²Kliči Bogu, zemljo sva, opjevaj slavu imena njegova, podaj mu hvalu dostojnu.

³Tell God, “How awesome are your deeds! Through the greatness of your power, your enemies submit themselves to you.

³Recite Bogu: "Kako su potresna djela tvoja! Zbog velike sile tvoje dušmani ti laskaju.

⁴All the earth will worship you, and will sing to you; they will sing to your name.” Selah.

⁴Sva zemlja nek' ti se klanja i nek' ti pjeva, neka pjeva tvom imenu!"

⁵Come, and see God’s deeds— awesome work on behalf of the children of men.

⁵Dođite i gledajte djela Božja: čuda učini među sinovima ljudskim.

⁶He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.

⁶On pretvori more u zemlju suhu te rijeku pregaziše. Stog' se njemu radujmo!

⁷He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. Selah.

⁷Dovijeka vlada jakošću svojom, oči mu paze na narode da se ne izdignu ljudi buntovni.

⁸Praise our God, you peoples! Make the sound of his praise heard,

⁸Blagoslivljajte, narodi, Boga našega, razglašujte hvalu njegovu!

⁹who preserves our life among the living, and doesn’t allow our feet to be moved.

⁹Našoj je duši darovao život i ne dade da nam posrne noga.

¹⁰For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.

¹⁰Iskušavao si nas teško, Bože, iskušavao ognjem kao srebro.

¹¹You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs.

¹¹Pustio si da u zamku padnemo, stisnuo lancima bokove naše.

¹²You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance.

¹²Pustio si da nam zajašu za vrat: prošli smo kroz oganj i vodu, onda si pustio da odahnemo.

¹³I will come into your temple with burnt offerings. I will pay my vows to you,

¹³S paljenicama ću u Dom tvoj ući, zavjete ispuniti pred tobom

¹⁴which my lips promised, and my mouth spoke, when I was in distress.

¹⁴što ih obećaše usne moje, što ih usta moja u tjeskobi obrekoše.

¹⁵I will offer to you burnt offerings of fat animals, with the offering of rams, I will offer bulls with goats. Selah.

¹⁵Prinijet ću ti paljenice s kadom ovnova, žrtvovati volove i jarad.

¹⁶Come, and hear, all you who fear God. I will declare what he has done for my soul.

¹⁶Dođite, počujte, koji se Boga bojite, pripovjedit ću što učini duši mojoj!

¹⁷I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.

¹⁷Na svoja sam usta njega zvao, jezikom ga hvalio.

¹⁸If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened.

¹⁸Da sam u srcu na zlo mislio, ne bi uslišio Gospod.

¹⁹But most certainly, God has listened. He has heard the voice of my prayer.

¹⁹No Bog me uslišio: obazro se na glas molitve moje.

²⁰Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer, nor his loving kindness from me.

²⁰Blagoslovljen Bog koji mi molitvu ne odbi, naklonosti ne odvrati od mene!
