1Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, to the assembly of the Thessalonians in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1थिस्सलुनीकियन क परमपिता अउर पर्भू ईसू मसीह मँ स्थित कलीसिया क पौलुस, सिलवानुस अउर तीमुथियुस क तरफ स परमेस्सर क अनुग्रह अउर सान्ति तोहरे साथे रहइ।
2We always give thanks to God for all of you, mentioning you in our prayers,
2हम तोहे सब जने क बरे हमेसा परमेस्सर क धन्यबाद देत रहित ह अउर अपने पराथनन मँ हमका तोहर याद बनी रहत ह।
3remembering without ceasing your work of faith and labor of love and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father.
3पराथना करत भए हम हमेसा तोहरे ओह काम क याद करित ह जउन फल अहइ, बिसवास क, पिरेम स पैदा भइ तोहर कठिन मेहनत क, अउर हमरे पर्भू ईसू मसीह मँ आसा स पैदा तोहर धैर्यपूर्ण सहनशीलता क हमका हमेसा धियान बना रहत ह।
4We know, brothers The word for “brothers” here and where context allows may also be correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” loved by God, that you are chosen,
4हे परमेस्सर क प्यारा हमार भाइयो तथा बहिनियो, हम जानित ह कि तू ओनकर चुना भवा अहा।
5and that our Good News came to you not in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and with much assurance. You know what kind of men we showed ourselves to be among you for your sake.
5काहेकि हमरे सुसमाचार क प्रचार तोहरे लगे मात्र सब्दन मँ ही नाहीं पहुँचा बा बल्कि पवित्तर आतिमा समरथ अउर गहन स्रद्धा क साथे पहुँचा बा। तू जानत ह कि हम जब तोहरे साथे रहे, तोहरे लाभ क बरे कइसेन जीवन जिअत रहे।
6You became imitators of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit,
6कठोर सब यातना क बीच पू पवित्तर आतिमा स मिलइवाली खुशी क साथे उपदेस क ग्रहण किहा अउर हमार अउर पर्भू क अनुकरण करई लाग्या।
7so that you became an example to all who believe in Macedonia and in Achaia.
7अउर इही बरे मैसीडोनिया अउर अखाया क सभन बिसवासियन क बरे तू एक आदर्स बन गया
8For from you the word of the Lord has been declared, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith toward God has gone out; so that we need not to say anything.
8काहेकि तू पर्भू क उपदेस क जउन गूँज उठा, उ न केवल मैसीडोनिया अउर अखाया मँ सुना गवा बल्कि परमेस्सर मँ तोहर बिसवास सब कहूँउ जाना माना गवा। तउन हमका कछू कहइ क अब जरूरत नाहीं बाटइ।
9For they themselves report concerning us what kind of a reception we had from you; and how you turned to God from idols, to serve a living and true God,
