21

1Mohu' -ramo hi Yerusalem, rata-ra hi ngata Betfage hi Bulu' Zaitun. Hi ree, Yesus mpohubui rodua ana'guru-na hilou meri'ulu,
1When they drew near to Jerusalem, and came to Bethsphage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,
2na'uli' -raka: "Hilou-koi hi ngata to tanyanyohi toe mai. Rata-koi mpai' hi ria, nihilo hama'a keledai to tehoo' pai' ana' -na mohu' dohe-na. Bongka koloro-na pai' keni-ra tumai.
2saying to them, “Go into the village that is opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them, and bring them to me.
3Ane ria to mpokamaro-koi, uli' -raka: `Apa' Pue' mparaluu-ra. Napoponculi' moto-kokoi mpai'.'"
3 If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and immediately he will send them.”
4Tohe'e majadi' bona madupa' napa to na'uli' nabi owi, hewa toi:
4All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying,
5"Uli' -raka pue' ngata Sion: Hilo, etu-imi tumai Magau' -ni! Dingki' nono-na, mpohawi' -i hama'a keledai, mpohawi' -i hama'a ana' keledai to mongura."
5“Tell the daughter of Zion, behold, your King comes to you, humble, and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.”
6Jadi', hilou mpu'u-ramo ana'guru-na to rodua toera, rababehi hewa to nahubui-raka.
6The disciples went, and did just as Jesus commanded them,
7Rakeni keledai to ntali ana' toera, ralampii hante baju-ra. Oti ralampii, mehawi' -imi Yesus.
7and brought the donkey and the colt, and laid their clothes on them; and he sat on them.
8Hilou-ramo mpotoa' Yerusalem. Hi kaliua-na Yesus toe, wori' lia tauna mpokodo pohea-ra hi mata ohea, pai' hantongo' mpoho'a rau kaju pai' rakodo hi mata ohea bona mpobila' -i.
8A very great multitude spread their clothes on the road. Others cut branches from the trees, and spread them on the road.
9Wori' tauna mpotuku' -i, ria-ra to meri'ulu, ria wo'o-ra to hi boko'. Ntora mogora-ra mpo'uli': Une' -imi muli Magau' Daud!" Pue' Ala mpogane' Magau' to tumai mpokeni hanga' -na!" Une' -imi Pue' Ala to hi rala suruga!"
9The multitudes who went before him, and who followed kept shouting, “Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”
10Pesua' -na Yesus hi ngata Yerusalem, konce-mi pue' ngata, ra'uli': "Hema-idie?"
10When he had come into Jerusalem, all the city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?”
11Ratompoi' tauna to dohe-na: "Yesus-le, nabi ngkai Nazaret tana' Galilea."
11The multitudes said, “This is the prophet, Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”
12Oti toe, mesua' -imi Yesus hi berewe Tomi Alata'ala, pai' -i mpopalai hawe'ea tauna to mobabalu' hi ree. Nabilingko-raka meja' -meja' posulaa' -ra doi, pai' nabilingko wo'o pohuraa topobabalu' danci mangkebodo.
12Jesus entered into the temple of God, and drove out all of those who sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the money changers’ tables and the seats of those who sold the doves.
13Na'uli' -raka: "Hi rala Buku Tomoroli' Alata'ala mpo'uli' hewa toi: `Tomi-ku mpai' rakahangai' tomi posampayaa.' Hiaa' koi' -koina, niponcawa tomi toperampaki-di!"
13He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a den of robbers!”
14Hi Tomi Alata'ala, tauna towero pai' topungku rata hi Yesus, pai' napaka'uri' -ra.
14The blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them.
15Aga imam-imam pangkeni pai' guru-guru agama, moroe-ra mpohilo tanda mekoncehi to nababehi Yesus. Gigi nono-ra mpo'epe ana' to mogora hi rala Tomi Alata'ala to mpo'uli': "Une' -imi muli Magau' Daud!"
15But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children who were crying in the temple and saying, “Hosanna to the son of David!” they were indignant,
16Toe pai' ra'uli' mpo'uli' -ki Yesus: "Nu'epe wa napa to ra'uli' -e!" Na'uli' Yesus: "Ku'epe moto. Ko'ia-tano nibasa hi rala Buku Tomoroli' -e to mpo'uli': `Nutudui' -ramo ana' -ana' pai' ana'lei mpohowa' lolita pe'une' hi Iko.'"
16and said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” Jesus said to them, “Yes. Did you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of babes and nursing babies you have perfected praise?’”
17Ngkai ree, malai-imi Yesus mpalahii-ra hilou hi mali ngata, turu hi Betania.
17He left them, and went out of the city to Bethany, and lodged there.
18Kampeneo-na mepulo ngkii, hi pomako' -ra Yesus pai' ana'guru-na nculii' hilou hi Yerusalem, mo'oro' -imi Yesus.
18Now in the morning, as he returned to the city, he was hungry.
