1Be imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ.
1तऊन तू लोग वइसेन ही मोर अनुसरण करा जइसेन मइँ मसीह का अनुसरण करित हउँ। अधीन रहा
2Now I praise you, brothers, that you remember me in all things, and hold firm the traditions, even as I delivered them to you.
2मइँ तोहार प्रसंसा करत हउँ। काहेकि तू मोका हर समइ सुमिरत करत रहत ह; अउर जउन सिच्छन मइँ तोहे दिहे हउँ, ओनका सावधानी स पालन करत रह्या।
3But I would have you know that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.
3पर मइँ चाहित ह कि तू इ जान ल्या कि स्त्री क सासक पुरूस अहइ, पुरूस क सासक मसीह अहइ, अउर मसीह क सासक परमेस्सर अहइ।
4Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonors his head.
4हम अइसे मनई जउन सिर ढाँकिके पराथना करत ह या परमेस्सर कइँती बोलत ह, उ आपन प्रधान क अपमान करत ह।
5But every woman praying or prophesying with her head unveiled dishonors her head. For it is one and the same thing as if she were shaved.
5पर हर एक अइसी स्त्री जउन बिना सिर ढाँकिके पराथना करत ह या जनता मँ परमेस्सर कइँती बोलत ह, उ अपने प्रधान क अपमानित करत ह। उ ठीक ओह स्त्री क समान अहइ जे आपन सिर मुंडवाइ दिहे अहइ।
6For if a woman is not covered, let her also be shorn. But if it is shameful for a woman to be shorn or shaved, let her be covered.
6अगर कउनउ स्त्री आपन सिर नाहीं ढाँकत तउ उ अपने बालउ काहे नाहीं मुँड़वाइ लेत। मुला अगर स्त्री क बरे बाल मुँड़वाउब लज्जा क बात अहइ तउ ओका आपन्न मूँड़ ढकँइ चाही।
7For a man indeed ought not to have his head covered, because he is the image and glory of God, but the woman is the glory of the man.
7मुला पुरूस क बरे आपन मूँड़ ढकब अच्छा नाहीं बा काहेकि उ परमेस्सर क सरूप अउर महिमा क प्रतिबिम्ब अहइ। मुला एक स्त्री आपन पुरूस क महिमा क प्रतिबिम्ब कहत ह।
8For man is not from woman, but woman from man;
8हम अइसेन एह बरे कहक हई काहेकि पुरूस कउनो स्त्री स नाहीं, बल्कि स्त्री पुरूस स बनी बाटइ।
9for neither was man created for the woman, but woman for the man.
9पुरूस स्त्री क बरे नाहीं रचा गवा बल्कि स्त्री क रचना पुरूस क बरे कीन्ह गइ बा।
10For this cause the woman ought to have authority on her head, because of the angels.
10इही बरे परमेस्सर तउ ओका जउन अधिकार दिहे अहइ, ओकर प्रतीक रूप स स्त्री क चाही कि उ आपन मूँड़ ढाकइ। ओका सरगदूत क कारण अइसेन करइ चाही।
11Nevertheless, neither is the woman independent of the man, nor the man independent of the woman, in the Lord.
11फिन भी उ पर्भू मँ न तउ स्त्री पुरूस स स्वतन्त्र अहइँ अउर न तउ पुरूस स्त्री स।
12For as woman came from man, so a man also comes through a woman; but all things are from God.
12काहेकि जइसेन पुरूस स स्त्री आइ, वइसेन ही स्त्री पुरूस क जनम दिहेस। मुला सब केउॅ परमेस्सर स आवत हीं।
13Judge for yourselves. Is it appropriate that a woman pray to God unveiled?
13खुद निर्णय करा। का एक स्त्री क मूँड़ उघारे परमेस्सर क पारथना करब अच्छा लागत ह?
14Doesn’t even nature itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him?
14का खुद प्रतीक तोहे नाहीं देखॉवत कि अगर केउ पुरूस आपन बाल लम्बा बढ़इ देइ तउ इ ओकरे बरे सरम क बात अहइ,
15But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her, for her hair is given to her for a covering.
15अउर इ कि एक स्त्री क बरे इहइ ओकर सोभा अहइ? सहीयउ मँ ओका ओकरे लम्बा बाल एक प्राकृतिक ओढ़नी क रूप मँ दीन्ह गवा बा।
16But if any man seems to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither do God’s assemblies.
16अब ऍह पर अगर कउनउ बिबाद करइ चाहइ तउ हमका कहइ क होइ कि न तऊ हमरे इहाँ कउनउ अइसेन प्रथा परमेस्सर क कलीसिया मँ नाहीं बा।
17But in giving you this command, I don’t praise you, that you come together not for the better but for the worse.
17अब इ आदेस देत हउँ मइँ तोहार प्रसंसा नाहीं करत हउँ काहेकि तोहर आपस मँ मिलब तोहार भला करइ क बजाय तोहे हानि पहुँचावत बा।
18For first of all, when you come together in the assembly, I hear that divisions exist among you, and I partly believe it.
