¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹各种许愿还愿的条例

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

²“你要告诉以色列人，对他们说：如果人许特别的愿，献身给耶和华，就要依照你的估价献身价。

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³你应该这样估价：从二十岁到六十岁的男人，你要按着圣所衡量银子的标准，估价五百五十克银子。

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴如果是女人，你要估价三百四十二克银子。

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁵如果是五岁到二十岁，男子的估价是二百二十八克银子，女子是一百一十四克银子。

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶如果是一个月到五岁，男子的估价是五十七克银子，女子是三十四克银子。

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁷如果是六十岁以上，男子的估价是一百七十一克银子，女子是一百一十四克银子。

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸那人若是贫穷，不能支付你估定的价，就要把他带到祭司面前，让祭司估定他的价；祭司就按着许愿的人的经济能力，估定他的价。

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

⁹如果所许的是可以献给耶和华为供物的牲畜，献给耶和华的任何牲畜，都要分别为圣。

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹⁰不可更换，也不可代替；无论是好的换坏的，或是坏的换好的，都不可以。如果人一定要以另一只牲畜代替以前所许的牲畜献上，那么以前所许的和用来交换的，都要分别为圣。

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹¹所许的若是不洁净的牲畜，人不能把它献给耶和华为供物，就是把牲畜牵到祭司面前；

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹²祭司要按牲畜的好坏估价；祭司估价多少，就是多少。

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹³如果他一定要把牲畜赎回，就要按你的估价，多付五分之一。

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴“如果有人把房屋分别为圣献给耶和华，祭司要按房屋的好坏估价，祭司估价多少，就定它价值多少。

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵把自己房屋分别为圣的人，如果要赎回房屋，就要按你估定的价银，多加五分之一，房屋才可以归他。

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶“如果有人把自己产业的一部分，分别为圣献给耶和华，你的估价要根据那地的撒种量：每撒大麦二十公斤，估价五百七十克银子。

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁷如果他从禧年起，把自己的田地分别为圣，就要按照你的估价定那田地的价值。

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁸如果他在禧年以后，把自己的田地分别为圣，祭司就要照着到下一个禧年所剩余的年数，给他计算价银，然后从你的估价减去这价银。

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

¹⁹把自己田地分别为圣的人，如果一定要赎回田地，就要按你的估价，多付五分之一，田地才可以归他。

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²⁰如果他不赎回田地，而卖给别人，他就再也不能赎回田地了。

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²¹到了禧年，买主就要交出那地归耶和华为圣，像永属耶和华的圣地一样，归祭司为产业。

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²²如果人把买来的田地，不是自己承受为业的田地，分别为圣献给耶和华，

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²³祭司就要按照你的估价，给他计算，直到禧年为止；价值多少，他必须当天付给你估定的价银，表示把那地献给耶和华为圣。

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁴到了禧年，那地要归还卖主，就是归还那承受那地为业的原主。

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁵你的一切估价，都要照着圣所衡量银子的标准。

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁶“唯独牲畜的头一胎，无论是牛或是羊，既然头一胎是属于耶和华的，人就不能再把它分别为圣，因为这本是耶和华的。

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁷但如果是不洁净的牲畜，他就要按照你的估价，加上五分之一把它赎回；如果不赎回，就要按照你的估价卖掉。

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁸“一切永属耶和华的圣物，就是人永献给耶和华的物，无论是人或是牲畜，或是他承受作产业的田地，都不可以变卖，也不可以赎回；一切永献之物都是归耶和华为至圣的。

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

²⁹如果有人永献牲畜作永属耶和华的圣物，就不可赎回；必须把它杀死。

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³⁰什一之物“地上的一切，无论是地上的种子或是树上的果子，十分之一是耶和华的，是归给耶和华为圣的。

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³¹如果人一定要赎回这十分之一，除物价以外，还要加上五分之一。

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³²牛群和羊群的十分之一，就是一切从牧人杖下经过的，每第十只都是归耶和华为圣的。

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³³人不可理会是好或是坏，也不可把它更换；如果一定要更换，本来的与更换的，都要分别为圣，不能赎回。”

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.

³⁴以上这些就是耶和华在西奈山，为以色列人吩咐摩西的律例。
