¹Brothers, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved.

¹បងប្អូនអើយ ខ្ញុំប៉ងប្រាថ្នាអស់ពីចិត្ដចង់តែអោយសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលបានទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏ទូលអង្វរព្រះជាម្ចាស់អោយពួកគេដែរ។

²For I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.

²ខ្ញុំហ៊ានធ្វើជាសាក្សីថា ពួកគេមានចិត្ដខ្នះខ្នែងបំរើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ខ្លាំងណាស់ តែគេបំរើទាំងល្ងិតល្ងង់។

³For being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they didn’t subject themselves to the righteousness of God.

³ដោយពួកគេពុំស្គាល់របៀបដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសមនុស្សលោកអោយបានសុចរិត ពួកគេខំប្រឹងធ្វើអោយខ្លួនបានសុចរិត ដោយខ្លួនគេផ្ទាល់ គឺពុំព្រមទទួលរបៀបដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសមនុស្សអោយបានសុចរិតនេះទេ។

⁴For Christ is the fulfillment or, completion, or end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

⁴ក្រឹត្យវិន័យនាំមនុស្សឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ព្រះគ្រិស្ដ ដើម្បីអោយអស់អ្នកដែលជឿបានសុចរិត។

⁵For Moses writes about the righteousness of the law, “The one who does them will live by them.” Leviticus 18:5

⁵លោកម៉ូសេបានសរសេរទុកអំពីសេចក្ដីសុចរិតដែលមកពីក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ថាៈ «អ្នកណាប្រតិបត្ដិតាមអ្វីៗដែល មានចែងទុកក្នុងក្រឹត្យវិន័យ អ្នកនោះនឹងមានជីវិតដោយសារអំពើទាំងនោះ»។

⁶But the righteousness which is of faith says this, “Don’t say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ Deuteronomy 30:12 (that is, to bring Christ down);

⁶ចំពោះសេចក្ដីសុចរិតដែលមកពីជំនឿវិញ មានចែងថា «អ្នកមិនត្រូវសួរក្នុងចិត្ដថាតើអ្នកណានឹងឡើងទៅស្ថានបរមសុខ?» គឺថា ដើម្បីនឹងនាំព្រះគ្រិស្ដចុះមក

⁷or, ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ Deuteronomy 30:13 (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.)”

⁷«តើអ្នកណានឹងចុះទៅស្ថានក្រោម?» គឺថាដើម្បីនាំព្រះគ្រិស្ដឡើងពីចំណោមមនុស្សស្លាប់មក

⁸But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart”; Deuteronomy 30:14 that is, the word of faith, which we preach:

⁸តែក្នុងគម្ពីរមានចែងដូចម្ដេច? គឺមានចែងថា «ព្រះបន្ទូលស្ថិតនៅក្បែរអ្នក នៅក្នុងមាត់អ្នក និង នៅក្នុងចិត្ដអ្នកដែរ»។ ព្រះបន្ទូលនេះជាព្រះបន្ទូលស្ដីអំពីជំនឿដែលយើងប្រកាស។

⁹that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

⁹ប្រសិនបើមាត់អ្នកប្រកាសថា ព្រះយេស៊ូពិតជាព្រះអម្ចាស់ ហើយបើចិត្ដអ្នកជឿថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ពិតជាបានប្រោសព្រះយេស៊ូអោយមានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញមែន នោះអ្នកនឹងទទួលការសង្គ្រោះជាមិនខាន

¹⁰For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

¹⁰ដ្បិតបើចិត្ដយើងជឿយើងនឹងបានសុចរិត ហើយបើមាត់យើងប្រកាសជំនឿនោះយើងនឹងទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ

¹¹For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” Isaiah 28:16

¹¹ដូចមានថ្លែងទុកក្នុងគម្ពីរថា «អ្នកណាជឿលើព្រះអង្គ អ្នកនោះមុខជាមិនខកចិត្ដឡើយ»។

¹²For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him.

