kept the city of the Damascenes shut up, wishing to take me;
33Aga doo-ku mpotulungi-a. Ra'ulu-a hi rala karanci ntara hameha' wulou' wala, pai' -a tebahaka.
33and through a window in a basket I was let down by the wall, and escaped his hands.
