¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به قوم اسرائیل بگو که هرگاه کسی سهواً گناه کند و یکی از احکام خداوند را که به آن ها داده است بجا نیاورد، باید مطابق مقررات ذیل عمل کند:

²“Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘If anyone sins unintentionally, in any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them:

²اگر از کاهنِ اعظم گناهی سر بزند، همۀ قوم گناهکار محسوب می شوند. پس او باید برای کَفارۀ گناه خود یک گوساله را که سالم و بی عیب باشد برای خداوند تقدیم کند.

³if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer for his sin, which he has sinned, a young bull without blemish to Yahweh for a sin offering.

³گوساله را به دَم دروازۀ خیمۀ حضور خداوند آورده دست خود را بر سر آن بگذارد و در حضور خداوند سر آن را ببُرد.

⁴He shall bring the bull to the door of the Tent of Meeting before Yahweh; and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull, and kill the bull before Yahweh.

⁴آنگاه کاهن اعظم خون قربانی را گرفته به خیمۀ حضور خداوند ببَرَد؛

⁵The anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull, and bring it to the Tent of Meeting.

⁵در آنجا انگشت خود را در خون فروبرده در حضور خداوند خون را هفت بار در پیشروی پردۀ جایگاه مقدس بپاشد.

⁶The priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before Yahweh, before the veil of the sanctuary.

⁶بعد در حضور خداوند کمی از آن خون را بر چهار کنج قربانگاه که در داخل خیمۀ حضور خداوند است بمالد. بقیۀ خون را در پای قربانگاه قربانی سوختنی که نزدیک دروازۀ دخول خیمۀ حضور خداوند است بریزد.

⁷The priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before Yahweh, which is in the Tent of Meeting; and he shall pour out all of rest of the blood of the bull at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

⁷بعد کاهن تمام چربی قربانی گناه و چربوی اعضای داخلی،

⁸He shall take all the fat of the bull of the sin offering off of it; the fat that covers the innards, and all the fat that is on the innards,

⁸گرده ها و چربوی روی آن ها و بهترین قسمت جگر آن را جدا کند

⁹and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the cover on the liver, with the kidneys, he shall take away,

⁹و همه را بر قربانگاه قربانی سوختنی، مثل چربی گاو قربانی سلامتی، بسوزاند.

¹⁰as it is taken off of the bull of the sacrifice of peace offerings. The priest shall burn them on the altar of burnt offering.

¹⁰اما پوست، گوشت، کله، پاچه، اعضای داخلی بشمول روده ها و سرگین قربانی را به یک محل پاک، در بیرون اردوگاه، جائی که خاکستر را می اندازند برده بالای هیزم بسوزاند.

¹¹The bull’s skin, all its flesh, with its head, and with its legs, its innards, and its dung,

¹¹هرگاه تمام قوم اسرائیل سهواً مرتکب گناه شوند و یکی از احکام خداوند را بجا نیاورند، هرچند خطای شان قصداً نباشد، گناهکار محسوب می شوند.

¹²even the whole bull shall he carry forth outside the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire. Where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.

¹²وقتی گناه شان آشکار گردد، آن ها باید گوساله ای را بعنوان قربانی گناه به خیمۀ حضور خداوند بیاورند.

¹³“‘If the whole congregation of Israel sins, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and are guilty;

¹³بزرگان قوم بحضور خداوند دستهای خود را بر سر گوساله گذاشته در آنجا سرش را ببرند.

¹⁴when the sin in which they have sinned is known, then the assembly shall offer a young bull for a sin offering, and bring it before the Tent of Meeting.

¹⁴بعد کاهن اعظم خون گوساله را به خیمه بیاورد

¹⁵The elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before Yahweh; and the bull shall be killed before Yahweh.

¹⁵و انگشت خود را در خون فروبرده در حضور خداوند هفت بار در پیشروی پرده بپاشد.

¹⁶The anointed priest shall bring of the blood of the bull to the Tent of Meeting:

¹⁶و سپس کمی از خون را بر چهار کنج قربانگاه که در بین خیمۀ حضور خداوند است بمالد و باقیماندۀ خون را در پای قربانگاه قربانی سوختنی که نزدیک دروازۀ دخول خیمۀ حضور خداوند است بریزد.

¹⁷and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before Yahweh, before the veil.

¹⁷تمام چربی آن باید بر قربانگاه سوزانده شود.

¹⁸He shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, that is in the Tent of Meeting; and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

¹⁸و کاهن همان کاری را که با گوسالۀ قربانی گناه کرد با این گوساله هم بکند. به این ترتیب گناهان قوم کفاره شده همگی بخشیده می شوند.

