1Thus says Yahweh, “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: what kind of house will you build to me? and what place shall be my rest?
1 神审判万民
2For all these things has my hand made, and so all these things came to be,” says Yahweh: “but to this man will I look, even to him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.
2耶和华说：“这一切都是我亲手所造的，所以它们就有了。以下这种人是我要垂顾的，就是谦卑、心灵伤痛、因我的话而战兢的人。
3He who kills an ox is as he who kills a man; he who sacrifices a lamb, as he who breaks a dog’s neck; he who offers an offering, as he who offers pig’s blood; he who burns frankincense, as he who blesses an idol. Yes, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations:
3宰牛献祭，又杀人，献羊羔为祭，又打折狗的颈项；献上素祭，又献上猪血；烧乳香作记念祭，又称颂虚无之神；他们选择他们自己的道路，他们的心里喜悦他们那些可憎恶的事。
4I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears on them; because when I called, no one answered; when I spoke, they didn’t listen; but they did that which was evil in my eyes, and chose that in which I didn’t delight.”
4所以，我也必选择迷惑他们的事，使他们所惧怕的临到他们身上；因为我呼唤你们，却没有人回答；我说话，你们都不听，反倒行我眼中看为恶的事，选择我所不喜悦的事。”
5Hear the word of Yahweh, you who tremble at his word: “Your brothers who hate you, who cast you out for my name’s sake, have said, ‘Let Yahweh be glorified, that we may see your joy;’ but it is those who shall be disappointed.
5因耶和华的话而战兢的人哪！你们要听他的话。他说：“你们的兄弟，就是那些憎恨你们、因我的名赶走你们的，曾说：‘愿耶和华得荣耀；让我们看见你们的喜乐。’他们却要蒙羞。
6A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of Yahweh that renders recompense to his enemies.
6听啊！有喧嚷的声音出自城中；有声音出于殿里。这是耶和华向他的仇敌施行报应的声音！
7“Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she delivered a son.
7锡安没有绞痛就生产；疼痛没有临到她身上，就生了一个男孩。
8Who has heard such a thing? who has seen such things? Shall a land be born in one day? shall a nation be brought forth at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.
8像以下这样的事，谁曾听过呢？像下面这些事，谁曾见过呢？一地之民能在一天之内就产生吗？一国的人能在一时之间就生下来吗？但锡安一绞痛，就生下了儿女。
9Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth?” says Yahweh: “shall I who cause to bring forth shut the womb?” says your God.
9耶和华说：‘我既然使她临盆，又怎能不使她生产呢？’你的 神说：‘我既然使她生产，又怎能使她闭胎不生呢？’
10“Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all you who love her: rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn over her;
10所有爱慕耶路撒冷的人哪！你们都要与她一同欢喜，都要因她快乐；所有为耶路撒冷哀悼的人哪！你们都要与她一同尽情欢乐。
11that you may nurse and be satisfied at the comforting breasts; that you may drink deeply, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.”
11好使你们能在她那安慰人的怀里吃奶得饱；使你们能从她丰盛的荣耀里挤奶而吃，满心喜乐。”
12For thus says Yahweh, “Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream: and you will nurse. You will be carried on her side, and will be dandled on her knees.
12因为耶和华这样说：“看哪！我必使平安达到她那里，好像江河一样，使列国的财宝达到她那里，如同涨溢的河流一般；你们要吮奶，你们必被抱在怀中，抚弄在膝上。
13As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted in Jerusalem.”
13人怎样受他母亲的安慰，我也怎样安慰你们；你们要在耶路撒冷得安慰。”
14You will see it, and your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like the tender grass: and the hand of Yahweh shall be known toward his servants; and he will have indignation against his enemies.
14你们看见了，就心里快乐，你们的骨头必像嫩草一样长起来，耶和华的手必向他的仆人显现，他必向他的仇敌发怒。
15For, behold, Yahweh will come with fire, and his chariots shall be like the whirlwind; to render his anger with fierceness, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
15看哪！耶和华必在火中降临，他的战车好像旋风；他要以猛烈的怒气施行报应，用火焰施行斥责。
16For by fire will Yahweh execute judgment, and by his sword, on all flesh; and the slain of Yahweh shall be many.
16因为耶和华必用火和刀剑，在所有的人身上施行审判，被耶和华所杀的人必定很多。
17“Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves to go to the gardens, behind one in the midst, eating pig’s flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, they shall come to an end together,” says Yahweh.
17那些自己分别为圣，又洁净自己，进到园里，在园中一个跟一个，吃猪肉、老鼠和可憎之物。他们都必一同灭亡；这是耶和华说的。
18“For I know their works and their thoughts: the time comes, that I will gather all nations and languages; and they shall come, and shall see my glory.
18我知道他们的行为和意念；我要来，聚集万国万族；他们都必来看我的荣耀。
19“I will set a sign among them, and I will send such as escape of them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to the islands afar off, who have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the nations.
19我要在他们中间施行神迹，从他们中间差遣所有逃脱的人到列国去，就是到他施、普勒、善于拉弓的路德、土巴和雅完，以及从未听过我的名声、从未见过我的荣耀的遥远众海岛；他们必把我的荣耀传扬在列国中。
20They shall bring all your brothers out of all the nations for an offering to Yahweh, on horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and on mules, and on dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says Yahweh, as the children of Israel bring their offering in a clean vessel into the house of Yahweh.
20他们要从万国中用马、用车、用轿、用骡子、用独峰驼，把你们所有的兄弟都送到我的圣山耶路撒冷来，作供物献给耶和华，好像以色列人用洁净的器皿把供物送到耶和华的殿一样；这是耶和华说的。
21Of them also will I take for priests and for Levites,” says Yahweh.
21耶和华说：“我也必从他们中间取些人作祭司和作利未人。”
22“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me,” says Yahweh, “so your seed and your name shall remain.
22耶和华说：“我所要造的新天新地怎样在我面前留存，你们的后裔和你们的名字也必怎样长存。
23It shall happen, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me,” says Yahweh.
23将来每逢月朔，每逢安息日，所有的人都必来在我面前敬拜；这是耶和华说的。
24“They shall go forth, and look on the dead bodies of the men who have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they will be loathsome to all mankind.”
24他们要出去，观看那些悖逆我的人的尸体；因为他们的虫是不死的，他们的火是不灭的；他们必成为所有人恨恶的东西。”
