¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به قوم اسرائیل بگو که وقتی بسرزمین موعود می رسند، این مقررات را رعایت کنند:

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,

²هرگاه بخواهند قربانی سوختنی یا هر قربانی دیگری که بر آتش تقدیم می شود و خداوند آن را می پسندد، بیاورند. قربانی باید گاو، قوچ، گوسفند یا بُز باشد. آن قربانی، خواه قربانی سوختنی، خواه نذری، خواه دلخواه، خواه قربانی مخصوص یکی از عیدها باشد، در هر صورت باید با هدیۀ آردی تقدیم شود. اگر کسی بخواهد که بره ای را قربانی کند، همراه آن باید یک کیلو آرد اعلی مخلوط با یک لیتر روغن بعنوان هدیۀ آردی و یک لیتر شراب بعنوان هدیۀ نوشیدنی تقدیم کند.

³and will make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a freewill offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock;

³هرگاه بخواهد یک قوچ را قربانی کند، همراه آن باید دو کیلو آرد اعلی مخلوط با یک و نیم لیتر روغن بعنوان هدیۀ آردی و همچنین یک و نیم لیتر شراب بعنوان هدیۀ نوشیدنی تقدیم کند. این نوع قربانی خداوند را راضی می کند.

⁴then he who offers his offering shall offer to Yahweh a meal offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of oil:

⁴اگر کسی بخواهد یک گاو را جهت قربانی نذری یا سلامتی بیاورد، همراه آن باید سه کیلو آرد اعلی مخلوط با دو لیتر روغن بعنوان هدیۀ آردی و نیز دو لیتر شراب بعنوان هدیۀ نوشیدنی تقدیم کند. بوی این قربانی که بر آتش به خداوند هدیه می شود برای او گوارا است.

⁵and wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin, you shall prepare with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

⁵این چیزهائی بود که باید همراه هر یک از قربانی های گاو، قوچ، بره یا بزغاله تقدیم شود.

⁶“‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil:

⁶هر کسی، خواه اسرائیلی باشد خواه بیگانه ای که در بین قوم اسرائیل سکونت دارد، بخواهد قربانی مورد پسند خداوند را بر آتش تقدیم کند، باید همین مقررات را رعایت نماید.

⁷and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

⁷از آنجائی که این مقررات برای اسرائیلی ها و همچنین بیگانگان یکسان است، باید بعنوان یک فریضۀ ابدی باقی بماند و همگی از این قانون پیروی کنند.»

⁸When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh;

⁸خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به قوم اسرائیل بگو که وقتی به سرزمینی که من آن ها را می آورم، وارد شدند،

⁹then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil:

⁹و هر وقتیکه از میوۀ زمین بخورند، باید یک حصۀ آن را بعنوان هدیۀ مخصوص به من تقدیم کنند.

¹⁰and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹⁰هرگاه نان بپزند باید اولین قرص نان را که از اولین خرمن خود به دست می آورند، بعنوان هدیۀ مخصوص به من تقدیم نمایند.

¹¹Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.

¹¹این هدیه ای را که از خرمن خود می دهند یک فریضۀ ابدی است و باید همیشه رعایت شود.

¹²According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.

¹²هرگاه شما یا نسل آیندۀ تان ندانسته از انجام هدایاتی که خداوند به موسی داد غفلت کنید،

¹³“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹³و بعد جماعت متوجه اشتباه خود شود، آن وقت باید یک گاو را بعنوان قربانی سوختنی تقدیم کند. تمام جماعت، این قربانی را که بوی آن مورد پسند خداوند است باید طبق مقررات همراه هدیۀ آردی و هدیۀ نوشیدنی و یک بز نر جهت قربانی گناه تقدیم کنند.

¹⁴If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; as you do, so he shall do.

¹⁴کاهن برای تمام قوم اسرائیل کَفاره کند و گناه شان بخشیده می شود، زیرا که گناه شان قصداً نبوده است و همچنین بخاطر همین اشتباه خود قربانی سوختنی و نیز قربانی گناه تقدیم کرده اند.

