¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹ خداوند این مقرّرات را به موسی

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘The set feasts of Yahweh, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.

² در مورد عیدهای مذهبی، هنگامی‌که مردم اسرائیل برای نیایش جمع می‌شوند، داد.

³“‘Six days shall work be done: but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no kind of work. It is a Sabbath to Yahweh in all your dwellings.

³ شش روز کار کنید، امّا روز هفتم که سبت و یک روز مقدّس است، برای استراحت تعیین شده است، در آن روز نباید کار کرد، بلکه برای نیایش جمع شوید. در هر مکانی که زندگی کنید، روز سبت به من تعلّق دارد.

⁴“‘These are the set feasts of Yahweh, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.

⁴ این عیدهای مقدّس باید در زمانهای مشخصی برگزار شوند.

⁵In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is Yahweh’s Passover.

⁵ عید فصح که به احترام خداوند گرفته می‌شود، بایستی از غروب روز چهاردهم ماه اول شروع شود.

⁶On the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to Yahweh. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.

⁶ در روز پانزدهم همان ماه، عید نان فطیر شروع می‌شود و شما باید برای هفت روز نان فطیر، یعنی نانی که بدون خمیرمایه پخته شده باشد، بخورید.

⁷In the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.

⁷ در روز اول این عید، برای نیایش جمع شوید و از هرگونه کارهای روزمرهٔ خود، دست بکشید.

⁸But you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh seven days. In the seventh day is a holy convocation: you shall do no regular work.’”

⁸ مدّت هفت روز هدایای سوختنی برای من تقدیم کنید. در روز هفتم از کارهای روزمرهٔ خود دست بکشید و دوباره برای عبادت جمع شوید.

⁹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

⁹ وقتی به سرزمینی که خداوند به شما می‌بخشد، رفتید و اولین محصول زمین خود را درو کردید، نوبر آن را به کاهن بدهید

¹⁰“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap its the harvest, then you shall bring the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest:

¹⁰ او باید آن را به عنوان هدیهٔ مخصوص، در روز بعد از سبت به حضور خداوند بیاورد تا از طرف شما پذیرفته شود.

¹¹and he shall wave the sheaf before Yahweh, to be accepted for you. On the next day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.

¹¹ در همان روز یک برّهٔ یک سالهٔ نر را که سالم و بی‌عیب باشد، به عنوان قربانی سوختنی به حضور من تقدیم کنید.

¹²On the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb without blemish a year old for a burnt offering to Yahweh.

¹² همراه آن، هدیه‌ای برای قربانی آردی که عبارت است از دو کیلو آرد مرغوب، مخلوط با روغن زیتون به حضور من تقدیم کنید. بوی این هدیه، برای من خوشایند است. یک لیتر شراب را هم به عنوان هدیهٔ نوشیدنی بیاورید.

¹³The meal offering with it shall be two tenth parts of an ephah 1 ephah is about 22 litres or about 2/3 of a bushel of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire to Yahweh for a pleasant aroma; and the drink offering with it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.

¹³ تا این هدایا را به حضور من تقدیم نکنید، نباید نان یا حبوبات را به صورت خام یا برشته بخورید. این مقرّرات را همیشه و در نسلهای آینده، در هر جایی که باشید رعایت کنید.

¹⁴You shall eat neither bread, nor roasted grain, nor fresh grain, until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God. This is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

¹⁴ «هفت هفته بعد از روز سبت، روزی که نوبر محصول خود را برای خداوند می‌آورید.

¹⁵“‘You shall count from the next day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven Sabbaths shall be completed:

¹⁵ یعنی در روز پنجاهم که روز بعد از هفتمین سبت است، هدیهٔ دیگری از نوبر محصول خود را به خداوند تقدیم کنید.

¹⁶even to the next day after the seventh Sabbath you shall number fifty days; and you shall offer a new meal offering to Yahweh.

