1You shall not sacrifice to Yahweh your God an ox, or a sheep, in which is a blemish, or anything evil; for that is an abomination to Yahweh your God.

1Thou shalt not sacrifice unto Jehovah thy God an ox, or a sheep, wherein is a blemish, [or] anything evil; for that is an abomination unto Jehovah thy God.
2If there is found in the midst of you, within any of your gates which Yahweh your God gives you, man or woman, who does that which is evil in the sight of Yahweh your God, in transgressing his covenant,
2 Ni kwaarey kulu kaŋ Rabbi ni Irikoy na ni no ra, danga i ma ne i na boro fo gar, da alboro no wala wayboro no, kaŋ na laala te Rabbi ni Irikoyo jine. A n'a sappa feeri,

3and has gone and served other gods, and worshiped them, or the sun, or the moon, or any of the army of the sky, which I have not commanded;

3and hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, or the sun, or the moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;

7The hand of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. So thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.
8If there arises a matter too hard for you in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within your gates; then you shall arise, and go up to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose;
8 Da ciiti sanni fo tun kaŋ ga gaabu hal a bisa nin, sanda kuri alhakku sanni, wala kalima sanni, wala karyaŋ sanni, sanda wo kaŋ yaŋ gonda kakaw tunandiyaŋ ni kwaara ra, kala ni ma tun ka ziji ka koy nango kaŋ Rabbi ni Irikoyo ga suuban.
8If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy gates; then shalt thou arise, and get thee up unto the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose;
9and you shall come to the priests the Levites, and to the judge who shall be in those days: and you shall inquire; and they shall show you the sentence of judgment.

11according to the tenor of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shall do; you shall not turn aside from the sentence which they shall show you, to the right hand, nor to the left.
11 Asariya sanno kaŋ i ga ni dondonandi boŋ, da ciito kaŋ i ga ci ni se boŋ, yaadin no ni ga te. Ni ma si kamba ka fay da ciito kaŋ i dumbu ka cabe ni se din, ka koy kambe ŋwaari, wala kambe wow haray.
11according to the tenor of the law which they shall teach thee, and according to the judgment which they shall tell thee, thou shalt do; thou shalt not turn aside from the sentence which they shall show thee, to the right hand, nor to the left.
12The man who does presumptuously, in not listening to the priest who stands to minister there before Yahweh your God, or to the judge, even that man shall die: and you shall put away the evil from Israel.

12And the man that doeth presumptuously, in not hearkening unto the priest that standeth to minister there before Jehovah thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.
13All the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.
13 Jama kulu ga maa, i ga humburu mo, i si ye ka goy da farrati koyne.
13And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.
14When you have come to the land which Yahweh your God gives you, and shall possess it, and shall dwell therein, and shall say, “I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are around me”;

14When thou art come unto the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are round about me;
15you shall surely set him king over yourselves, whom Yahweh your God shall choose: one from among your brothers you shall set king over you; you may not put a foreigner over you, who is not your brother.

15thou shalt surely set him king over thee, whom Jehovah thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee; thou mayest not put a foreigner over thee, who is not thy brother.
16Only he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he may multiply horses; because Yahweh has said to you, “You shall not go back that way again.”

16Only he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he may multiply horses; forasmuch as Jehovah hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way.
17Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart not turn away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.

18And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book, out of [that which is] before the priests the Levites:
19and it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life; that he may learn to fear Yahweh his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them;
19 A ma tira din jisi nga jarga ka caw a ra nga fundo jirbey kulu. Yaadin cine no a ga Rabbi nga Irikoyo humburkumay dondon d'a, a ma asariya wo sanney da hin sanney wo kulu haggoy, k'i te mo.

20that his heart not be lifted up above his brothers, and that he not turn aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children, in the midst of Israel.
20 A bina mo ma si fuusu da boŋbeeray nga nya-izey jine, hal a ga bare ka fay da lordo, ka koy kambe ŋwaari wala kambe wow haray. A aloomaro mo ga ku nga koytara ra, nga nda nga izey mo Israyla game ra.
20that his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children, in the midst of Israel.
