¹After these things, Jesus was walking in Galilee, for he wouldn’t walk in Judea, because the Jews sought to kill him.

¹ក្រោយមក ព្រះយេស៊ូយាងចុះឡើងកាត់ស្រុកកាលីឡេ ដ្បិតព្រះអង្គមិនសព្វព្រះហឫទ័យយាងទៅស្រុកយូដាឡើយ ព្រោះជនជាតិយូដារកធ្វើគុតព្រះអង្គ។

²Now the feast of the Jews, the Feast of Booths, was at hand.

²ពេលនោះ ជិតដល់ថ្ងៃបុណ្យមួយរបស់ជនជាតិយូដា ឈ្មោះបុណ្យបារាំ ។

³His brothers therefore said to him, “Depart from here, and go into Judea, that your disciples also may see your works which you do.

³បងប្អូនព្រះយេស៊ូទូលព្រះអង្គថា៖ «សូមបងចាកចេញពីទីនេះទៅស្រុកយូដាទៅ ដើម្បីអោយសិស្សរបស់បងឃើញកិច្ចការដែលបងធ្វើ។

⁴For no one does anything in secret, and himself seeks to be known openly. If you do these things, reveal yourself to the world.”

⁴អ្នកដែលចង់អោយគេស្គាល់ខ្លួនមិនធ្វើការអ្វីដោយលាក់កំបាំងឡើយ។ បើបងធ្វើការអស្ចារ្យយ៉ាងនេះត្រូវបង្ហាញអោយមនុស្សលោកឃើញផង»។

⁵For even his brothers didn’t believe in him.

⁵បងប្អូនរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូពុំជឿលើព្រះអង្គទេ។

⁶Jesus therefore said to them, “My time has not yet come, but your time is always ready.

⁶ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេថា៖ «ពេលកំណត់របស់បងមិនទាន់មកដល់នៅឡើយទេ។ រីឯប្អូនៗវិញ ចង់ធ្វើអ្វីពេលណាក៏បាន។

⁷ The world can’t hate you, but it hates me, because I testify about it, that its works are evil.

⁷មនុស្សលោកមិនអាចស្អប់ប្អូនៗបានឡើយ ប៉ុន្ដែ គេស្អប់បង ព្រោះបងបានបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់ថា អំពើដែលគេប្រព្រឹត្ដ សុទ្ធតែអាក្រក់។

⁸ You go up to the feast. I am not yet going up to this feast, because my time is not yet fulfilled.”

⁸ចូរប្អូនៗឡើងទៅចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យទៅ បងមិនឡើងទៅទេ ព្រោះពេលកំណត់របស់បងមិនទាន់មកដល់នៅឡើយ»។

⁹Having said these things to them, he stayed in Galilee.

⁹ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នោះហើយព្រះអង្គក៏គង់នៅក្នុងស្រុកកាលីឡេតទៅទៀត។

¹⁰But when his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he also went up, not publicly, but as it were in secret.

¹⁰កាលប្អូនៗរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូធ្វើដំណើរទៅចូលរួមពិធីបុណ្យផុតអស់ទៅ ព្រះអង្គក៏យាងឡើងទៅដែរ ប៉ុន្ដែ ទ្រង់យាងទៅស្ងាត់ៗមិនអោយនរណាឃើញឡើយ។

¹¹The Jews therefore sought him at the feast, and said, “Where is he?”

¹¹ក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យនោះ ជនជាតិយូដាតាមរកព្រះយេស៊ូគេសួរគ្នាថា៖«តើលោកនៅឯណា?»។

¹²There was much murmuring among the multitudes concerning him. Some said, “He is a good man.” Others said, “Not so, but he leads the multitude astray.”

¹²បណ្ដាជនខ្សឹបខ្សៀវគ្នាជាច្រើនស្ដីអំពីព្រះអង្គ ខ្លះថា«លោកនោះជាមនុស្សល្អ» ខ្លះទៀតថា «ទេ អ្នកនោះជាអ្នកបញ្ឆោតបណ្ដាជន»។

¹³Yet no one spoke openly of him for fear of the Jews.

