²² بعد از آن‌، خنوخ‌ سیصد سال ‌دیگر زندگی كرد و همیشه‌ رابطهٔ نزدیكی با خدا داشت‌. او دارای پسران ‌و دختران ‌دیگر شد،

²⁴ متوشالح‌، صد و هشتاد و هفت‌ ساله‌ بود كه ‌پسرش‌ لمک‌ به دنیا آمد.

²⁵Methuselah lived one hundred eighty-seven years, and became the father of Lamech.

²⁵ بعد از آن‌ هفتصد و هشتاد و دو سال‌ دیگر زندگی كرد و دارای پسران ‌و دختران‌ دیگر شد.

²⁶Methuselah lived after he became the father of Lamech seven hundred eighty-two years, and became the father of sons and daughters.

²⁶ او در نهصد و شصت‌ و نه ‌سالگی مرد.
