¹ “I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer.

¹«ខ្ញុំហ្នឹងហើយជាដើមទំពាំងបាយជូរដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ រីឯព្រះបិតាខ្ញុំ ជាម្ចាស់ចំការ។

² Every branch in me that doesn’t bear fruit, he takes away. Every branch that bears fruit, he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

²មែកណានៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំ តែឥតមានផ្លែព្រះបិតាកាត់មែកនោះចោល។ រីឯមែកណាមានផ្លែព្រះអង្គលួសមែកនោះ ដើម្បីអោយមានផ្លែកាន់តែច្រើនឡើងទៀត។

³ You are already pruned clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

³ពាក្យដែលខ្ញុំបានប្រាប់ ធ្វើអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាបរិសុទ្ធរួចទៅហើយ។

⁴ Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me.

⁴ចូរស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំ ដូចខ្ញុំស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងអ្នករាល់គ្នាដែរ។ ប្រសិនបើមែកមិនស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងដើមទេ វាពុំអាចបង្កើតផលដោយឯកឯងបានឡើយ។ រីឯអ្នករាល់គ្នាក៏ដូច្នោះដែរ បើមិនស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំទេ អ្នករាល់គ្នាពុំអាចបង្កើតផលបានទាល់តែសោះ។

⁵ I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

⁵ខ្ញុំនេះហើយជាដើមទំពាំងបាយជូរ អ្នករាល់គ្នាជាមែក អ្នកណាស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំ ហើយខ្ញុំនៅជាប់នឹងអ្នកនោះ ទើបអ្នកនោះបង្កើតផលបានច្រើន។ បើដាច់ពីខ្ញុំ អ្នករាល់គ្នាពុំអាចធ្វើអ្វីកើតឡើយ។

⁶ If a man doesn’t remain in me, he is thrown out as a branch, and is withered; and they gather them, throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

⁶អ្នកណាមិនស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំ អ្នកនោះប្រៀបដូចជាមែកដែលគេបោះចោលទៅខាងក្រៅ ហើយស្វិតក្រៀម។ បន្ទាប់មក គេរើសមែកទាំងនោះបោះទៅក្នុងភ្លើងឆេះអស់ទៅ។

⁷ If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you.

⁷បើអ្នករាល់គ្នាស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំ ហើយបើពាក្យខ្ញុំស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងអ្នករាល់គ្នាចូរទូលសុំអ្វីៗតាមតែអ្នករាល់គ្នា ប្រាថ្នាចង់បានចុះ នោះអ្នករាល់គ្នាមុខតែបានទទួលជាមិនខាន។

⁸ “In this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so you will be my disciples.

⁸ព្រះបិតារបស់ខ្ញុំសំដែងសិរីរុងរឿង ដោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាបង្កើតផលផ្លែបានច្រើន និង ដោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាជាសិស្សរបស់ខ្ញុំមែន។

⁹ Even as the Father has loved me, I also have loved you. Remain in my love.

⁹ខ្ញុំបានស្រឡាញ់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ដូចព្រះបិតាស្រឡាញ់ខ្ញុំដែរ។ ចូរទុកសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់របស់ខ្ញុំអោយស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងអ្នករាល់គ្នាចុះ។

¹⁰ If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and remain in his love.

¹⁰បើអ្នករាល់គ្នាប្រតិបត្ដិតាមបទបញ្ជាទាំងប៉ុន្មានរបស់ខ្ញុំ អ្នករាល់គ្នាពិតជាទុកសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់របស់ខ្ញុំ អោយស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងអ្នករាល់គ្នាមែន ដូចខ្ញុំប្រតិបត្ដិតាមបទបញ្ជាទាំងប៉ុន្មានរបស់ព្រះបិតា ហើយទុកអោយសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់របស់ព្រះអង្គស្ថិតនៅជាប់នឹងខ្ញុំដែរ។

¹¹ I have spoken these things to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full.

¹¹ខ្ញុំបាននិយាយសេចក្ដីទាំងនេះប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ដើម្បីអោយអំណររបស់ខ្ញុំស្ថិតនៅក្នុងអ្នករាល់គ្នា ហើយដើម្បីអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាមានអំណរពេញលក្ខណៈ។

¹² “This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you.

¹²នេះជាបទបញ្ជារបស់ខ្ញុំ ចូរអ្នករាល់គ្នាស្រឡាញ់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដូចខ្ញុំបានស្រឡាញ់អ្នករាល់គ្នាដែរ។

¹³ Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.

¹³គ្មាននរណាមានសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់ខ្លាំងជាងអ្នកដែលស៊ូប្ដូរជីវិត ដើម្បីមិត្ដសំឡាញ់របស់ខ្លួននោះឡើយ។

¹⁴ You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you.

¹⁴បើអ្នករាល់គ្នាប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមសេចក្ដីដែលខ្ញុំបានបង្គាប់មក អ្នករាល់គ្នាពិតជាមិត្ដសំឡាញ់របស់ខ្ញុំមែន។

¹⁵ No longer do I call you servants, for the servant doesn’t know what his lord does. But I have called you friends, for everything that I heard from my Father, I have made known to you.