¹³ប៉ុន្ដែ គ្មាននរណាហ៊ាននិយាយអំពីព្រះអង្គដោយចំហឡើយ ព្រោះគេខ្លាចសាសន៍យូដា។

¹⁴But when it was now the midst of the feast, Jesus went up into the temple and taught.

¹⁴លុះដល់ពាក់កណ្ដាលពិធីបុណ្យព្រះយេស៊ូយាងឡើងទៅព្រះវិហារ ហើយបង្រៀនបណ្ដាជន។

¹⁵The Jews therefore marveled, saying, “How does this man know letters, having never been educated?”

¹⁵ជនជាតិយូដាងឿងឆ្ងល់ជាខ្លាំង គេពោលថា៖«អ្នកនេះមិនបានរៀនសូត្រអ្វីសោះ ចុះម្ដេចបានជាគាត់ចេះដឹងជ្រៅជ្រះដូច្នេះ?»។

¹⁶Jesus therefore answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me.

¹⁶ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលឆ្លើយថា៖ «សេចក្ដីដែលខ្ញុំបង្រៀនមិនមែនចេញពីខ្ញុំទេ គឺចេញពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែលបានចាត់ខ្ញុំអោយមក។

¹⁷ If anyone desires to do his will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is from God, or if I am speaking from myself.

¹⁷អ្នកដែលចង់ធ្វើតាមព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មុខជាដឹងថា សេចក្ដីដែលខ្ញុំបង្រៀននេះ មកពីព្រះអង្គ ឬមកពីខ្ញុំផ្ទាល់មិនខាន។

¹⁸ He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory, but he who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

¹⁸អ្នកណានិយាយដោយសំអាងលើខ្លួនផ្ទាល់អ្នកនោះរកកិត្ដិយសសំរាប់តែខ្លួនឯងប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ រីឯអ្នកដែលរកតែសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះអង្គដែលចាត់ខ្លួនអោយមកនិយាយតែសេចក្ដីពិតឥតកុហកឡើយ។

¹⁹ Didn’t Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keeps the law? Why do you seek to kill me?”

¹⁹លោកម៉ូសេប្រគល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យទុកអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នារួចស្រេចហើយ ប៉ុន្ដែ ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នាគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ប្រតិបត្ដិតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យនោះទេ។ ហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នករាល់គ្នារកសម្លាប់ខ្ញុំដូច្នេះ?»។

²⁰The multitude answered, “You have a demon! Who seeks to kill you?”

²⁰បណ្ដាជនតបទៅព្រះអង្គថា៖ «លោកពិតជាមានអារក្សចូលហើយ បានជានិយាយដូច្នេះ តើនរណារកសម្លាប់លោក?»។

²¹Jesus answered them, “I did one work, and you all marvel because of it.

²¹ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេថា៖ «ខ្ញុំបានធ្វើកិច្ចការតែមួយ ហើយអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាបែរជាងឿងឆ្ងល់ទៅវិញ។

²² Moses has given you circumcision (not that it is of Moses, but of the fathers), and on the Sabbath you circumcise a boy.

²²លោកម៉ូសេ បានបង្គាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាអោយធ្វើពិធីកាត់ស្បែក (តាមពិត គឺបុព្វបុរស របស់អ្នករាល់គ្នាឯណោះ ជាអ្នកបង្គាប់អោយធ្វើពិធីនេះមិនមែនលោកម៉ូសេទេ) ហើយអ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្វើពិធីកាត់ស្បែកនៅថ្ងៃសប្ប័ទ ។

²³ If a boy receives circumcision on the Sabbath, that the law of Moses may not be broken, are you angry with me, because I made a man completely healthy on the Sabbath?

