3And he saith unto the man that had his hand withered, Stand forth.
4He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?” But they were silent.
4 A ne jama se: «A ga halal* i ma goy hanno te asibti zaaro ra no, wala i ma goy laalo te? I ma fundi faaba wala i m'a wi?» Day i dangay.
4And he saith unto them, Is it lawful on the sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? to save a life, or to kill? But they held their peace.
5When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
5 Waato kaŋ Yesu na borey din guna, a dukur, a fundo mo goono ga taabi i bine sanda sabbay se. Kal a ne bora kaŋ kamba suugu din se: «Ma ni kamba salle.» A n'a salle, a kamba du baani mo.

6The Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

9He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
9 A ne nga talibey se i ma hi kayna fo gaay nga se, zama jama ma s'a kankam.
9And he spake to his disciples, that a little boat should wait on him because of the crowd, lest they should throng him:

10 Zama a na boro boobo no baani hala boro boobo kaŋ gonda doori futu yaŋ n'a kankam zama ngey m'a ham se.
10for he had healed many; insomuch that as many as had plagues pressed upon him that they might touch him.

11And the unclean spirits, whensoever they beheld him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
12He sternly warned them that they should not make him known.
12 Amma a deeni i gaa gumo ka ne i ma s'a bangandi.
12And he charged them much that they should not make him known.
13He went up into the mountain, and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him.
13 Yesu kaaru tondo boŋ ka borey kaŋ a ga ba nga ma suuban yaŋ ce nga do. I kaa a do mo.
13And he goeth up into the mountain, and calleth unto him whom he himself would; and they went unto him.

20The multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
20 Boro jama ye ka margu koyne hal i si du ka baa buuru ŋwa.
20And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
21When his friends heard it, they went out to seize him: for they said, “He is insane.”

21And when his friends heard it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.

24And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

25And if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
26 If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can’t stand, but has an end.
26 Da Saytan mo tun ka gaaba nda nga boŋ, a fay ihinka nooya. A si du ka kay, amma a kokora nooya.
26And if Satan hath rise up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.

28 Most certainly I tell you, all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
28 Haciika ay ga ne araŋ se: i ga Adam-izey zunubey kulu yaafa i se, da Irikoy alaasiray kulu kaŋ i g'a kayna d'a.
28Verily I say unto you, All their sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and their blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29 but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”
29 Amma boro kulu kaŋ ga Biya Hanno kayna, a sinda yaafayaŋ hal abada amma bora din gonda hal abada zunubi taali no.»
29but whosoever shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit hath never forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin:
30—because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.”
30 Yesu na woodin yaŋ ci zama boro fooyaŋ ne a gonda follay laalo.
30because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

33 A tu ka ne i se: «May no ga ti ay nya nd'ay nya izey?»
33And he answereth them, and saith, Who is my mother and my brethren?
34Looking around at those who sat around him, he said, “Behold, my mother and my brothers!
34 Waato kaŋ a na borey kaŋ goono g'a windi guna, a ne: «Ay nya nd'ay nya izey, ngey neeya!
34And looking round on them that sat round about him, he saith, Behold, my mother and my brethren!

35 Zama ngey wo kulu kaŋ ga Irikoy miila te, ngey no ga ti ay nya ize alborey, d'ay waymey, d'ay nya.»
35For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