¹⁵ខ្ញុំមិនចាត់ទុកអ្នករាល់គ្នាជាអ្នកបំរើទៀតទេ ព្រោះអ្នកបំរើមិនយល់កិច្ចការដែលម្ចាស់របស់ខ្លួនប្រព្រឹត្ដនោះឡើយ។ ខ្ញុំចាត់ទុកអ្នករាល់គ្នាជាមិត្ដសំឡាញ់ ដ្បិតអ្វីៗដែលខ្ញុំបានឮពីព្រះបិតាមក ខ្ញុំក៏បានប្រាប់អោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាដឹងហើយដែរ។

¹⁶ You didn’t choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

¹⁶មិនមែនអ្នករាល់គ្នាទេដែលបានជ្រើសរើសខ្ញុំ គឺខ្ញុំទេតើដែលបានជ្រើសរើសអ្នករាល់គ្នា ហើយបានតែងតាំងអ្នករាល់គ្នាអោយទៅ និង បង្កើតផល ព្រមទាំងអោយផលរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នានៅស្ថិតស្ថេរ។ ដូច្នេះអ្វីៗដែលអ្នករាល់គ្នាទូលសូមពីព្រះបិតាក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំ ព្រះអង្គនឹងប្រទានអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាពុំខាន។

¹⁷ “I command these things to you, that you may love one another.

¹⁷រីឯសេចក្ដីដែលខ្ញុំបង្គាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នានោះគឺត្រូវស្រឡាញ់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក»។

¹⁸ If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you.

¹⁸«ប្រសិនបើមនុស្សលោកស្អប់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ចូរដឹងថា គេបានស្អប់ខ្ញុំមុនស្អប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាទៅទៀត។

¹⁹ If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

¹⁹ប្រសិនបើអ្នករាល់គ្នាកើតមកពីលោកីយ៍ នោះលោកីយ៍មុខជាស្រឡាញ់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នានៅខាងគេ។ ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្ញុំបានយកអ្នករាល់គ្នាចេញពីចំណោមលោកីយ៍មក ហើយអ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនកើតពីលោកីយ៍ទេ ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាលោកីយ៍ស្អប់អ្នករាល់គ្នា។

²⁰ Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his lord.’ John 13:16 If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will keep yours also.

²⁰ចូរនឹកចាំពាក្យដែលខ្ញុំបាននិយាយប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា "អ្នកបំរើមិនធំជាងម្ចាស់ឡើយ"។ ប្រសិនបើគេបៀតបៀនខ្ញុំ គេមុខជាបៀតបៀនអ្នករាល់គ្នា ប្រសិនបើគេប្រតិបត្ដិតាមពាក្យខ្ញុំ គេមុខជាប្រតិបត្ដិតាមពាក្យរបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាដែរ។

²¹ But all these things will they do to you for my name’s sake, because they don’t know him who sent me.

²¹ប៉ុន្ដែ គេប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើទាំងនោះចំពោះអ្នករាល់គ្នា ព្រោះតែនាមខ្ញុំ ហើយគេពុំបានស្គាល់ព្រះអង្គដែលបានចាត់ខ្ញុំអោយមកទេ។

²² If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have had sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.

²²ប្រសិនបើខ្ញុំមិនបានមកក្នុងលោកនេះ ហើយមិនបាននិយាយប្រាប់គេទេ គេគ្មានជាប់បាបអ្វីសោះ។ ប៉ុន្ដែ ឥឡូវនេះគេគ្មានអ្វីដោះសារអំពីបាបរបស់ខ្លួនឡើយ។

²³ He who hates me, hates my Father also.

²³អ្នកណាស្អប់ខ្ញុំ អ្នកនោះក៏ស្អប់ព្រះបិតារបស់ខ្ញុំដែរ។

²⁴ If I hadn’t done among them the works which no one else did, they wouldn’t have had sin. But now have they seen and also hated both me and my Father.

²⁴ប្រសិនបើខ្ញុំមិនបានធ្វើកិច្ចការ ក្នុងចំណោមពួកគេជាកិច្ចការដែលគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់បានធ្វើទេនោះ គេមុខជាមិនជាប់បាបអ្វីឡើយ តែឥឡូវនេះគេបានឃើញ ហើយស្អប់ទាំងខ្ញុំស្អប់ទាំងព្រះបិតាខ្ញុំទៀតផង

²⁵ But this happened so that the word may be fulfilled which was written in their law, ‘They hated me without a cause.’ Psalms 35:19; 69:4

²⁵គឺស្របតាមសេចក្ដីដែលមានចែងទុកក្នុងវិន័យ របស់គេថា "គេបានស្អប់ខ្ញុំដោយគ្មានមូលហេតុអ្វីឡើយ"។

²⁶ “When the Counselor Greek Parakletos: Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, and Comforter. has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.

²⁶រីឯព្រះដ៏ជួយការពារ ដែលខ្ញុំនឹងចាត់ពីព្រះបិតាអោយមករកអ្នករាល់គ្នា គឺជាព្រះវិញ្ញាណដែលសំដែងសេចក្ដីពិត ព្រះអង្គចេញពីព្រះបិតាមក។ កាលណាព្រះអង្គយាងមកដល់ ទ្រង់នឹងធ្វើជាបន្ទាល់អំពីខ្ញុំ

²⁷ You will also testify, because you have been with me from the beginning.

²⁷ហើយអ្នករាល់គ្នាក៏ធ្វើជាបន្ទាល់អំពីខ្ញុំដែរ ពីព្រោះអ្នករាល់គ្នានៅជាមួយខ្ញុំ តាំងពីដើមរៀងមក។
