¹These are the journeys of the children of Israel, when they went forth out of the land of Egypt by their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

¹هذه رحلات بني اسرائيل الذين خرجوا من ارض مصر بجنودهم عن يد موسى وهرون.

²Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of Yahweh: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.

²وكتب موسى مخارجهم برحلاتهم حسب قول الرب. وهذه رحلاتهم بمخارجهم.

³They traveled from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the next day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians,

³ارتحلوا من رعمسيس في الشهر الاول في اليوم الخامس عشر من الشهر الاول في غد الفصح خرج بنو اسرائيل بيد رفيعة امام اعين جميع المصريين

⁴while the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom Yahweh had struck among them: on their gods also Yahweh executed judgments.

⁴اذ كان المصريون يدفنون الذين ضرب منهم الرب من كل بكر. والرب قد صنع بآلهتهم احكاما

⁵The children of Israel traveled from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.

⁵فارتحل بنو اسرائيل من رعمسيس ونزلوا في سكّوت.

⁶They traveled from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.

⁶ثم ارتحلوا من سكّوت ونزلوا في ايثام التي في طرف البرية.

⁷They traveled from Etham, and turned back to Pihahiroth, which is before Baal Zephon: and they encamped before Migdol.

⁷ثم ارتحلوا من ايثام ورجعوا على فم الحيروث التي قبالة بعل صفون ونزلوا امام مجدل.

⁸They traveled from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness: and they went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.

⁸ثم ارتحلوا من امام الحيروث وعبروا في وسط البحر الى البرية وساروا مسيرة ثلاثة ايام في برية ايثام ونزلوا في مارّة.

⁹They traveled from Marah, and came to Elim: and in Elim were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm trees; and they encamped there.

⁹ثم ارتحلوا من مارّة واتوا الى إيليم. وكان في ايليم اثنتا عشرة عين ماء وسبعون نخلة. فنزلوا هناك.

¹⁰They traveled from Elim, and encamped by the Red Sea or, Sea of Reeds .

¹⁰ثم ارتحلوا من ايليم ونزلوا على بحر سوف.

¹¹They traveled from the Red Sea or, Sea of Reeds , and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.

¹¹ثم ارتحلوا من بحر سوف ونزلوا في برية سين.

¹²They traveled from the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.

¹²ثم ارتحلوا من برية سين ونزلوا في دفقة.

¹³They traveled from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.

¹³ثم ارتحلوا من دفقة ونزلوا في الوش.

¹⁴They traveled from Alush, and encamped in Rephidim, where there was no water for the people to drink.

¹⁴ثم ارتحلوا من ألوش ونزلوا في رفيديم. ولم يكن هناك ماء للشعب ليشرب.

¹⁵They traveled from Rephidim, and encamped in the wilderness of Sinai.

¹⁵ثم ارتحلوا من رفيديم ونزلوا في برية سيناء.

¹⁶They traveled from the wilderness of Sinai, and encamped in Kibroth Hattaavah.

¹⁶ثم ارتحلوا من برية سيناء ونزلوا في قبروت هتّأوة.

¹⁷They traveled from Kibroth Hattaavah, and encamped in Hazeroth.

¹⁷ثم ارتحلوا من قبروت هتّأوة ونزلوا في حضيروت.

¹⁸They traveled from Hazeroth, and encamped in Rithmah.

¹⁸ثم ارتحلوا من حضيروت ونزلوا في رثمة.

¹⁹They traveled from Rithmah, and encamped in Rimmon Perez.

¹⁹ثم ارتحلوا من رثمة ونزلوا في رمّون فارص.

²⁰They traveled from Rimmon Perez, and encamped in Libnah.

²⁰ثم ارتحلوا من رمّون فارص ونزلوا في لبنة.

²¹They traveled from Libnah, and encamped in Rissah.

²¹ثم ارتحلوا من لبنة ونزلوا في رسّة.

²²They traveled from Rissah, and encamped in Kehelathah.

²²ثم ارتحلوا من رسّة ونزلوا في قهيلاتة.

²³They traveled from Kehelathah, and encamped in Mount Shepher.

²³ثم ارتحلوا من قهيلاتة ونزلوا في جبل شافر.

²⁴They traveled from Mount Shepher, and encamped in Haradah.

²⁴ثم ارتحلوا من جبل شافر ونزلوا في حرادة.

²⁵They traveled from Haradah, and encamped in Makheloth.

²⁵ثم ارتحلوا من حرادة ونزلوا في مقهيلوت.

²⁶They traveled from Makheloth, and encamped in Tahath.

²⁶ثم ارتحلوا من مقهيلوت ونزلوا في تاحت.

²⁷They traveled from Tahath, and encamped in Terah.

²⁷ثم ارتحلوا من تاحت ونزلوا في تارح.

²⁸They traveled from Terah, and encamped in Mithkah.

²⁸ثم ارتحلوا من تارح ونزلوا في مثقة.

²⁹They traveled from Mithkah, and encamped in Hashmonah.

²⁹ثم ارتحلوا من مثقة ونزلوا في حشمونة.

³⁰They traveled from Hashmonah, and encamped in Moseroth.

