¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they drew near before Yahweh, and died;

²and Yahweh said to Moses, “Tell Aaron your brother, not to come at all times into the Most Holy Place within the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark; lest he die: for I will appear in the cloud on the mercy seat.

²“你要告诉你的哥哥亚伦，不可随时进入圣所的幔子里面，到约柜上的施恩座，免得他死亡，因为我在施恩座上的彩云中显现。

³“Herewith shall Aaron come into the sanctuary: with a young bull for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.

³亚伦进入圣所时要带一头公牛犊作赎罪祭，一只公绵羊作燔祭。

⁴He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches on his body, and shall put on the linen sash, and he shall be clothed with the linen turban. They are the holy garments. He shall bathe his body in water, and put them on.

⁴他要穿上细麻布的圣内袍，也要把细麻布的裤子穿在身上，腰束细麻布的带子，头戴细麻布礼冠；这些就是圣衣。他要先用水洗身，然后才穿上圣衣。

⁵He shall take from the congregation of the children of Israel two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.

⁵他要从以色列的会众中，取两只公山羊作赎罪祭，一只公绵羊作燔祭。

⁶“Aaron shall offer the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house.

⁶亚伦为自己的罪献上作赎罪祭的公牛，为自己和家人赎罪，

⁷He shall take the two goats, and set them before Yahweh at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

⁷然后把两只公山羊牵来，放在会幕门口，耶和华的面前；

⁸Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats; one lot for Yahweh, and the other lot for the scapegoat.

⁸亚伦要为这两只山羊抽签：一签归耶和华，另一签归阿撒泻勒（“阿撒泻勒”是希伯来文音译，这字原意不能确定）。

⁹Aaron shall present the goat on which the lot fell for Yahweh, and offer him for a sin offering.

⁹亚伦要把那抽签归耶和华的山羊，献作赎罪祭。

¹⁰But the goat, on which the lot fell for the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before Yahweh, to make atonement for him, to send him away for the scapegoat into the wilderness.

¹⁰至于那抽签归阿撒泻勒的山羊，却要活活地摆在耶和华面前，用来赎罪，然后叫人把它送到旷野，归阿撒泻勒。

¹¹“Aaron shall present the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall kill the bull of the sin offering which is for himself.

¹¹“亚伦要先为自己献上作赎罪祭的公牛，为自己和家人赎罪，他要把那为自己作赎罪祭的公牛宰杀。

¹²He shall take a censer full of coals of fire from off the altar before Yahweh, and two handfuls of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the veil:

¹²从耶和华面前的祭坛上，拿一个盛满火炭的香炉，又拿一捧捣细的芬芳香料，带进幔子里，

¹³and he shall put the incense on the fire before Yahweh, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the testimony, so that he will not die.

¹³在耶和华面前把香放在火上，使香的烟云遮掩约柜上的施恩座，免得他死亡。

¹⁴He shall take some of the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east; and before the mercy seat he shall sprinkle some of the blood with his finger seven times.

¹⁴他要取些公牛的血，用指头弹在施恩座的东面，再用指头在施恩座的前面，弹血七次。

¹⁵“Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil, and do with his blood as he did with the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:

¹⁵“然后他要宰杀那为人民作赎罪祭的公山羊，把血带进幔子里，弹羊血在施恩座的上面和施恩座的前面，好像弹公牛的血一样。

¹⁶and he shall make atonement for the Holy Place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, even all their sins; and so he shall do for the Tent of Meeting, that dwells with them in the midst of their uncleanness.

¹⁶他要为圣所赎罪，使圣所脱离以色列人的不洁和他们的过犯，就是他们的一切罪孽。然后他又要为会幕同样的赎罪。因为会幕和他们在一起，在他们的不洁中间。

¹⁷No one shall be in the Tent of Meeting when he enters to make atonement in the Holy Place, until he comes out, and has made atonement for himself and for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel.

¹⁷他进入至圣所赎罪的时候，会幕里不可有人；直到他为自己和家人，以及以色列全体会众，赎了罪出来为止。

¹⁸“He shall go out to the altar that is before Yahweh and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the bull’s blood, and some of the goat’s blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar.