18सबसे पहिले इ कि मइँ सुने हउँ कि तू लोग सभा मँ जब परस्पर मिलत ह्या त तोहरे बीच मतभेद रहत ह। कछू अंस तक मइँ एह पर बिसवास करत हउँ।
19For there also must be factions among you, that those who are approved may be revealed among you.
19(आखिरकार तोहरे बीच मतभेद भी होइहीं। जेहसे कि तोहरे बीच मँ जउन अच्छा ठहरावा गवा बा, उ सामने आइ जाइ।)
20When therefore you assemble yourselves together, it is not the Lord’s supper that you eat.
20तउन जब तू आपस मँ इकट्ठा होत ह तउ सचमुच पर्भू क भोज पावइ क बरे नाहीं एकट्ठा होत्या,
21For in your eating each one takes his own supper first. One is hungry, and another is drunken.
21मुला जब तू भोज ग्रहण करत ह त तोहमँा स हर केऊॅ आगे बढ़ि क अपनेन ही खाना पर टूट पड़त ह। अउर बस केउ मनई तउ भूखइ ही चला जात ह, जब कि कउनउ मनई बहुत जियादा खाइ-पी क मस्त होइ जात ह।
22What, don’t you have houses to eat and to drink in? Or do you despise God’s assembly, and put them to shame who don’t have? What shall I tell you? Shall I praise you? In this I don’t praise you.
22का तोहरे लगे खाइ-पीअइ क बरे आपन घर नाहीं बा। अउर एह तरह तू परमेस्सर क कलीसिया क अनादर नाहीं करत अहा? अउर जउन दीन अहइँ ओनकर तिरस्कार करइ क चेस्टा नाहीं करतेन? मइँ तोहसे का कहीं? एकरे बरे का मइँ तोहर प्रसंसा करउँ। एह बिसय मँ तोहार प्रसंसा न करब।
23For I received from the Lord that which also I delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night in which he was betrayed took bread.
23काहेकि जउन सीख मइँ तोहे सबन क दिहे हउँ, उ हमका पर्भू स मिली रही। पर्भू ईसू त ओह रात, जब ओका मरवाइ डालइ क बरे पकड़वावा ग रहा, एक ठु रोटी लिहेस,
24When he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “Take, eat. This is my body, which is broken for you. Do this in memory of me.”
24अउर धन्यबाद देइ क बाद, उ ओका तोड़ेस अउर कहेस, “इ मोर देह अहइ, जउन तोहरे बरे बा। मोका याद करइ क बरे तू अइसेन ही किहा करा।”
25In the same way he also took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink, in memory of me.”
25उ भोजन कइ चुकइ क बाद इही तरह उ कटोरा उठाएस अउर कहेस, “इ कटोरा मोरे लहू क जरिये कीन्ह गवा एक नवा करार अहइ। जब कभउँ तू एका पिआय तबहिं मोका याद करइ क बरे अइसेन करा।”
26For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.
26काहेकि जेतॅनी बार उ तू ऍह रोटी क खात ह अउर एह कटोरा क पिअत ह, ओतॅनी बार जब तलक उ आइ नाहीं जात, तू पर्भू क मउत क प्रचार करत रहा।
27Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks the Lord’s cup in a way unworthy of the Lord will be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.
27अत: जब केउ पर्भू क रोटी या पर्भू क कटोरा क अनुचित रूप स खात-पिअत ह, उ पर्भू क देह अउर ओकर लहू क बरे अपराधी होइ।
28But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and drink of the cup.
28मनई क चाहे कि उ पहिले अपने क परखइ अउर तब इ रोटी क खाई अउर इ कटोरा क पिअइ।
29For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy way eats and drinks judgment to himself, if he doesn’t discern the Lord’s body.
29काहेकि पर्भू क देह क मतलब समझे बिना जउन एह रोटी क खात ह अउर एह कटोरा क पिअत ह, उ एह तरह खाइ-पीके अपने उप्पर सजा क बोलावत ह।
30For this cause many among you are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep.
30इही बरे तउ तोहमाँ स बहुत लोग कमजोर अहइँ बीमार अहइँ अउर बहुत स त चिरनिद्रा मँ सोइ ग अहइँ।
31For if we discerned ourselves, we wouldn’t be judged.
31मुला अगर हम अपने आप क अच्छे तरह स परख लिहे होइत हमका पर्भू क सजा न भोगइ पड़ी।
32But when we are judged, we are punished by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.
32पर्भू हमका अनुसासित करइ क बरे सजा देत थ। ताकि हमका संसार क साथे दण्डित न कीन्ह जाइ।
33Therefore, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait for one another.
33एह बरे कि मोर भाइयो तथा बहिनियो, जब भोजन करइ त एकट्ठा होत ह तउ परस्पर एक दूसरे क इन्तजार करा।
34But if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, lest your coming together be for judgment. The rest I will set in order whenever I come.
34अगर सहीयउ मँ कउनो क बहुत भूख लगी होइ तउ ओका घरे पर खाइ लेइ चाही ताकि तोहार एकत्र होइ तोहरे बरे दण्ड क कारण न बनइ। अउर, दूसर बातन क जब मइँ अउबइ तबइ सुलझाउब।
