¹Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

¹Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your valuation.

²Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando alguém fizer ao Senhor um voto especial que envolve pessoas, o voto será cumprido segundo a tua avaliação das pessoas.

³Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³Se for de um homem, desde a idade de vinte até sessenta anos, a tua avaliação será de cinqüenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário.

⁴If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴Se for mulher, a tua avaliação será de trinta siclos.

⁵If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁵Se for de cinco anos até vinte, a tua avaliação do homem será de vinte siclos, e da mulher dez siclos.

⁶If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶Se for de um mês até cinco anos, a tua avaliação do homem será de cinco siclos de prata, e da mulher três siclos de prata.

⁷If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

⁷Se for de sessenta anos para cima, a tua avaliação do homem será de quinze siclos, e da mulher dez siclos.

⁸But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸Mas, se for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, será apresentado perante o sacerdote, que o avaliará conforme as posses daquele que tiver feito o voto.

⁹“‘If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

⁹Se for animal dos que se oferecem em oferta ao Senhor, tudo quanto der dele ao Senhor será santo.

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

¹⁰Não o mudará, nem o trocará, bom por mau, ou mau por bom; mas se de qualquer maneira trocar animal por animal, tanto um como o outro será santo.

¹¹If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

¹¹Se for algum animal imundo, dos que não se oferecem em oferta ao Senhor, apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote;

¹²and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.

¹²e o sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou seja mau; segundo tu, sacerdote, o avaliares, assim será.

¹³But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

¹³Mas, se o homem, com efeito, quiser remi-lo, acrescentará a quinta parte sobre a tua avaliação.

¹⁴“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴Quando alguém santificar a sua casa para ser santa ao Senhor, o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa ou seja má; como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será.

¹⁵If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵Mas, se aquele que a tiver santificado quiser remir a sua casa, então acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro sobre a tua avaliação, e terá a casa.

¹⁶“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer 1 homer is about 220 litres or 6 bushels of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶Se alguém santificar ao Senhor uma parte do campo da sua possessão, então a tua avaliação será segundo a sua sementeira: um terreno que leva um hômer de semente de cevada será avaliado em cinqüenta siclos de prata.

¹⁷If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

¹⁷Se ele santificar o seu campo a partir do ano do jubileu, conforme a tua avaliação ficará.

¹⁸But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

¹⁸Mas se santificar o seu campo depois do ano do jubileu, o sacerdote lhe calculará o dinheiro conforme os anos que restam até o ano do jubileu, e assim será feita a tua avaliação.

¹⁹If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

¹⁹Se aquele que tiver santificado o campo, com efeito, quiser remi-lo, acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro da tua avaliação, e lhe ficará assegurado o campo.

²⁰If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

²⁰Se não o quiser remir, ou se houver vendido o campo a outrem, nunca mais poderá ser remido.

²¹but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.

²¹Mas o campo, quando sair livre no ano do jubileu, será santo ao Senhor, como campo consagrado; a possessão dele será do sacerdote.

²²“‘If he dedicates to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

²²Se alguém santificar ao Senhor um campo que tiver comprado, o qual não for parte do campo da sua possessão,

²³then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

²³o sacerdote lhe contará o valor da tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu; e no mesmo dia dará a tua avaliação, como coisa santa ao Senhor.

²⁴In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

²⁴No ano do jubileu o campo tornará �quele de quem tiver sido comprado, isto é, �quele a quem pertencer a possessão do campo.

²⁵All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

²⁵Ora, toda tua avaliação se fará conforme o siclo do santuário; o siclo será de vinte jeiras.

²⁶“‘Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is Yahweh’s.

²⁶Contudo o primogênito dum animal, que por ser primogênito já pertence ao senhor, ninguém o santificará; seja boi ou gado miúdo, pertence ao Senhor.

²⁷If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

²⁷Mas se o primogênito for dum animal imundo, remir-se-á segundo a tua avaliação, e a esta se acrescentará a quinta parte; e se não for remido, será vendido segundo a tua avaliação.

²⁸“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh.

²⁸Todavia, nenhuma coisa consagrada ao Senhor por alguém, daquilo que possui, seja homem, ou animal, ou campo da sua possessão, será vendida nem será remida; toda coisa consagrada será santíssima ao Senhor.

²⁹“‘No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

²⁹Nenhuma pessoa que dentre os homens for devotada será resgatada; certamente será morta.

³⁰“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

³⁰Também todos os dízimos da terra, quer dos cereais, quer do fruto das árvores, pertencem ao senhor; santos são ao Senhor.

³¹If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

³¹Se alguém quiser remir uma parte dos seus dízimos, acrescentar-lhe-á a quinta parte.

³²All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.

³²Quanto a todo dízimo do gado e do rebanho, de tudo o que passar debaixo da vara, esse dízimo será santo ao Senhor.

³³He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

³³Não se examinará se é bom ou mau, nem se trocará; mas se, com efeito, se trocar, tanto um como o outro será santo; não serão remidos.

³⁴These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.

³⁴são esses os mandamentos que o Senhor ordenou a Moisés, para os filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai.
