¹It happened in Iconium that they entered together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spoke that a great multitude both of Jews and of Greeks believed.

¹इहइ तरह पौलुस अउर बरनाबास इकुनियुम मँ यहूदी आराधनालय मँ गएऩ। हुवाँ उ पचे इ तरीका स बियाख्यान दिहेन कि यहूदियन क एक बड़का मनइयन क मजमा बिसवास कइ लिहेस।

²But the disbelieving or, disobedient Jews stirred up and embittered the souls of the Gentiles against the brothers.

²मुला उ यहूदियन जउन नाहीं पातियानेन, गैर यहूदियन क उसकाएऩ अउर भाई बहनन क खिलाफ दुस्मनी पइदा कइ दिहेन।

³Therefore they stayed there a long time, speaking boldly in the Lord, who testified to the word of his grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

³तउ पौलुस अउर बरनाबास हुवाँ बहोत दिनॉ तलक ठहरा रहेन अउर पर्भू क बारे मँ बेडर होइके प्रबचन देत रहेन। ओनकइ हीला स पर्भू अद्भुत कारजन अउर अचरज कारजन करवावत भव आपन द्या क संदेसा क मान करावत रहा।

⁴But the multitude of the city was divided. Part sided with the Jews, and part with the apostles.

⁴ओहर सहर क मनइयन मँ फूट पड़ि गइ। कछू मिला प्रेरितन कइँती अउर कछू मिला यहूदियन कइँती होइ गएन।

⁵When some of both the Gentiles and the Jews, with their rulers, made a violent attempt to mistreat and stone them,

⁵फिन जब गैर यहूदी लोग अउर यहूदी लोग आपन आपन नेता स मिलिके ओनके संग बुरा बेवहार करइ लागेन (गरियाव) अउर ओन प पाथर लोकावइ क बात चली,

⁶they became aware of it, and fled to the cities of Lycaonia, Lystra, Derbe, and the surrounding region.

⁶तउ पौलुस अउर बरनाबास क ऍकर पता लग गवा अउर पचे लुकाउनिया अउर लुस्त्रा अउर दिरबे जइसे सहरन अउर सासपास क पहँटा मँ परानेन।

⁷There they preached the Good News.

⁷उ पचे हुवाँ भी सुसमाचार क प्रचार करत रहेन।

⁸At Lystra a certain man sat, impotent in his feet, a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked.

⁸लुस्त्रा मँ एक मनई बइठा भवा रहा। उ आपन गोड़वा स अंपग रहा। उ जन्मत ही लँगड़ा रहा, चल फिन तउ कबहुँ नाहीं पाएस।

⁹He was listening to Paul speaking, who, fastening eyes on him, and seeing that he had faith to be made whole,

⁹इ मनई पौलुस क बोलत भए सुने रहा। पौलुस ओह पइ निगाह गड़ाएस अउर लखेस कि चंगा होइ क बिसवास ओहमाँ बा।

¹⁰said with a loud voice, “Stand upright on your feet!” He leaped up and walked.

¹⁰तउ पौलुस ऊँची अवाज मँ कहेस, “अपने गोड़वा प सोझ खड़ा ह्वा।” तउ उ ऊपर उछरा अउर चलइ-फिरइ लाग।

¹¹When the multitude saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voice, saying in the language of Lycaonia, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!”

¹¹पौलुस जउन कछू किहे रहा, जब भिड़िया ओका लखेस तउ मनइयन लुकाउनिया क भाखा मँ गोहार लगाइके कहइ लागेन, “हमरे बीच मनई क रूप धइके, देवता उतरि आवा अहइँ।”

¹²They called Barnabas “Jupiter,” and Paul “Mercury,” because he was the chief speaker.

¹²उ पचे बरनाबास क “जेअस” अउर पौलुस क “हिरमेस” कहइ लागेन। (पौलुस क हिरमेस यह बरे कहा गवा काहेकि उ प्रमुख बोलवइया रहा।)

¹³The priest of Jupiter, whose temple was in front of their city, brought oxen and garlands to the gates, and would have made a sacrifice along with the multitudes.