19Mpohilo-i hi wiwi' ohea hangkaju kaju ara. Hilou-i hi tawu-na mpali' wua' -na, aga uma ria nau' hantakua, muntu' rau-na-wadi. Toe pai' Yesus mpototowi kaju toei, na'uli': "Ngkai eo toe lau, uma-poko mowua' -wua' kaju toi-ko!" Kamolaju-nami kaju ara toei.
19Seeing a fig tree by the road, he came to it, and found nothing on it but leaves. He said to it, “Let there be no fruit from you forever!” Immediately the fig tree withered away.
20Wae karahilo-na ana'guru-na to jadi' toe, rapokakonce, ra'uli': "Beiwa pai' kaliliu molaju kaju ara toei-e mai?"
20When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree immediately wither away?”
21Na'uli' Yesus: "Mpu'u ku'uli' -kokoi, ane nipangala' pai' uma-koi morara', ma'ala wo'o-ko-koiwo mpobabehi hewa to kubabehi hi kaju toe we'i. Pai' uma muntu' tohe'e, ma'ala-koi mpololitai bulu' tohe'i: `Te'ongko' -moko, pengkanawu' -ko hi rala tahi'!' bate majadi' tetu.
21Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith, and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.
22Napa-napa to niperapi' hi rala posampaya-ni, ane nipangala', bate nitarima."
22 All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
23Mesua' wo'o-imi Yesus hi rala Tomi Alata'ala pai' metudui'. Bula-na metudui', rata-ramo imam pangkeni hante totu'a to Yahudi mpekune' -i, ra'uli': "Uli' -kakai, ngkaiapa huraa-nu mpobabehi hawe'ea tetu hi Tomi Alata'ala! Hema to mpowai' -ko kuasa hewa tetu?"
23When he had come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, and said, “By what authority do you do these things? Who gave you this authority?”
24Na'uli' Yesus: "Aku', ria wo'o-kuwo pompekunea' -ku hi koi'. Ane nitompoi' -ka, bo ku'uli' -kokoi kangkaiapa-na kuasa-ku mpobabehi hawe'ea toe lau.
24Jesus answered them, “I also will ask you one question, which if you tell me, I likewise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
25Uli' -ka pe': ngkaiapa kuasa-na Yohanes Topeniu' mponiu' tauna? Ngkai Alata'ala-di, ba ngkai manusia' -di?" Momepololitai-ramo pangkeni to Yahudi toera, ra'uli': "Beiwa-tale' mpotompoi' -ie? Ane ta'uli' ngkai Alata'ala kuasa-na, na'uli' -taka mpai': `Ane wae, napa pai' uma-i nipangala'?'
25 The baptism of John, where was it from? From heaven or from men?” They reasoned with themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ he will ask us, ‘Why then did you not believe him?’
26Hiaa' ane ta'uli' ngkai manusia' -wadi kuasa-na, mpoka'eka' -ta ntodea, apa' ntodea toera mpo'uli' Yohanes toe hadua nabi."
26But if we say, ‘From men,’ we fear the multitude, for all hold John as a prophet.”
27Jadi', ratompoi' -i: "Uma ki'incai." Toe pai' na'uli' Yesus mpo'uli' -raka: "Ane wae, uma wo'o-kuwo ku'uli' -kokoi kangkaiapa kuasa-ku mpobabehi toe lau."
27They answered Jesus, and said, “We don’t know.” He also said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.
28Napokaliliu Yesus lolita-na hi pangkeni agama Yahudi toera, na'uli': "Beiwa pomporata-ni tohe'i: Ria hadua tuama, rodua-ki ana' -na, paka' tomane. Hilou-i hi to tuaka, na'uli' -ki: `Uto', eo toe lau, hilou-ko mobago hi bonea.'
28 But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first, and said, ‘Son, go work today in my vineyard.’
29"Natompoi': `Oja' -a Mama!' Aga ka'omea-na mobali' nono-na, hilou moto-i mobago hi bonea.
29 He answered, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he changed his mind, and went.
30"Ngkai ree, hilou wo'o-i hi ana' -na to tu'ai, na'uli' -ki: `Uto', hilou-ko mobago hi bonea.' "Natompoi' ana' toei: `Io', hilou moto-a Mama.' Ntaa' uma-idi hilou-e!"
30 He came to the second, and said the same thing. He answered, ‘I go, sir,’ but he didn’t go.
31Ngkai ree, mepekune' -i Yesus hi pangkeni agama Yahudi, na'uli': "Jadi', ngkai ana' to rodua toera, hema to mpotuku' hawa' tuama-ra?" Ra'uli' pangkeni to Yahudi toera: "To lomo' -na." Na'uli' Yesus: "Mpu'u ku'uli' -kokoi: tauna topojeko', hewa topesingara' paja' pai' tobine to uma tumotoa gau' -ra, hira' lau-mi to natarima Alata'ala jadi' ntodea-na hi rala Kamagaua' -na, bela koi'.