¹⁹All its fat he shall take from it, and burn it on the altar.

¹⁹بعد گوسالۀ قربانی شده را به بیرون اردوگاه برده آن را مثل گوسالۀ اول بسوزاند. با این قربانی، تمام قوم از گناه پاک می شوند.

²⁰Thus shall he do with the bull; as he did with the bull of the sin offering, so shall he do with this; and the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.

²⁰هرگاه یکی از حاکمان سهواً مرتکب گناه شود و یکی از احکام خداوند، خدای خود را زیر پا گذارد، گناهکار محسوب می گردد.

²¹He shall carry forth the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull. It is the sin offering for the assembly.

²¹و وقتی از گناه خود آگاه شود، یک بز نر را که سالم و بی عیب باشد برای قربانی بیاورد

²²“‘When a ruler sins, and unwittingly does any one of all the things which Yahweh his God has commanded not to be done, and is guilty;

²²دست خود را بر سر بز بگذارد و در حضور خداوند در جائی که قربانی سوختنی را ذبح می کنند سرش را ببرد؛ این حیوان، قربانی گناه او است.

²³if his sin, in which he has sinned, is made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a goat, a male without blemish.

²³بعد کاهن کمی از خون بز را گرفته با انگشت خود بر چهار کنج قربانگاه قربانی سوختنی بمالد و باقیماندۀ خون را در پای قربانگاه بریزد.

²⁴He shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before Yahweh. It is a sin offering.

²⁴تمام چربی آنرا مثل چربی قربانی سلامتی بر قربانگاه بسوزاند. به این ترتیب کاهن گناه او را کفاره می کند و گناه او بخشیده می شود.

²⁵The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering. He shall pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

²⁵هرگاه یکی از قوم سهواً گناه کند و از یکی از احکام خداوند سرپیچی نماید، مقصر شمرده می شود.

²⁶All its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin, and he will be forgiven.

²⁶وقتی به گناه خود پَی بُبَرَد، یک بز میش را که سالم و بی عیب باشد برای کَفارۀ گناه خود بیاورد.

²⁷“‘If anyone of the common people sins unwittingly, in doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and is guilty;

²⁷آنگاه دست خود را بر سر قربانی گذاشته به جائی که قربانی سوختنی را می کشند سرش را ببرند.

²⁸if his sin, which he has sinned, is made known to him, then he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has sinned.

²⁸و کاهن کمی از خون بز را گرفته با انگشت خود به چهار کنج قربانگاه قربانی سوختنی بمالد و باقیماندۀ خون را در پای قربانگاه بریزد.

²⁹He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill the sin offering in the place of burnt offering.

²⁹و کاهن تمام چربی آنرا مثل چربی قربانی سلامتی جدا کرده بر سر قربانگاه بسوزاند و بوی آن مورد پسند خداوند قرار می گیرد. به این ترتیب کاهن کَفارۀ گناه او را کرده از گناه پاک می شود.

³⁰The priest shall take some of its blood with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

³⁰هرگاه آن شخص بخواهد بره ای را قربانی کند، یک برۀ ماده را که سالم و بی عیب باشد بیاورد.

³¹All its fat he shall take away, like the fat is taken away from off of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it on the altar for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; and the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.

³¹آنگاه دست خود را بر سر حیوان گذاشته آن را بعنوان قربانی گناه در جائی که قربانی سوختنی را می کشند سر ببُرد.

³²“‘If he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring a female without blemish.

³²بعد کاهن کمی از خون برۀ قربانی را گرفته با انگشت خود به چهار کنج قربانگاه قربانی سوختنی بمالد و باقیماندۀ خون را در پای قربانگاه بریزد.سپس تمام چربی آن را مثل چربی برۀ قربانی سلامتی جدا کرده بر سر قربانگاه سوختانده شود و کاهن آن را مانند قربانی هائی که بر آتش برای خداوند تقدیم می گردند، بسوزاند. به این ترتیب کاهن گناه او را کفاره کرده و آن شخص از گناهانی که مرتکب شده است بخشیده می شود.

³³He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering.

³³سپس تمام چربی آن را مثل چربی برۀ قربانی سلامتی جدا کرده بر سر قربانگاه سوختانده شود و کاهن آن را مانند قربانی هائی که بر آتش برای خداوند تقدیم می گردند، بسوزاند. به این ترتیب کاهن گناه او را کفاره کرده و آن شخص از گناهانی که مرتکب شده است بخشیده می شود.

³⁴The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

³⁵All its fat he shall take away, like the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned, and he will be forgiven.