²³បើអ្នករាល់គ្នាធ្វើពិធីកាត់ស្បែកនៅថ្ងៃសប្ប័ទ តែឥតបំពានលើវិន័យរបស់លោកម៉ូសេទេនោះ ចុះហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអ្នករាល់គ្នាខឹងខ្ញុំដែលបានប្រោសមនុស្សមួយទាំងមូលអោយបានជា នៅថ្ងៃសប្ប័ទដូច្នេះ?

²⁴ Don’t judge according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment.”

²⁴កុំនាំគ្នាវិនិច្ឆ័យដោយគ្រាន់តែឃើញផ្នែកខាងក្រៅនោះឡើយ ចូរវិនិច្ឆ័យអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវវិញ»។

²⁵Therefore some of them of Jerusalem said, “Isn’t this he whom they seek to kill?

²⁵មានអ្នកក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមខ្លះពោលថា៖ «លោកនេះហើយដែលគេរកសម្លាប់

²⁶Behold, he speaks openly, and they say nothing to him. Can it be that the rulers indeed know that this is truly the Christ?

²⁶ឥឡូវនេះ លោកនិយាយដោយចេញមុខ ចុះម្ដេចបានជាគ្មាននរណាថាអ្វីលោកដូច្នេះ?។ ប្រហែលអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់យើងទទួលស្គាល់ថា លោកពិតជាព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ទេដឹង

²⁷However we know where this man comes from, but when the Christ comes, no one will know where he comes from.”

²⁷ប៉ុន្ដែ ពេលព្រះគ្រិស្ដយាងមក គ្មាននរណាដឹងថាទ្រង់យាងមកពីណាទេ។ រីឯលោកនេះវិញ យើងដឹងហើយថាគាត់មកពីណា»។

²⁸Jesus therefore cried out in the temple, teaching and saying, “You both know me, and know where I am from. I have not come of myself, but he who sent me is true, whom you don’t know.

²⁸ពេលនោះ ព្រះយេស៊ូបង្រៀនបណ្ដាជនក្នុងព្រះវិហារ ព្រះអង្គបន្លឺព្រះសូរសៀងខ្លាំងៗថា៖ «អ្នករាល់គ្នាថាស្គាល់ខ្ញុំ ហើយដឹងថាខ្ញុំមកពីណាទៀត!។ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្ញុំមិនមែនមកក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំឡើយ ព្រះអង្គដែលចាត់ខ្ញុំអោយមក ទ្រង់សំដែងសេចក្ដីពិត តែអ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនស្គាល់ព្រះអង្គទេ។

²⁹ I know him, because I am from him, and he sent me.”

²⁹រីឯខ្ញុំវិញ ខ្ញុំស្គាល់ព្រះអង្គ ព្រោះខ្ញុំចេញមកពីព្រះអង្គ ហើយទ្រង់បានចាត់ខ្ញុំអោយមក»។

³⁰They sought therefore to take him; but no one laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.

³⁰ពេលនោះ ពួកគេរកចាប់ព្រះយេស៊ូ ប៉ុន្ដែ គ្មាននរណាហ៊ានលូកដៃចាប់ព្រះអង្គទេ ព្រោះពេលកំណត់របស់ព្រះអង្គ ពុំទាន់បានមកដល់នៅឡើយ។

³¹But of the multitude, many believed in him. They said, “When the Christ comes, he won’t do more signs than those which this man has done, will he?”

³¹ក្នុងចំណោមបណ្ដាជន មានមនុស្សជាច្រើនបានជឿលើព្រះយេស៊ូគេពោលថា៖ «ពេលព្រះគ្រិស្ដយាងមក តើព្រះអង្គនឹងសំដែងទីសំគាល់ច្រើនជាងលោកនេះឬ?»។

³²The Pharisees heard the multitude murmuring these things concerning him, and the chief priests and the Pharisees sent officers to arrest him.