¹⁸他出来，就到耶和华面前的祭坛那里，为坛赎罪。他要取一点公牛的血和山羊的血，抹祭坛的四角。

¹⁹He shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and make it holy from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.

¹⁹又用指头向祭坛弹血七次，洁净祭坛，使它分别为圣，脱离以色列人的不洁。

²⁰“When he has made an end of atoning for the Holy Place, the Tent of Meeting, and the altar, he shall present the live goat.

²⁰代罪的山羊“亚伦为圣所、会幕和祭坛赎了罪以后，就要把那只活山羊献上。

²¹Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, even all their sins; and he shall put them on the head of the goat, and shall send him away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is in readiness.

²¹亚伦两手按在那只活山羊头上，承认以色列人的一切罪孽和他们的过犯，就是他们一切罪孽。把它们都归在那山羊的头上；然后经由已预定的人，把羊送到旷野里去。

²²The goat shall carry all their iniquities on himself to a solitary land, and he shall let the goat go in the wilderness.

²²那只山羊就担当他们的一切罪孽，把它们带到一个完全隔离的地；所以那人要把那只山羊送到旷野里去。

²³“Aaron shall come into the Tent of Meeting, and shall take off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the Holy Place, and shall leave them there.

²³“亚伦要进会幕，把他进圣所时所穿的细麻布衣服脱下，放在那里。

²⁴Then he shall bathe himself in water in a holy place, and put on his garments, and come out and offer his burnt offering and the burnt offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people.

²⁴然后在圣洁的地方用水洗身，穿回自己的衣服出来，把自己的燔祭和众民的燔祭献上，为自己和众民赎罪。

²⁵The fat of the sin offering he shall burn on the altar.

²⁵赎罪祭牲的脂肪，他要焚烧在祭坛上。

²⁶“He who lets the goat go for the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.

²⁶那送走归阿撒泻勒的山羊的人，要洗净自己的衣服，用水洗身，然后才可以进到营里。

²⁷The bull for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be carried forth outside the camp; and they shall burn their skins, their flesh, and their dung with fire.

²⁷那作赎罪祭的公牛和作赎罪祭的公山羊，它们的血既然被带进去为圣所赎罪，它们的身体就要搬出营外去；它们的皮、肉和粪都要用火烧掉。

²⁸He who burns them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.

²⁸那烧祭牲的人要洗净自己的衣服，用水洗身，然后才可以进营。

²⁹“It shall be a statute to you forever: in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall afflict your souls, and shall do no kind of work, the native-born, or the stranger who lives as a foreigner among you:

²⁹每年当守一次赎罪日“每逢七月十日，你们要刻苦己心，无论是本地人，或是寄居在你们中间的外人，什么的工，你们都不可作，这要作你们永远的律例。

³⁰for on this day shall atonement be made for you, to cleanse you; from all your sins you shall be clean before Yahweh.

³⁰因为在这一天，他要为你们赎罪，使你们洁净，脱离你们一切罪孽，使你们在耶和华面前成为洁净。

³¹It is a Sabbath of solemn rest to you, and you shall afflict your souls; it is a statute forever.

³¹这是完全休歇的安息，你们要刻苦己心。这是永远的律例。

³²The priest, who is anointed and who is consecrated to be priest in his father’s place, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen garments, even the holy garments.

³²那被膏立，承受圣职，接替他父亲作祭司的，要穿上细麻布衣服，就是圣洁的衣服，进行赎罪。

³³Then he shall make atonement for the Holy Sanctuary; and he shall make atonement for the Tent of Meeting and for the altar; and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly.

³³他要为至圣所赎罪，又为会幕和祭坛赎罪，以及为祭司们和全体会众赎罪。

³⁴“This shall be an everlasting statute for you, to make atonement for the children of Israel once in the year because of all their sins.” It was done as Yahweh commanded Moses.

³⁴每年一次，要因以色列人一切的罪，为他们赎罪。这是你们永远的律例。”于是亚伦照着耶和华吩咐摩西的去行。
