¹Peter and John were going up into the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour 3:00 PM .

¹ฝ่ายเปโตรกับยอห์นกำลังขึ้นไปจะเข้าพระวิหารในเวลาอธิษฐาน เป็นเวลาบ่ายสามโมง

²A certain man who was lame from his mother’s womb was being carried, whom they laid daily at the door of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask gifts for the needy of those who entered into the temple.

²มีชายคนหนึ่งเป็นง่อยตั้งแต่ครรภ์มารดา ทุกวันคนเคยหามเขามาวางไว้ริมประตูพระวิหาร ซึ่งมีชื่อว่าประตูงาม เพื่อให้ขอทานจากคนที่จะเข้าไปในพระวิหาร

³Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked to receive gifts for the needy.

³คนนั้นพอเห็นเปโตรกับยอห์นจะเข้าไปในพระวิหารก็ขอทาน

⁴Peter, fastening his eyes on him, with John, said, “Look at us.”

⁴ฝ่ายเปโตรกับยอห์นเพ่งดูเขาบอกว่า "จงดูพวกเราเถิด"

⁵He listened to them, expecting to receive something from them.

⁵คนขอทานนั้นได้เขม้นดู คาดว่าจะได้อะไรจากท่าน

⁶But Peter said, “Silver and gold have I none, but what I have, that I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!”

⁶เปโตรกล่าวว่า "เงินและทองข้าพเจ้าไม่มี แต่ที่ข้าพเจ้ามีอยู่ข้าพเจ้าจะให้ท่าน คือในพระนามแห่งพระเยซูคริสต์ชาวนาซาเร็ธ จงลุกขึ้นเดินไปเถิด"

⁷He took him by the right hand, and raised him up. Immediately his feet and his ankle bones received strength.

⁷แล้วเปโตรจับมือขวาของเขาพยุงขึ้น และในทันใดนั้นเท้าและข้อเท้าของเขาก็มีกำลัง

⁸Leaping up, he stood, and began to walk. He entered with them into the temple, walking, leaping, and praising God.

⁹All the people saw him walking and praising God.

⁹คนทั้งปวงเห็นเขาเดินและสรรเสริญพระเจ้า

¹⁰They recognized him, that it was he who used to sit begging for gifts for the needy at the Beautiful Gate of the temple. They were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

¹⁰จึงรู้ว่าเป็นคนนั้นซึ่งนั่งขอทานอยู่ที่ประตูงามแห่งพระวิหาร เขาจึงพากันมีความประหลาดและอัศจรรย์ใจอย่างยิ่งในเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดแก่คนนั้น

¹¹As the lame man who was healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.

¹¹เมื่อคนง่อยที่หายนั้นยังยึดเปโตรและยอห์นอยู่ ฝูงคนก็วิ่งไปหาท่านที่เฉลียงพระวิหารซึ่งเรียกว่า เฉลียงของซาโลมอน ด้วยความอัศจรรย์ใจยิ่งนัก

¹²When Peter saw it, he responded to the people, “You men of Israel, why do you marvel at this man? Why do you fasten your eyes on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him walk?

¹²พอเปโตรแลเห็นก็กล่าวแก่คนเหล่านั้นว่า "ท่านชนชาติอิสราเอลทั้งหลาย ไฉนท่านพากันประหลาดใจด้วยคนนี้ เขม้นดูเราทำไมเล่า อย่างกับว่าเราทำให้คนนี้เดินได้โดยฤทธิ์หรือความบริสุทธิ์ของเราเอง

¹³The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up, and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had determined to release him.

¹³พระเจ้าของอับราฮัม อิสอัค และยาโคบ คือพระเจ้าแห่งบรรพบุรุษของเรา ได้ทรงโปรดประทานพระเกียรติแด่พระเยซูพระบุตรของพระองค์ ผู้ซึ่งท่านทั้งหลายได้มอบไว้แล้ว และได้ปฏิเสธพระองค์ต่อหน้าปีลาต เมื่อเขาตั้งใจจะปล่อยพระองค์ไป

¹⁴But you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,

¹⁴แต่ท่านทั้งหลายได้ปฏิเสธพระองค์ซึ่งเป็นองค์บริสุทธิ์และชอบธรรม และได้ขอให้เขาปล่อยผู้ฆ่าคนให้ท่านทั้งหลาย

¹⁵and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, to which we are witnesses.