¹²ដូច្នេះ សាសន៍យូដា និង សាសន៍ក្រិកមិនប្លែកពីគ្នាត្រង់ណាទេ គេទាំងអស់គ្នាមានព្រះអម្ចាស់តែមួយដែលមានព្រះហឫទ័យទូលាយ ដល់អស់អ្នកអង្វររកព្រះអង្គ

¹³For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Joel 2:32

¹³ដ្បិត «អ្នកណាអង្វររកព្រះនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់ អ្នកនោះនឹងទទួលការសង្គ្រោះ»។

¹⁴How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?

¹⁴ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ អោយគេអង្វររកព្រះអង្គដូចម្ដេចកើត បើគេមិនជឿ? អោយគេជឿលើព្រះអង្គដូចម្ដេចកើតបើគេមិនដែលឮព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូល? អោយគេឮដូចម្ដេចកើត បើគ្មាននរណាប្រកាស?

¹⁵And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” Isaiah 52:7

¹⁵អោយមានអ្នកប្រកាសដូចម្ដេចកើត បើគ្មាននរណាចាត់អោយទៅប្រកាសផងនោះ? ដូចមានចែងទុកថាៈ «មើល៍ អ្នកដែលធ្វើដំណើរនាំដំណឹងដ៏ល្អៗមក ប្រសើររុងរឿងណាស់ហ្ន៎!»។

¹⁶But they didn’t all listen to the glad news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” Isaiah 53:1

¹⁶ប៉ុន្ដែ មិនមែនមនុស្សគ្រប់គ្នាទេដែលព្រមស្ដាប់តាមដំណឹងល្អ ដូចព្យាការី អេសាយបានថ្លែងទុកមកថាៈ «បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់តើនរណាជឿសេចក្ដីដែលយើងនិយាយអោយស្ដាប់?»។

¹⁷So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

¹⁷ដូច្នេះ ជំនឿកើតមកពីសេចក្ដីដែលយើងបានស្ដាប់ រីឯសេចក្ដីដែលយើងបានស្ដាប់នោះកើតមកពីព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះគ្រិស្ដ។

¹⁸But I say, didn’t they hear? Yes, most certainly, “Their sound went out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.” Psalm 19:4

¹⁸ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្ញុំសូមសួរថា តើពួកគេមិនដែលបានឮទេឬ? ទេ ពួកគេប្រាកដជាបានឮហើយ! «សំឡេងរបស់គេបានឮខ្ចរខ្ចាយពាសពេញ លើផែនដីទាំងមូល ហើយពាក្យសំដីរបស់គេបានឮខ្ចរខ្ចាយ រហូត ដល់ស្រុកដាច់ស្រយាលនៃពិភពលោក»។

¹⁹But I ask, didn’t Israel know? First Moses says, “I will provoke you to jealousy with that which is no nation, with a nation void of understanding I will make you angry.” Deuteronomy 32:31

¹⁹ខ្ញុំសូមសួរទៀតថា តើសាសន៍អ៊ីស្រាអែលមិនបានយល់ទេឬ?។ លោកម៉ូសេបានថ្លែងមុនគេថាៈ «យើងនឹងធ្វើអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាច្រណែន នឹងពួកអ្នកដែលមិនមែនជាប្រជាជាតិមួយ ដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ យើងនឹងធ្វើអោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាមានកំហឹង នឹងជាតិសាសន៍មួយដ៏ល្ងីល្ងើ»។

²⁰Isaiah is very bold, and says, “I was found by those who didn’t seek me. I was revealed to those who didn’t ask for me.” Isaiah 65:1

²⁰រីឯព្យាការីអេសាយ លោកហ៊ាននិយាយលើសពីនេះទៅទៀតថាៈ «អស់អ្នកដែលមិនស្វែងរកយើង គេបានរកយើងឃើញ ហើយអស់អ្នកដែលមិនសុំអ្វីពីយើង យើងបានបង្ហាញខ្លួនអោយគេឃើញច្បាស់»។

²¹But as to Israel he says, “All day long I stretched out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.” Isaiah 65:2

²¹ចំពោះជនជាតិអ៊ីស្រាអែលវិញ លោកបានថ្លែងថាៈ «មួយថ្ងៃវាល់ល្ងាច យើងបានលូកដៃទៅរក ប្រជារាស្ដ្រដែលមិនស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ ហើយចេះតែប្រកែកជំទាស់»។