¹⁶ از هر خانواده دو قرص نان را به عنوان هدیهٔ مخصوص به حضور من بیاورید. هر قرص آن باید از دو کیلو آرد با خمیرمایه، پخته شده باشد و به عنوان نوبر محصول خود به حضور من تقدیم شود.

¹⁷You shall bring out of your habitations two loaves of bread for a wave offering made of two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour. They shall be baked with yeast, for first fruits to Yahweh.

¹⁷ همراه این نانها، هفت برّهٔ یک سالهٔ سالم و بی‌عیب، یک گوساله و دو قوچ را به عنوان قربانی سوختنی با هدایای آردی و نوشیدنی به حضور خداوند تقدیم کنید. بوی این قربانی‌ها که بر آتش تقدیم می‌شوند، برای خداوند خوشایند است.

¹⁸You shall present with the bread seven lambs without blemish a year old, one young bull, and two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to Yahweh, with their meal offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to Yahweh.

¹⁸ همچنین یک بُز نر را به عنوان قربانی گناه و دو برّه یک سالهٔ نر را برای قربانی سلامتی تقدیم نماید.

¹⁹You shall offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old for a sacrifice of peace offerings.

¹⁹ کاهن باید نانها را با آن دو برّه به عنوان هدیهٔ مخصوص به خداوند، برای کاهنان تقدیم کند. این هدایا بسیار مقدّسند.

²⁰The priest shall wave them with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering before Yahweh, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to Yahweh for the priest.

²⁰ در آن روز همهٔ شما باید از کار روزمرّهٔ خود دست بکشید و برای نیایش جمع شوید. فرزندانتان هم در آینده در هر کجا که باشند، همین مقرّرات را رعایت نمایند.

²¹You shall make proclamation on the same day: there shall be a holy convocation to you; you shall do no regular work. This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

²¹ «وقتی محصولات خود را درو می‌کنید، گوشه‌های زمین را تماماً درو نکنید و خوشه‌هایی که بر زمین افتاده‌اند را جمع نکنید تا مردم فقیر و بیگانگانی که در بین شما زندگی می‌کنند، از آنها استفاده نمایند. من خداوند خدای شما هستم.»

²²“‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap into the corners of your field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest: you shall leave them for the poor, and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.’”

²² خداوند به موسی این دستورات را داد: «به قوم اسرائیل بگو که هر سال، روز اول ماه هفتم روز استراحت است و همهٔ مردم اسرائیل با شنیدن صدای شیپور، برای نیایش گردهم آیند.

²³Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²³ در آن روز هدیه‌ای بر آتش برای من تقدیم کنید و همگی باید از کارهای روزمرهٔ خود دست بکشید.»

²⁴“Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, shall be a solemn rest to you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.

²⁴ خداوند به موسی فرمود: «هر سال، روز دهم ماه هفتم، روز کفّاره است. در آن روز برای عبادت جمع شوید. همگی شما روزه بگیرید و هدیه‌ای بر آتش برای من تقدیم کنید.

²⁵You shall do no regular work; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.’”

²⁵ در آن روز از هر کاری که دارید، دست بکشید؛ زیرا آن روز، روزی است که باید مراسم مذهبی را بجا آورید تا از گناهانتان پاک شوید.

²⁶Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

²⁶ هرکسی که در آن روز، روزه نگیرد، از بین قوم من طرد می‌شود.

²⁷“However on the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement: it shall be a holy convocation to you, and you shall afflict yourselves; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

²⁷ یا اگر کسی کار کند، خودم او را از بین می‌برم.

²⁸You shall do no kind of work in that same day; for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before Yahweh your God.

²⁸ این یک قانون ابدی است و باید در نسلهای آیندهٔ شما در هر جایی که باشند رعایت شود.

²⁹For whoever it is who shall not deny himself in that same day; shall be cut off from his people.

