¹Toi-mi poko lolita-ku: ria-taka-tana Imam Bohe-ta to hewa toe. Mohura-i hi mali ngka'ana Pohuraa Alata'ala hi suruga.

¹Now a summary of the things of which we are speaking [is], We have such a one high priest who has sat down on [the] right hand of the throne of the greatness in the heavens;

²Mpobago-i bago karapo'Imam-Bohe-na hi rala tomi to moroli', batua-na, tomi pepuea' to hi suruga. Tomi pepuea' toe-mi, poko tomi pepuea' to nawangu Alata'ala moto, bela tomi to nawangu manusia', hewa Kemah Pepuea' to nawangu Musa owi.

²minister of the holy places and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord has pitched, [and] not man.

³Butu dua Imam Bohe ra'ongko' bona mpotonu porewua pai' pepue' ntani' -na hi Alata'ala. Wae wo'o Yesus Imam Bohe-ta toe, kana ria wo'o-hawo pepue' to natonu hi Alata'ala, toe-mi woto-na moto.

³For every high priest is constituted for the offering both of gifts and sacrifices; whence it is needful that this one also should have something which he may offer.

⁴Ane rapa' -na hi dunia' toi-i-pidi Yesus, ke uma-i jadi' imam, apa' ria-ramo imam to mpotonu pepue' hi Alata'ala ntuku' Atura Musa.

⁴If then indeed he were upon earth, he would not even be a priest, there being those who offer the gifts according to the law,

⁵Imam toera mobago hi rala tomi pepuea' to hi rala dunia' toi. Tomi pepuea' toe, hewa gambara-wadi to mpowalatu napa to hi suruga. Toe pai' kako'ia-na nabi Musa mpowangu Kemah Pepuea' owi, Alata'ala mpo'uli' -ki hewa toi: "Kiwoi-e'! Hawe'ea toe kana nubabehi ntuku' tonco to rapopohiloi-koko hi lolo bulu'!"

⁵(who serve the representation and shadow of heavenly things, according as Moses was oracularly told [when] about to make the tabernacle; for See, saith He, that thou make all things according to the pattern which has been shewn to thee in the mountain.)

⁶Aga pobago Yesus meliu kalompe' -na ngkai pobago imam to hi dunia' toi, apa' Yesus jadi' topetauntongoi' to mpoparata Pojanci Alata'ala to meliu kalompe' -na ngkai Pojanci to ri'ulu to naparata nabi Musa, apa' napa to najanci-taka Alata'ala ngkai petauntongoi' -na Yesus meliu kalompe' -na.

⁶But now he has got a more excellent ministry, by so much as he is mediator of a better covenant, which is established on the footing of better promises.

⁷Ane rapa' -na Atura Musa uma ria kakuraa' -na, ke uma-pi mingki' rapali' ohea to ntani' -na mpoposidai' manusia' hante Alata'ala.

⁷For if that first was faultless, place had not been sought for a second.

⁸Ntaa' narua' -di Alata'ala kasalaa' topetuku' -na, pai' na'uli' -raka hewa tohe'i: Epe-e'! Rata mpai' tempo-na kubabehi Pojanci to bo'u hante hawe'ea to Yahudi, lompe' suku Israel lompe' suku Yehuda.

⁸For finding fault, he says to them, Behold, days come, saith the Lord, and I will consummate a new covenant as regards the house of Israel, and as regards the house of Juda;

⁹not according to the covenant which I made to their fathers in [the] day of my taking their hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because *they* did not continue in my covenant, and *I* did not regard them, saith [the] Lord.

¹⁰Jadi', tohe'i mpai' Pojanci to kubabehi hante to Israel hi eo-eo to tumai: hawa' -ku kutu'u hi rala pekiri-ra pai' ku'uki' hi rala nono-ra. Aku' jadi' Pue' -ra, pai' hira' jadi' ntodea-ku.

¹⁰Because this [is] the covenant that I will covenant to the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord: Giving my laws into their mind, I will write them also upon their hearts; and I will be to them for God, and *they* shall be to me for people.

¹¹Nto'u toe mpai', uma-rapa mingki' mometudui' himpau ompi' -ra pai' doo-ra bona ra'inca-a. Apa' hawe'ea-ra mpo'inca-ama, lompe' batua lompe' maradika.

¹¹And they shall not teach each his fellow-citizen, and each his brother, saying, Know the Lord; because all shall know me in themselves, from [the] little one [among them] unto [the] great among them.

¹²Nto'u toe mpai', ku'ampungi moto sala' -ra, pai' tungkai' kulipo' -mi jeko' -ra." Hewa toe-mi ponguli' Pue'.

¹²Because I will be merciful to their unrighteousnesses, and their sins and their lawlessnesses I will never remember any more.

¹³Jadi', ompi' -ompi', hi rala Lolita Pue' toe we'i lau, Alata'ala mpotompo'wiwi Pojanci to bo'u, pai' hante lolita-na toe na'uli' Pojanci to ri'ulu kana rasampei apa' hae-mi. Jadi', Pojanci to hae toe uma-pi rapake', bate ratadi pai' rasampei hante to bo'u-mi.

¹³In that he says New, he has made the first old; but that which grows old and aged [is] near disappearing.