¹⁵จึงฆ่าพระองค์ผู้ทรงเป็นเจ้าชีวิตเสีย ผู้ซึ่งพระเจ้าได้ทรงโปรดให้เป็นขึ้นมาจากความตาย เราเป็นพยานในเรื่องนี้

¹⁶By faith in his name, his name has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which is through him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

¹⁶โดยความเชื่อในพระนามของพระองค์ พระนามนั้นจึงได้กระทำให้คนนี้ซึ่งท่านทั้งหลายเห็นและรู้จักมีกำลังขึ้น คือความเชื่อซึ่งเป็นไปโดยพระองค์ได้กระทำให้คนนี้หายปกติต่อหน้าท่านทั้งหลาย

¹⁷“Now, brothers The word for “brothers” here may be also correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” , I know that you did this in ignorance, as did also your rulers.

¹⁷พี่น้องทั้งหลาย ข้าพเจ้าทราบว่าท่านทั้งหลายได้กระทำการนั้นเพราะไม่รู้เรื่องราวอะไร ทั้งคณะผู้ครอบครองของท่านก็ทำเหมือนกันด้วย

¹⁸But the things which God announced by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he thus fulfilled.

¹⁸แต่ว่าเหตุการณ์เหล่านั้น ซึ่งพระเจ้าได้ทรงประกาศไว้ล่วงหน้าโดยปากของศาสดาพยากรณ์ทั้งหลายของพระองค์ว่า พระคริสต์ต้องทนทุกข์ทรมาน พระองค์จึงทรงให้สำเร็จตามนั้น

¹⁹“Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord,

¹⁹เหตุฉะนั้นท่านทั้งหลายจงหันกลับและตั้งใจใหม่ เพื่อจะทรงลบล้างความผิดบาปของท่านเสีย เพื่อเวลาชื่นใจยินดีจะได้มาจากพระพักตร์ขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า

²⁰and that he may send Christ Jesus, who was ordained for you before,

²⁰และเพื่อพระองค์จะได้ทรงใช้พระเยซูคริสต์ ผู้ซึ่งเมื่อก่อนนั้นได้แจ้งไว้แก่ท่านทั้งหลายแล้ว

²¹whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God spoke long ago by the mouth of his holy prophets.

²¹พระองค์นั้น สวรรค์จะต้องรับไว้จนถึงวาระเมื่อสิ่งสารพัดจะตั้งขึ้นใหม่ ตามซึ่งพระเจ้าได้ตรัสไว้โดยปากบรรดาศาสดาพยากรณ์บริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ ตั้งแต่เริ่มสร้างโลก

²²For Moses indeed said to the fathers, ‘The Lord God will raise up a prophet for you from among your brothers, like me. You shall listen to him in all things whatever he says to you.

²²ที่จริงโมเสสได้กล่าวไว้แก่บรรพบุรุษว่า `องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ผู้เป็นพระเจ้าของท่านทั้งหลายจะทรงโปรดประทานศาสดาพยากรณ์ผู้หนึ่ง เหมือนอย่างเราให้แก่ท่านจากจำพวกพี่น้องของท่าน ท่านทั้งหลายจงเชื่อฟังผู้นั้นในสิ่งสารพัดซึ่งพระองค์จะได้ตรัสแก่ท่าน

²³It will be, that every soul that will not listen to that prophet will be utterly destroyed from among the people.’ Deuteronomy 18:15,18-19

²³และจะเป็นเช่นนี้คือถ้าผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดไม่เชื่อฟังศาสดาพยากรณ์ผู้นั้น เขาจะต้องถูกตัดขาดให้พินาศไปจากท่ามกลางประชาชน'

²⁴Yes, and all the prophets from Samuel and those who followed after, as many as have spoken, they also told of these days.

²⁴และบรรดาศาสดาพยากรณ์ ตั้งแต่ซามูเอลเป็นลำดับมาก็กล่าวเป็นเสียงเดียวกันพยากรณ์ถึงกาลครั้งนี้

²⁵You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘In your seed will all the families of the earth be blessed.’ Genesis 22:18; 26:4

²⁵ท่านทั้งหลายเป็นลูกหลานของศาสดาพยากรณ์นั้น และของพันธสัญญาซึ่งพระเจ้าได้ทรงกระทำไว้กับบรรพบุรุษของเรา คือได้ตรัสแก่อับราฮัมว่า `บรรดาครอบครัวทั่วแผ่นดินโลกจะได้รับพระพรเพราะเชื้อสายของเจ้า'

²⁶God, having raised up his servant, Jesus, sent him to you first, to bless you, in turning away everyone of you from your wickedness.”

²⁶ครั้นพระเจ้าทรงโปรดให้พระเยซูพระบุตรของพระองค์เป็นขึ้นแล้ว จึงทรงใช้พระองค์มายังท่านทั้งหลายก่อน เพื่ออวยพระพรแก่ท่านทั้งหลาย โดยให้ท่านทั้งหลายทุกคนกลับจากความชั่วช้าของตน"