²⁹ از غروب روز نهم ماه هفتم تا غروب روز دهم آن ماه، روز مخصوص است و باید روزه بگیرید و استراحت کنید.»

³⁰Whoever it is who does any kind of work in that same day, that person I will destroy from among his people.

³⁰ خداوند به موسی فرمود: «به قوم اسرائیل بگو که در روز پانزدهم ماه هفتم، عید خیمه‌ها شروع می‌شود هفت روز در حضور من جشن گرفته شود.

³¹You shall do no kind of work: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

³¹ در روز اول عید، همگیتان باید از کارهای روزمرهٔ خود دست بکشید و برای عبادت جمع شوید.

³²It shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall deny yourselves. In the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your Sabbath.”

³² در آن هفت روز هدایایی را بر آتش به‌ حضور من تقدیم کنید. در روز هشتم باز برای عبادت گرد هم آیید و هدیه‌ای بر آتش برای من تقدیم نمایید. آن روز، روز پرستش است و شما نباید به هیچ کاری دست بزنید. (

³³Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

³³ «اینها عیدهای مذهبی هستند که باید، تمام مردم اسرائیل، برای نیایش جمع شوند و قربانی‌های سوختنی و هدایای آردی و نوشیدنی را مطابق مقرّرات، بر آتش به من تقدیم کنند.

³⁴“Speak to the children of Israel, and say, ‘On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of tents for seven days to Yahweh.

³⁴ این عیدها به غیراز روزهای عادی سبت می‌باشند و هدایایی که در این عیدها تقدیم می‌کنند، غیراز هدایایی عادی، نذری و داوطلبانه هستند که به حضور من تقدیم می‌کنند.)

³⁵On the first day shall be a holy convocation: you shall do no regular work.

³⁵ «در روز پانزدهم ماه هفتم، وقتی خرمن را جمع می‌کنید این عید را برای هفت روز در حضور من برگزار کنید. روزهای اول و هشتم عید، روزهای استراحت می‌باشند.

³⁶Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. On the eighth day shall be a holy convocation to you; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. It is a solemn assembly; you shall do no regular work.

³⁶ در روز اول، بهترین میوه‌های درختان خود را بچینید و شاخه‌های درخت خرما و شاخه‌های پُر برگ بیدِ لب جوی را جمع کنید و به مدّت هفت روز، این عید را به احترام من که خداوند خدای شما هستم، جشن بگیرید.

³⁷“‘These are the appointed feasts of Yahweh, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, and a meal offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, each on its own day;

³⁷ این عید را در ماه هفتم هر سال برای هفت روز جشن بگیرید و این قانونی است همیشگی که باید در نسلهای آینده آن را رعایت کنید.

³⁸besides the Sabbaths of Yahweh, and besides your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings, which you give to Yahweh.

³⁸ در مدّت این هفت روز همهٔ شما مردم اسرائیل، باید در خیمه‌ها به سر ببرید،

³⁹“‘So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you shall keep the feast of Yahweh seven days: on the first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the eighth day shall be a solemn rest.

³⁹ تا فرزندانتان در آینده آگاه باشند که من خداوند خدای آنها، وقتی قوم اسرائیل را از سرزمین مصر بیرون آوردم، آنها را در خیمه‌ها جا دادم.» به این ترتیب، موسی مقرّرات عیدهای مذهبی را به اطّلاع قوم اسرائیل رسانید.

⁴⁰You shall take on the first day the fruit of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before Yahweh your God seven days.

⁴⁰ به این ترتیب، موسی مقرّرات عیدهای مذهبی را به اطّلاع قوم اسرائیل رسانید.

⁴¹You shall keep it a feast to Yahweh seven days in the year: it is a statute forever throughout your generations; you shall keep it in the seventh month.

⁴²You shall dwell in booths seven days. All who are native-born in Israel shall dwell in booths,

⁴³that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.’”

⁴⁴Moses declared to the children of Israel the appointed feasts of Yahweh.