³²ពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី បានដឹងសេចក្ដីទាំងអស់ដែលបណ្ដាជនខ្សឹបខ្សៀវគ្នាអំពីព្រះយេស៊ូ។ ពេលនោះពួកនាយកបូជាចារ្យ និង ពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី ក៏ចាត់កងរក្សាព្រះវិហារ អោយមកចាប់ព្រះអង្គ។

³³Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.

³³ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ខ្ញុំនៅជាមួយអ្នករាល់គ្នាតែមួយរយៈពេលដ៏ខ្លីទៀតប៉ុណ្ណោះ បន្ទាប់មក ខ្ញុំនឹងទៅឯព្រះអង្គដែលបានចាត់ខ្ញុំអោយមកនោះវិញហើយ។

³⁴ You will seek me, and won’t find me; and where I am, you can’t come.”

³⁴អ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងតាមរកខ្ញុំ តែរកមិនឃើញទេ ដ្បិតអ្នករាល់គ្នាពុំអាចទៅកន្លែងដែលខ្ញុំនៅនោះ បានឡើយ»។

³⁵The Jews therefore said among themselves, “Where will this man go that we won’t find him? Will he go to the Dispersion among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?

³⁵ជនជាតិយូដាសួរគ្នាថា៖ «តើគាត់បំរុងទៅណា បានជាយើងពុំអាចនឹងរកគាត់ឃើញដូច្នេះ? តើគាត់គិតទៅនៅជាមួយជនជាតិយូដាដែលខ្ចាត់ខ្ចាយក្នុងចំណោមជនជាតិក្រិក ហើយបង្រៀនពួកក្រិកឬ?

³⁶What is this word that he said, ‘You will seek me, and won’t find me; and where I am, you can’t come’? ”

³⁶គាត់មានប្រសាសន៍ថា "អ្នករាល់គ្នានឹងតាមរកខ្ញុំតែរកមិនឃើញទេ ដ្បិតអ្នករាល់គ្នាពុំអាចទៅកន្លែងដែលខ្ញុំនៅនោះបានឡើយ"តើមានន័យដូចម្ដេច?»។

³⁷Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!

³⁷នៅថ្ងៃបញ្ចប់ពិធីបុណ្យ ជាថ្ងៃឱឡារិកបំផុត ព្រះយេស៊ូឈរនៅមុខបណ្ដាជន បន្លឺព្រះសូរសៀងយ៉ាងខ្លាំងថា៖ «អ្នកណាស្រេកទឹក សុំអញ្ជើញមករកខ្ញុំ ហើយពិសាចុះ។

³⁸ He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.”

³⁸អ្នកណាជឿលើខ្ញុំ នឹងមានទន្លេបង្ហូរទឹកផ្ដល់ជីវិត ចេញពីអ្នកនោះមក ដូចមានចែងទុកក្នុងគម្ពីរមកស្រាប់»។

³⁹But he said this about the Spirit, which those believing in him were to receive. For the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus wasn’t yet glorified.

³⁹ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នេះសំដៅទៅលើព្រះវិញ្ញាណដែលអស់អ្នកជឿលើព្រះអង្គនឹងត្រូវទទួលដ្បិតពេលនោះ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពុំទាន់បានប្រទានព្រះវិញ្ញាណមកទេ ពីព្រោះព្រះយេស៊ូពុំទាន់សំដែងសិរីរុងរឿង នៅឡើយ។

⁴⁰Many of the multitude therefore, when they heard these words, said, “This is truly the prophet.”

⁴⁰ក្រោយពីបានឮព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះអង្គហើយ ក្នុងចំណោមបណ្ដាជន មានអ្នកខ្លះពោលថា៖«លោកនេះពិតជាព្យាការី ដែលយើងរង់ចាំនោះមែន!»។

⁴¹Others said, “This is the Christ.” But some said, “What, does the Christ come out of Galilee?

