Kabyle: New Testament

Romans

12

1Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.
1A kkun-nhuɣ ihi ay atmaten s ṛṛeḥma n Sidi Ṛebbi iwakken aț-țsebblem lǧețțat-nwen d leɛqliya nwen am wesfel yeddren, zeddigen, yeṣfan ara iɛeǧben i Sidi Ṛebbi ; ț-țagi i d ṭṭaɛa i gețṛaǧu deg-wen Sidi Ṛebbi.
2Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
2Ur țɛanadet ara lǧil-agi n tura, meɛna ǧǧet Sidi Ṛebbi ad ibeddel ixemmimen-nwen d lɛeqliya-nwen iwakken aț-țissinem lebɣi-ines : ayen yelhan, ayen yeṣfan ur nesɛi lɛib, d wayen akk i t-iɛeǧben.
3For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.
3S ṛṛeḥma i yi-d-ițțunefken, a d iniɣ i mkul yiwen deg-wen : ur ssimɣuṛet ara iman-nwen, sqenɛet s wakken tellam, ddut s neyya ɣef leḥsab n liman i wen-d-yefka Sidi Ṛebbi.
4For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members don’t have the same function,
4Am akken nesɛa aṭas n lemfaṣel di lǧețța-nneɣ, meɛna mkul yiwen si lemfaṣel-nni s lxedma-ines,
5so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
5akken daɣen nukni, ɣas deg waṭas yid-nneɣ i nella, s tdukli-nneɣ nețțili d yiwet n lǧețța di Lmasiḥ, aql-aɣ meṛṛa d lemfaṣel wway gar-aneɣ, wa yeḥwaǧ wayeḍ.
6Having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, if prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith;
6Lameɛna di ṛṛeḥma-ines, Sidi Ṛebbi yefka-yaɣ-d tukciwin yemxalafen : ilaq yal yiwen ad ixdem ayen i s-d-yefka Sidi Ṛebbi, akken ilaq, s wul d liman :
7or service, let us give ourselves to service; or he who teaches, to his teaching;
7ama d axebbeṛ s ɣuṛ Sidi Ṛebbi s Ṛṛuḥ iqedsen, ama d leqdic,
8or he who exhorts, to his exhorting: he who gives, let him do it with liberality; he who rules, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
9Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.
9Ur seɛɛut ara sin wudmawen, ḥemmlet s wul yeṣfan, keṛhet cceṛ, ṭṭfet deg wayen yelhan.
10In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate one to another; in honor preferring one another;
10Sɛut daymen leqdeṛ wway gar-awen ; sɛut leḥnana, myeḥmalet s leḥmala n tegmaț.
11not lagging in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
11Qedcet ɣef Sidi Ṛebbi s wulawen-nwen d wayen yellan di tezmert-nwen, ẓewṛet, ur țțilit ara d imeɛdazen.
12rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer;
12Feṛḥet ɣef ddemma n usirem i tesɛam, sɛut ṣṣbeṛ di tegniț n ccedda, deɛɛut dayem ɣer Sidi Ṛebbi, ur ḥebbset ara.
13contributing to the needs of the saints; given to hospitality.
13Ɛiwnet atmaten-nwen di liman deg wayen uḥwaǧen, sṭerḥbet s lfeṛḥ s wid i d-yețțasen ɣuṛ-wen.
14Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse.
14Dɛut s lxiṛ i wid i kkun ițqehhiṛen, deɛɛut s lxiṛ, ur deɛɛut ara s cceṛ ;
15Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep.
15feṛḥet d wid ifeṛḥen, țrut d win yețrun.
16Be of the same mind one toward another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits.
16Ur xeddmet ara lxilaf wway-gar awen, ur ssimɣuṛet ara iman-nwen meɛna ddut s wannuz, ur ḥețbet ara iman-nwen d wid yesnen.
17Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men.
17Ur țțarrat ara țțaṛ seg wid i kkun-iḍuṛṛen, nadit ɣef wayen yelhan zdat yemdanen meṛṛa.
18If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.
18Ma yella wamek ara d-tekk s ɣuṛ-wen lehna, ilit di lehna akk-d yemdanen meṛṛa.
19Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.”
19Ur țțarrat ara țțaṛ ay imeɛzuzen, lameɛna ǧǧet kullec ger ifassen n Sidi Ṛebbi, d nețța ara ixedmen ccɣel-is. Atah wayen yuran di tira iqedsen : D nekk ara yerren țțaṛ, ara yerren i mkul yiwen ayen yukla l, i d-yenna Sidi Ṛebbi .
20Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
20Yura daɣen : Ma yelluẓ weɛdaw-ik efk-as ad yečč, ma yeffud efk-as ad isew, axaṭer ma txedmeḍ akka , am akken ț-țirgin iṛeqqen ara tesserseḍ ɣef wuqeṛṛuy-is.
21Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
21Ur țțaǧa ara cceṛ ad iṭṭef amkan deg ul-ik iwakken ad ixdem lebɣi-s, lameɛna eɣleb cceṛ s lxiṛ.
