1After these things I looked and saw a door opened in heaven, and the first voice that I heard, like a trumpet speaking with me, was one saying, “Come up here, and I will show you the things which must happen after this.”
1پس از آن نگاه کردم و در آسمان دری باز دیدم و همان صدایی که من در آغاز شنیده بودم مانند شیپوری به من گفت: «بالا بیا، من آنچه را که باید بعد از این رُخ دهد به تو نشان خواهم داد.»
2Immediately I was in the Spirit. Behold, there was a throne set in heaven, and one sitting on the throne
2روح خدا مرا فرا گرفت و دیدم که در آسمان تخت سلطنتی قرار داشت و بر روی آن تخت کسی نشسته بود،
3that looked like a jasper stone and a sardius. There was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald to look at.
3که مانند یشم و عقیق می درخشید و گرداگرد تخت را رنگین کمانی به درخشندگی زمرد فراگرفته بود.
4Around the throne were twenty-four thrones. On the thrones were twenty-four elders sitting, dressed in white garments, with crowns of gold on their heads.
4در پیرامون این تخت بیست و چهار تخت دیگر بود و روی آن ها بیست و چهار پیر نشسته بودند. آن ها لباس سفید به تن و تاج زرین به سر داشتند.
5Out of the throne proceed lightnings, sounds, and thunders. There were seven lamps of fire burning before his throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
5از آن تخت برق می درخشید و غرش و رعد شنیده می شد. در پیش روی تخت، هفت مشعل سوزان می سوخت. اینها هفت روح خدا هستند.
6Before the throne was something like a sea of glass, similar to crystal. In the midst of the throne, and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes before and behind.
6و همچنین در برابر تخت چیزی که مانند دریایی از شیشه یا بلور بود، دیده می شد. در اطراف و در چهار گوشۀ تخت، چهار حیوان قرار داشتند که بدن آن ها از هر طرف پُر از چشم بود.
7The first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like a man, and the fourth was like a flying eagle.
7حیوان اول مانند شیر بود، دومی مانند گوساله، سومی صورتی مانند صورت انسان داشت و چهارمی مانند عقابی پَر گشوده بود.
8The four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. They have no rest day and night, saying, “Holy, holy, holy Hodges/Farstad MT reads “holy” 9 times instead of 3. is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come!”
8هر یک از این چهار حیوان شش بال داشت و بدن آن ها از هر طرف پُر از چشم بود و شب و روز دائماً می گفتند: «قدوس، قدوس، قدوس، خداوند، خدای قادر مطلق که بود و هست و آمدنی است.»
9When the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever,
9هر وقت این حیوانات آن تخت نشین را که تا ابد زنده است، تجلیل و تکریم و تمجید می کنند،
10the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying,
10آن بیست و چهار پیر در برابر تخت نشین که تا ابد زنده است سجده می کنند و او را می پرستند و تاج های خود را در پیش تخت او می اندازند و فریاد می زنند:«ای خداوند و خدای ما، تو تنها شایسته ای
که صاحب جلال و حُرمت و قدرت باشی،
زیرا تو همه چیز را آفریدی
و به ارادۀ تو، آن ها هستی و زندگی یافتند.»
11“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, the Holy One, TR omits “and God, the Holy One,” to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed, and were created!”
11«ای خداوند و خدای ما، تو تنها شایسته ای
که صاحب جلال و حُرمت و قدرت باشی،
زیرا تو همه چیز را آفریدی
و به ارادۀ تو، آن ها هستی و زندگی یافتند.»