⁴¹អ្នកខ្លះទៀតពោលថា៖«លោកនេះជាព្រះគ្រិស្ដ »។ ប៉ុន្ដែ មានអ្នកផ្សេងទៀតពោលជំទាស់ថា៖ «ព្រះគ្រិស្ដមិនមែនមកពីស្រុកកាលីឡេទេ

⁴²Hasn’t the Scripture said that the Christ comes of the seed of David, 2 Samuel 7:12 and from Bethlehem, Micah 5:2 the village where David was?”

⁴²ដ្បិតមានចែងទុកក្នុងគម្ពីរថា "ព្រះគ្រិស្ដជាព្រះរាជវង្សរបស់ព្រះបាទដាវីឌ ហើយព្រះអង្គនឹងយាងមកពីភូមិបេថ្លេហិម ជាភូមិកំណើតរបស់ព្រះបាទដាវីឌ" »។

⁴³So there arose a division in the multitude because of him.

⁴³បណ្ដាជនក៏បាក់បែកគ្នា ព្រោះតែព្រះអង្គ។

⁴⁴Some of them would have arrested him, but no one laid hands on him.

⁴⁴ក្នុងចំណោមបណ្ដាជន មានអ្នកខ្លះចង់ចាប់ព្រះអង្គ ប៉ុន្ដែ គ្មាននរណាហ៊ានចាប់ព្រះអង្គឡើយ។

⁴⁵The officers therefore came to the chief priests and Pharisees, and they said to them, “Why didn’t you bring him?”

⁴⁵កងរក្សាព្រះវិហារ វិលទៅជួបពួកនាយកបូជាចារ្យ និង ពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី វិញ លោកទាំងនោះសួរពួកគេថា៖ «ហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអ្នករាល់គ្នាមិនចាប់គាត់នាំយកមក?»។

⁴⁶The officers answered, “No man ever spoke like this man!”

⁴⁶កងរក្សាព្រះវិហារឆ្លើយថា៖ «ពុំដែលមាននរណានិយាយដូចលោកនោះឡើយ»។

⁴⁷The Pharisees therefore answered them, “You aren’t also led astray, are you?

⁴⁷ពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ីពោលទៅគេវិញថា៖ «អ្នករាល់គ្នាចាញ់បោកអ្នកនោះដែរឬ!

⁴⁸Have any of the rulers believed in him, or of the Pharisees?

⁴⁸ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកដឹកនាំ និង ក្នុងចំណោមពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី គ្មាននរណាជឿលើអ្នកនោះសោះ

⁴⁹But this multitude that doesn’t know the law is accursed.”

⁴⁹មានតែបណ្ដាជនដែលមិនស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យទេ ដែលជឿ។ ពួកនោះសុទ្ធតែត្រូវបណ្ដាសា!»។

⁵⁰Nicodemus (he who came to him by night, being one of them) said to them,

⁵⁰ក្នុងចំណោមពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី មានបុរសម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ នីកូដេម ជាអ្នកដែលបានទៅគាល់ព្រះយេស៊ូកាលពីមុន មានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖

⁵¹“Does our law judge a man, unless it first hears from him personally and knows what he does?”

⁵¹«តាមច្បាប់របស់យើង យើងមិនអាចដាក់ទោសនរណាម្នាក់បានឡើយ ដរាបណាមិនទាន់បានឮពាក្យរបស់គេ ហើយមិនបានដឹងអំពីកិច្ចការដែលគេបានប្រព្រឹត្ដសិនទេនោះ»។

⁵²They answered him, “Are you also from Galilee? Search, and see that no prophet has arisen out of Galilee. See Isaiah 9:1 and Matthew 4:13-16. ”

⁵²ពួកគេតបទៅលោកវិញថា៖ «តើលោកជាពួកកាលីឡេដែរឬ? សុំលោកពិចារណាមើល៍ពុំដែលមានព្យាការីណាម្នាក់កើតពីស្រុកកាលីឡេឡើយ»។ [

⁵³Everyone went to his own house,

⁵³បន្ទាប់មក ម្នាក់ៗក៏វិលត្រឡប់ទៅផ្ទះរៀងៗខ្លួនវិញ។