¹³सहर क सोझइ बाहेर बना जेअस क यहूदियन क मंदिर क पूजारी सहर क दुआरे सॉड़ अउर माल लइके आइ पहोंचा। उ भीड़ क संग पौलुस अउर बरनाबास बरे बलि चढ़ावइ चाहत रहा।

¹⁴But when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard of it, they tore their clothes, and sprang into the multitude, crying out,

¹⁴मुला जब प्रेरितन बरनाबास अउर पौलुस इ सुनेन तउ उ पचे आपन ओढ़ना फाड़ि डाएन अउर उ पचे ऊँची अवाज मँ इ कहत भए भीड़ मँ घुसि गएऩ,

¹⁵“Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and bring you good news, that you should turn from these vain things to the living God, who made the sky and the earth and the sea, and all that is in them;

¹⁵“अरे मनइयन, तू पचे इ काहे करत बाट्या? हम पचे भी वइसे मनई अही, जइसे तू पचे अहा। हिआँ हम सबइ तू सबन्क सुसमाचार सुनावइ आइ अही ताकि तू पचे बेकार क बातन स मुँह मोड़िके उ सजीव परमेस्सर कइँती लउटा जउन अकास धरती, समुद्दर अउर एऩमाँ स जउन कछू अहइ, ओकर रचना किहेस ह।

¹⁶who in the generations gone by allowed all the nations to walk in their own ways.

¹⁶बीत गए काल मँ उ सबहिं जातियन क आपन आपन राहे प चलइ दिहेस।

¹⁷Yet he didn’t leave himself without witness, in that he did good and gave you TR reads “us” instead of “you” rains from the sky and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.”

¹⁷मुला तोहका उ खुद आपन साच्छी दिए बगैर नाहीं तजेस। काहेकि उ तोहरे संग भलाई किहेस। उ तू पचन्क अकास स बर्खा दिहेस अउर रितु क मुताबिक फसल दिहेस। उहइ तोहका खइया क देत ह अउर तोहरे मन क आनंद स भरि देत ह।”

¹⁸Even saying these things, they hardly stopped the multitudes from making a sacrifice to them.

¹⁸इ बचन क पाछे भी उ पचे भिड़िया क ओनकइ बरे बलि चढ़ावइ स अक्सर नाहीं रोक सकेन।

¹⁹But some Jews from Antioch and Iconium came there, and having persuaded the multitudes, they stoned Paul, and dragged him out of the city, supposing that he was dead.

¹⁹फिन अन्ताकिया अउर इकुनियुस स आए भए यहूदी लोग भीड़ क अपने पच्छ मँ कइके पौलुस प पाथेर लोकाएन अउर ओका मरा जानिके सहर क बाहेर घेरर्ाइ लइ गएन।

²⁰But as the disciples stood around him, he rose up, and entered into the city. On the next day he went out with Barnabas to Derbe.

²⁰फिन जब ओकर चेलन ओकरे चारिहुँ कइँती बटुरेन, तउ उ उठा अउर सहर मँ चला आवा अउर फिन अगले दिन बरनाबास क संग उ दिरबे बरे चल पड़ा।

²¹When they had preached the Good News to that city, and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch,

²¹उ सहर मँ उ पचे सुसमाचार क प्रचार कइके बहोत स चेलन बनएऩ। उ सबइ लुस्त्रा, इकुनियुम अउर अनताकिया लउटि आएऩ।

²²confirming the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that through many afflictions we must enter into the Kingdom of God.

²²अउर मनवइयन क आतिमन क स्थिर कइके बिसवास मँ रहइ बरे ओनका कहि क हिम्मत बढ़ाएऩ, “हमका बड़ा घोर दुख झेलिके परमेस्सर क राज्य मँ घुसइ क अहइ।”

²³When they had appointed elders for them in every assembly, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they had believed.

²³हर कलीसिया मँ उ पचे ओनका नुयुक्त किहेन उ पर्भू क सौप दिहेन जेहमाँ उ पचे बिसवास करत रहेन।

²⁴They passed through Pisidia, and came to Pamphylia.

²⁴एकरे पाछे पिसिदिया स होत भए उ पचे पंफूलिया आइ गएऩ।

²⁵When they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.

²⁵अउर पिरगा मँ जब सुसमाचार सुनाइ चुकेन तउ इटली मँ आइ गएऩ।

²⁶From there they sailed to Antioch, from where they had been committed to the grace of God for the work which they had fulfilled.

²⁶हुवाँ स उ पचे अन्ताकिया क जहाज स गएन जहाँ जउने काम क अबहिं उ पचे पूरा किहेन। उ काम बरे उ सबइ परमेस्सर क अनुग्रह प न्यौछावर होइ गएऩ।

²⁷When they had arrived, and had gathered the assembly together, they reported all the things that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith to the nations.

²⁷अइसे जब उ पचे पहोंचेन तउ उ पचे कलीसिया क मनइयन क बटोरेन अउर परमेस्सर ओनके द्वारा जउन कछू किहेस, ओकर वृत्तांत कहिके सुनाएऩ। अउर उ पचे एलान किहेन कि परमेस्सर दूसरे देसन क मनइयन बरे बिसवास क दुआर खोले अहइ।

²⁸They stayed there with the disciples for a long time.

²⁸फिन चेलन क संग हुवा बहोत दिनाँ तलक ठहरेन।