31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to him, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Most certainly I tell you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering into the Kingdom of God before you.
32Apa' Yohanes Topeniu' mpotudui' -koi ohea to monoa', aga uma-koi dota mpopangala' -i. Hiaa' topesingara' paja' pai' tobine to uma tumotoa gau' -ra, rapangala' -i-rana. Pai' nau' nihilo-mi toe, uma oa' nibalii' gau' -ni pai' uma oa' nipangala' -i."
32 For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn’t believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. When you saw it, you didn’t even repent afterward, that you might believe him.
33Na'uli' wo'o-mi Yesus mpo'uli' -raka pangkeni agama Yahudi: "Epe wo'o-koi lolita rapa' tohe'i. Ria hadua pue' bonea mpohu'ai bonea-na hante anggur. Nawala ntololikia-na, nababehi pompeaa' anggur, pai' natunya' wo'o pongko pompodooa. Oti toe, napewai' bonea-na rapobago hi ba hangkuja dua tauna, pai' hilou-imi hi ngata to molaa.
33 “Hear another parable. There was a man who was a master of a household, who planted a vineyard, set a hedge about it, dug a winepress in it, built a tower, leased it out to farmers, and went into another country.
34Rata-mi tempo pohopua' wua' anggur, napahawa' -ra ba hangkuja dua batua-na hilou mperapi' bagia-na.
34 When the season for the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the farmers, to receive his fruit.
35Aga topobago bonea toera mpohoko' batua to napahawa': ria-ra to rapao', ria to rapana' watu, ria wo'o to rapatehi.
35 The farmers took his servants, beat one, killed another, and stoned another.
36Pue' bonea toei mpahawa' tena batua-na to ntani' -na, meliu kawori' -ra ngkai to lomo' -na. Aga rapohewa toe wo'o-ra-wadi.
36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they treated them the same way.
37Ka'omea-na, na'uli': `Agina ana' -ku moto-mi kupahawa' hilou, bate rapengkorui-i mpai'.'
37 But afterward he sent to them his son, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’
38"Ntaa' we'i, karahilo-na topobago bonea toera ana' pue' bonea tohe'ei, mohawa' -ramo ra'uli': `Etu-imi tumai ana' -na, hi'a mpai' to jadi' pue' bonea toi-e. Kita tapatehi-i, bona bonea toi kita' -mi mpai' pue' -na.'
38 But the farmers, when they saw the son, said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, and seize his inheritance.’
39Karahoko' -nami ana' toei, radii' hilou hi mali bonea pai' rapatehi."
39 So they took him, and threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him.
40Ngkai ree, Yesus mpo'uli' -raka pangkeni agama Yahudi: "Jadi', ane rata nculii' -ipi pue' bonea-e, napopai-ra topobago bonea-na toera-e?"
40 When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those farmers?”
41Ratompoi' -i: "Tantu napatehi-ra tauna to dada'a toera, pai' bonea-na nawai' -raka tau ntani' -na to dota mpowai' -i bagia-na hi tempo-na."
41They told him, “He will miserably destroy those miserable men, and will lease out the vineyard to other farmers, who will give him the fruit in its season.”
42Na'uli' Yesus mpo'uli' -raka: "Tantu nibasa-mi lolita Buku Tomoroli' to mpolowa pesapuaka-ni hi Aku', hewa toi moni-na: `Watu to ratadi topowangu tomi, watu toe lau-mi to jadi' poko parawatu. Tohe'e majadi' ntuku' konoa Pue' Alata'ala, uma mowo kalompe' -na hi poncilo-ta.'"
42Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected, the same was made the head of the corner. This was from the Lord. It is marvelous in our eyes?’
43Na'uli' wo'o-mi Yesus: "Jadi', apa' oja' -koi mpotarima-a jadi' Magau' -ni, wae-pi, bagia-ni hi rala Kamagaua' -na Alata'ala, ra'ala' ngkai koi' pai' rawai' -raka tauna to mpobabehi po'ingku to natao hi ntodea Alata'ala. ((
43 “Therefore I tell you, the Kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and will be given to a nation bringing forth its fruit.
44Hewa kura to monawu' hi watu mopengka, pai' hewa kura to napitihi watu moreja', hewa toe wo'o mpai' tauna to mposapuaka-a.))"
44 He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but on whomever it will fall, it will scatter him as dust.”
45Kara'epe-na imam pangkeni pai' to Parisi lolita-lolita rapa' Yesus toe, ra'inca kahira' -na to natoa'.
45When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke about them.
46Toe pai' rapali' -mi ohea-ra mpohoko' -i. Aga uma-ra daho', apa' mpoka'eka' -ra ntodea, apa' ntodea mpo'uli' Yesus hadua nabi.
46When they sought to seize him, they feared the multitudes, because they considered him to be a prophet.