³⁰ثم ارتحلوا من حشمونة ونزلوا في مسيروت.

³¹They traveled from Moseroth, and encamped in Bene Jaakan.

³¹ثم ارتحلوا من مسيروت ونزلوا في بني يعقان.

³²They traveled from Bene Jaakan, and encamped in Hor Haggidgad.

³²ثم ارتحلوا من بني يعقان ونزلوا في حور الجدجاد.

³³They traveled from Hor Haggidgad, and encamped in Jotbathah.

³³ثم ارتحلوا من حور الجدجاد ونزلوا في يطبات.

³⁴They traveled from Jotbathah, and encamped in Abronah.

³⁴ثم ارتحلوا من يطبات ونزلوا في عبرونة.

³⁵They traveled from Abronah, and encamped in Ezion Geber.

³⁵ثم ارتحلوا من عبرونة ونزلوا في عصيون جابر.

³⁶They traveled from Ezion Geber, and encamped in the wilderness of Zin (the same is Kadesh).

³⁶ثم ارتحلوا من عصيون جابر ونزلوا في برية صين وهي قادش.

³⁷They traveled from Kadesh, and encamped in Mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.

³⁷ثم ارتحلوا من قادش ونزلوا في جبل هور في طرف ارض ادوم

³⁸Aaron the priest went up into Mount Hor at the commandment of Yahweh, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first day of the month.

³⁸فصعد هرون الكاهن الى جبل هور حسب قول الرب ومات هناك في السنة الاربعين لخروج بني اسرائيل من ارض مصر في الشهر الخامس في الاول من الشهر.

³⁹Aaron was one hundred twenty-three years old when he died in Mount Hor.

³⁹وكان هرون ابن مئة وثلاث وعشرين سنة حين مات في جبل هور.

⁴⁰The Canaanite, the king of Arad, who lived in the South in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.

⁴⁰وسمع الكنعاني ملك عراد وهو ساكن في الجنوب في ارض كنعان بمجيء بني اسرائيل

⁴¹They traveled from Mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.

⁴¹ثم ارتحلوا من جبل هور ونزلوا في صلمونة.

⁴²They traveled from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.

⁴²ثم ارتحلوا من صلمونة ونزلوا في فونون.

⁴³They traveled from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.

⁴³ثم ارتحلوا من فونون ونزلوا في اوبوت.

⁴⁴They traveled from Oboth, and encamped in Iye Abarim, in the border of Moab.

⁴⁴ثم ارتحلوا من اوبوت ونزلوا في عيّي عباريم في تخم موآب.

⁴⁵They traveled from Iyim, and encamped in Dibon Gad.

⁴⁵ثم ارتحلوا من عيّيم ونزلوا في ديبون جاد.

⁴⁶They traveled from Dibon Gad, and encamped in Almon Diblathaim.

⁴⁶ثم ارتحلوا من ديبون جاد ونزلوا في علمون دبلاتايم.

⁴⁷They traveled from Almon Diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.

⁴⁷ثم ارتحلوا من علمون دبلاتايم ونزلوا في جبال عباريم اما نبو.

⁴⁸They traveled from the mountains of Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.

⁴⁸ثم ارتحلوا من جبال عباريم ونزلوا في عربات موآب على اردن اريحا.

⁴⁹They encamped by the Jordan, from Beth Jeshimoth even to Abel Shittim in the plains of Moab.

⁴⁹نزلوا على الاردن من بيت يشيموت الى آبل شطّيم في عربات موآب

⁵⁰Yahweh spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,

⁵⁰وكلم الرب موسى في عربات موآب على اردن اريحا قائلا

⁵¹Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, “When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

⁵¹كلم بني اسرائيل وقل لهم انكم عابرون الاردن الى ارض كنعان

⁵²then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their stone idols, destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places.

⁵²فتطردون كل سكان الارض من امامكم وتمحون جميع تصاويرهم وتبيدون كل اصنامهم المسبوكة وتخربون جميع مرتفعاتهم.

⁵³You shall take possession of the land, and dwell therein; for I have given given the land to you to possess it.

⁵³تملكون الارض وتسكنون فيها لاني قد اعطيتكم الارض لكي تملكوها

⁵⁴You shall inherit the land by lot according to your families; to the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance: wherever the lot falls to any man, that shall be his. You shall inherit according to the tribes of your fathers.

⁵⁴وتقتسمون الارض بالقرعة حسب عشائركم. الكثير تكثرون له نصيبه والقليل تقلّلون له نصيبه. حيث خرجت له القرعة فهناك يكون له. حسب اسباط آبائكم تقتسمون.

⁵⁵“But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those you let remain of them will be as pricks in your eyes and as thorns in your sides, and they will harass you in the land in which you dwell.

⁵⁵وان لم تطردوا سكان الارض من امامكم يكون الذين تستبقون منهم اشواكا في اعينكم ومناخس في جوانبكم ويضايقونكم على الارض التي انتم ساكنون فيها.

⁵⁶It shall happen that as I thought to do to them, so will I do to you.”

⁵⁶فيكون اني افعل بكم كما هممت ان افعل بهم