¹⁵For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the foreigner be before Yahweh.

¹⁵تمام قوم اسرائیل و هم بیگانگانی که در بین شان سکونت دارند بخشیده می شوند، زیرا تمام مردم در این اشتباه شامل بوده اند.

¹⁶One law and one ordinance shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”

¹⁶اگر تنها یک نفر ندانسته گناهی کند، آنوقت باید یک بز مادۀ یکساله را بعنوان قربانی گناه تقدیم کند

¹⁷Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁷و کاهن در حضور خداوند برایش کَفاره نماید و آن شخص بخشیده می شود.

¹⁸“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,

¹⁸این قانون را بیگانگانی که در بین شما سکونت دارند هم رعایت کنند.

¹⁹then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Yahweh.

¹⁹اما اگر کسی قصداً مرتکب گناهی شود، خواه اسرائیلی باشد خواه بیگانه، آن شخص در برابر خداوند گناه ورزیده است و باید از اجتماع طرد شود،

²⁰Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering: as the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.

²⁰زیرا که او فرمان خداوند را ناچیز شمرده از او نافرمانی کرده است. او باید به جزای عملش برسد.»

²¹Of the first of your dough you shall give to Yahweh a wave offering throughout your generations.

²¹هنگامی که قوم اسرائیل در بیابان بودند، مردی را دیدند که در روز سَبَت هیزم جمع می کند.

²²“‘When you shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which Yahweh has spoken to Moses,

²²آن ها او را پیش موسی و هارون و سایر رهبران قوم بردند.

²³even all that Yahweh has commanded you by Moses, from the day that Yahweh gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;

²³آن ها او را در زندان انداختند، زیرا که نمی دانستند با او چه کنند.

²⁴then it shall be, if it be done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, with the meal offering of it, and the drink offering of it, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.

²⁴خداوند به موسی فرمود: «سزای این شخص مرگ است. تمام قوم اسرائیل او را در بیرون اردوگاه برده سنگسارش کنند تا که بمیرد.»

²⁵The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error:

²⁵پس او را از اردوگاه خارج نموده قرار فرمان خداوند سنگسارش کردند.

²⁶and all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for in respect of all the people it was done unwittingly.

²⁶خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به قوم اسرائیل بگو که بر گوشه های لباس خود پوپکها بسازند و آن ها را با تارهای آبی وصل کنند.

²⁷“‘If one person sins unwittingly, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.

²⁷منظور از ساختن پوپکها اینست که هر وقت آن ها را ببینید احکام خداوند را بخاطر آورده از آن ها اطاعت نمائید، از من روگردان نشوید و پیرو امیال و خواهشهای نفسانی خود نباشید.

²⁸The priest shall make atonement for the soul who errs, when he sins unwittingly, before Yahweh, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.

²⁸پس شما بیاد می آورید که باید برای خدای خود پاک و مقدس باشید.من خداوند، خدای شما هستم، بلی من خداوند، خدای شما هستم که شما را از مصر بیرون آوردم.»

²⁹You shall have one law for him who does anything unwittingly, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.

²⁹من خداوند، خدای شما هستم، بلی من خداوند، خدای شما هستم که شما را از مصر بیرون آوردم.»

³⁰“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Yahweh; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

³¹Because he has despised the word of Yahweh, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.’”

³²While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.

³³Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

³⁴They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

³⁵Yahweh said to Moses, “The man shall surely be put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”

³⁶All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones; as Yahweh commanded Moses.

³⁷Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

³⁸“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them that they should make themselves fringes or, tassels (Hebrew tzitzit) in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe or, tassel of each border a cord of blue:

³⁹and it shall be to you for a fringe or, tassel , that you may look on it, and remember all the commandments of Yahweh, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;

⁴⁰that you may remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

⁴¹I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am Yahweh your God.”
