Mark

16

1When the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.
1 Waato kaŋ asibti* zaaro bisa, Maryama Magdaliya bora, da Maryama Yakuba nya, da Salome na yaazi jinayyaŋ day zama ngey ma kaa ka Yesu tuusu.
2Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.
2 Jirbi iyya zaari sintina i kaa saara do za nda hinay, waato kaŋ wayna fun.
3They were saying among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”
3 I goono ga salaŋ care se ka ne: «May no ga tondo gunguray ka kaa iri se saara meyo gaa?»
4for it was very big. Looking up, they saw that the stone was rolled back.
4 Zama tondo ga beeri gumo. I guna mo, ka di i na tondo kaa saara meyo gaa.
5Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe, and they were amazed.
5 Waato kaŋ i furo saara ra, i di arwasu fo goono ga goro kambe ŋwaaro haray, kaŋ gonda kwaay kwaaray nga gaahamo gaa. Kala wayborey dambara gumo.
6He said to them, “Don’t be amazed. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen. He is not here. Behold, the place where they laid him!
6 Amma a ne i se: «Wa si dambara. Araŋ go ga Yesu Nazara bora kaŋ i kanji* din ceeci. A si neewo, a tun. Wa guna nango kaŋ i n'a jisi din.
7But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He goes before you into Galilee. There you will see him, as he said to you.’”
7 Amma wa koy ka ci a talibey da Bitros se ka ne a goono ga koy Galili araŋ jine. Araŋ ga di a, mate kaŋ a ci araŋ se doŋ.»
8They went out, and fled from the tomb, for trembling and astonishment had come on them. They said nothing to anyone; for they were afraid.
8 I tun da zuray ka dira saara do, zama i gaahamey jijiri, i dambara mo gumo. I mana hay fo ci boro kulu se mo, zama i humburu.
9Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons.
9 Waato kaŋ Yesu tun jirbi iyya zaari sintina hane za da hinay, a jin ka bangay Maryama Magdaliya bora se, bora kaŋ a na follay iyye gaaray ka kaa a banda.
10She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
10 Maryama koy ka ci a doŋ banda borey se, zama i biney sara, i goono ga hẽ mo.
11When they heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, they disbelieved.
11 Waato kaŋ i maa Yesu ga funa, Maryama di a mo, i man'a cimandi.
12After these things he was revealed in another form to two of them, as they walked, on their way into the country.
12 Woodin banda Yesu bangay alhaali fo ra i boro hinka se, waato kaŋ i goono ga dira fonda ra ka koy kawye fo do.
13They went away and told it to the rest. They didn’t believe them, either.
13 Ngey din koy ka ci boro cindey se, amma ngey wo man'i cimandi.
14Afterward he was revealed to the eleven themselves as they sat at the table, and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they didn’t believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
14 Woodin banda koyne Yesu bangay talibi way cindi fa se, waato kaŋ i goono ga ŋwa. A deeni i gaa i cimbeeri-jaŋa d'i hanga sanday sabbay se, zama borey kaŋ di nga, nga tunyaŋo banda, talibey man'i cimandi.
15He said to them, “Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation.
15 A ne i se mo: «Araŋ ma koy ndunnya kulu ra, ka Baaru Hanna waazu borey kulu se.
16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.
16 Boro kaŋ cimandi, kaŋ se i na baptisma* te mo, a ga du faaba, amma boro kaŋ wangu ka cimandi, i g'a zeeri ciiti ra.
17 These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages;
17 I ga alaamey wo no cimandikoy se: i ga follayyaŋ gaaray ay maa ra, i ga salaŋ da deene tajiyaŋ,
18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
18 i ga gondiyaŋ sambu. Baa i na damari haŋ, a si hay kulu te i se baa kayna. I ga kambe dake jantekomey boŋ, ngey mo ga du baani.»
19So then the Lord , after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
19 Waato kaŋ Rabbi Yesu salaŋ i se ka ban, gaa no i n'a sambu ka kond'a beene. A goro mo Irikoy kambe ŋwaaro gaa.
20They went out, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.
20 Talibey koy ka waazu nangu kulu, Rabbi mo goono ga goy i banda ka sanno tabbatandi nda alaamey kaŋ a n'i no din.
