¹It happened on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

¹ در روز هشتم، یک روز پس از به انجام رسیدن مراسم انتصاب روحانی، موسی، هارون و پسرانش را همراه با رهبران قوم اسرائیل جمع کرد

²and he said to Aaron, “Take a calf from the herd for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before Yahweh.

² و به هارون گفت: «یک گوساله و یک قوچ را که سالم و بی‌عیب باشند، بگیر و به حضور خداوند تقدیم نما. گوساله را برای قربانی گناه و قوچ را برای قربانی سوختنی ذبح کن،

³You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Take a male goat for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both a year old, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

³ و به قوم اسرائیل بگو: یک بُز نر را برای قربانی گناه و یک گوساله و یک برّه را که هر دو یک ساله، بی‌عیب و سالم باشند، به عنوان قربانی سوختنی بیاورند.

⁴and a bull and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before Yahweh; and a meal offering mixed with oil: for today Yahweh appears to you.’”

⁴ همچنین آنها باید یک گاو و یک قوچ را برای قربانی سلامتی با مقداری آرد که با روغن زیتون مخلوط شده باشد، به عنوان هدیهٔ آردی بیاورند و به حضور خداوند تقدیم نمایند، زیرا امروز خداوند بر آنان ظاهر خواهد شد.»

⁵They brought what Moses commanded before the Tent of Meeting: and all the congregation drew near and stood before Yahweh.

⁵ آنها تمام چیزهایی را که موسی دستور داده بود، پیش خیمهٔ مقدّس آوردند و تمام قوم اسرائیل برای پرستش خداوند در آنجا جمع شدند.

⁶Moses said, “This is the thing which Yahweh commanded that you should do: and the glory of Yahweh shall appear to you.”

⁶ موسی به آنها گفت: «خداوند به شما تمام این دستورات را داده است که اوامر او را بجا آورید، تا نور حضور او بر شما پرتو افکند.»

⁷Moses said to Aaron, “Draw near to the altar, and offer your sin offering, and your burnt offering, and make atonement for yourself, and for the people; and offer the offering of the people, and make atonement for them; as Yahweh commanded.”

⁷ سپس موسی به هارون گفت: «به قربانگاه برو و قربانی‌های گناه و سوختنی را تقدیم کن، تا گناهان تو و مردم پاک شوند، این قربانی‌ها را همان‌طور که خداوند گفته است تقدیم کن تا گناهان مردم پاک شوند.»

⁸So Aaron drew near to the altar, and killed the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

⁸ پس هارون نزدیک قربانگاه رفت و گوسالهٔ قربانی گناه خود را ذبح کرد.

⁹The sons of Aaron presented the blood to him; and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar:

⁹ پسرانش خون قربانی را برای او آوردند و او انگشت خود را در آن فرو برد و به چهار شاخ قربانگاه مالید و باقیماندهٔ خون را در پای قربانگاه ریخت.

¹⁰but the fat, and the kidneys, and the cover from the liver of the sin offering, he burned upon the altar; as Yahweh commanded Moses.

¹⁰ چربی، قلوه‌ها و بهترین قسمت جگر را طبق فرمان خداوند به موسی، بر قربانگاه سوزانید.

¹¹The flesh and the skin he burned with fire outside the camp.

¹¹ امّا گوشت و پوست قربانی را در بیرون اردوگاه در آتش سوزاند.

¹²He killed the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons delivered the blood to him, and he sprinkled it around on the altar.

¹² بعد از آن، هارون، قربانی سوختنی را گذرانید و پسرانش خون قربانی را پیش او بردند و او آن را به چهار طرف قربانگاه پاشید.

¹³They delivered the burnt offering to him, piece by piece, and the head: and he burned them upon the altar.

¹³ سپس کلّه و دیگر اجزای حیوان را برای هارون آوردند و او همه را در بالای قربانگاه سوزاند.

¹⁴He washed the innards and the legs, and burned them on the burnt offering on the altar.

¹⁴ اجزای داخلی حیوان را با پاچه‌های آن شست و در قربانگاه سوزاند.

¹⁵He presented the people’s offering, and took the goat of the sin offering which was for the people, and killed it, and offered it for sin, like the first.

¹⁵ بعد هدایای مردم را پیش هارون بردند. او بُز قربانی گناه مردم را گذرانیده، مثل قربانی گناه خود، برای کفّارهٔ گناه مردم تقدیم نمود.

¹⁶He presented the burnt offering, and offered it according to the ordinance.

¹⁶ و طبق مقرّرات، قربانی سوختنی آنها را به حضور خداوند تقدیم کرد.

¹⁷He presented the meal offering, and filled his hand from there, and burned it upon the altar, besides the burnt offering of the morning.

¹⁷ بعد هدیهٔ آرد را آورد و یک مشت از آن را گرفت و بر قربانگاه سوزاند. (این کار را علاوه بر قربانی سوختنی روزانه انجام داد.)

¹⁸He also killed the bull and the ram, the sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron’s sons delivered to him the blood, which he sprinkled around on the altar,

¹⁸ سپس هارون، گاو و قوچ را به عنوان قربانی سلامتی قوم گذرانید و پسرانش خون قربانی را برای او بردند و او آن را در چهار طرف قربانگاه پاشید.

¹⁹and the fat of the bull and of the ram, the fat tail, and that which covers the innards, and the kidneys, and the cover of the liver:

¹⁹ بعد چربی، دنبه، چربی روی اجزای داخلی، قلوه‌ها و بهترین قسمت جگر گاو و قوچ را

²⁰and they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burned the fat on the altar:

²⁰ بر سینهٔ حیوان قرار داده، نزدیک قربانگاه برد و تمام چربی را بر قربانگاه سوزاند.

²¹and the breasts and the right thigh Aaron waved for a wave offering before Yahweh, as Moses commanded.

²¹ امّا سینه و ران راست را، طبق دستور موسی، به عنوان هدیهٔ مخصوص در حضور خداوند تکان داد.

²²Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people, and blessed them; and he came down from offering the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings.

²² بعد از پایان مراسم، هارون دستهای خود را به طرف قوم اسرائیل دراز کرده، آنها را برکت داد و از قربانگاه پایین آمد.

²³Moses and Aaron went into the Tent of Meeting, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of Yahweh appeared to all the people.

²³ سپس موسی و هارون به خیمهٔ مقدّس داخل شدند. هنگامی‌که از آنجا بیرون آمدند، مردم را برکت دادند و جلال خداوند بر تمام مردم ظاهر گردید. آنگاه آتشی از حضور خداوند برخاست، چربی و قربانی سوختنی را که بر قربانگاه قرار داشت، بلعید. چون قوم آن صحنه را دیدند، با فریاد به روی زمین به سجده افتادند.

²⁴There came forth fire from before Yahweh, and consumed the burnt offering and the fat upon the altar: and when all the people saw it, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

²⁴ آنگاه آتشی از حضور خداوند برخاست، چربی و قربانی سوختنی را که بر قربانگاه قرار داشت، بلعید. چون قوم آن صحنه را دیدند، با فریاد به روی زمین به سجده افتادند.
