¹The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,

¹พระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์มายังข้าพเจ้าอีกว่า

²Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:

²"บุตรแห่งมนุษย์เอ๋ย มีผู้หญิงสองคน เป็นบุตรสาวมารดาเดียวกัน

³and they played the prostitute in Egypt; they played the prostitute in their youth; there were their breasts pressed, and there was handled the bosom of their virginity.

³เธอเล่นชู้ในอียิปต์ เธอเล่นชู้ตั้งแต่สาวๆ ณ ที่นั้นถันของเธอถูกเคล้าคลึง และอกพรหมจารีของเธอก็ถูกจับต้อง

⁴Their names were Oholah the elder, and Oholibah her sister: and they became mine, and they bore sons and daughters. As for their names, Samaria is Oholah, and Jerusalem Oholibah.

⁴คนพี่ชื่อโอโฮลาห์และโอโฮลีบาห์เป็นชื่อน้องสาว ทั้งสองมาเป็นของเรา ทั้งสองเกิดบุตรชายหญิง เรื่องชื่อนั้น โอโฮลาห์คือสะมาเรีย และโอโฮลีบาห์คือเยรูซาเล็ม

⁵Oholah played the prostitute when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians her neighbors,

⁵โอโฮลาห์เล่นชู้เมื่อเธอเป็นของเรา เธอลุ่มหลงพวกคนรักของเธอ คืออัสซีเรียเพื่อนบ้านของเธอ

⁶who were clothed with blue, governors and rulers, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding on horses.

⁶ซึ่งแต่งกายสีม่วง และเป็นเจ้าเมืองและผู้บังคับบัญชา ทุกคนเป็นชายหนุ่มที่พึงปรารถนา พลม้าขี่ม้า

⁷She bestowed her prostitution on them, the choicest men of Assyria all of them; and on whoever she doted, with all their idols she defiled herself.

⁷เธอเล่นชู้กับคนเหล่านี้ ซึ่งเป็นบุคคลที่คัดเลือกแล้วของอัสซีเรียทุกคน และเธอก็กระทำตัวให้เป็นมลทินด้วยรูปเคารพของทุกคนที่เธอลุ่มหลงนั้น

⁸Neither has she left her prostitution since the days of Egypt; for in her youth they lay with her, and they handled the bosom of her virginity; and they poured out their prostitution on her.

⁸เธอมิได้เลิกการเล่นชู้ซึ่งเธอได้นำมาจากอียิปต์ เพราะว่าเมื่อยังสาวอยู่คนหนุ่มก็เข้านอนกับเธอ และจับต้องอกพรหมจารีของเธอ และเทราคะของเขาให้แก่เธอ

⁹Therefore I delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, on whom she doted.

⁹เพราะฉะนั้นเราจึงมอบเธอให้ตกอยู่ในมือพวกคนรักของเธอ คือในมือคนอัสซีเรียซึ่งเธอลุ่มหลงนั้น

¹⁰These uncovered her nakedness; they took her sons and her daughters; and her they killed with the sword: and she became a byword among women; for they executed judgments on her.

¹⁰ผู้เหล่านี้เผยความเปลือยเปล่าของเธอ เขาจับบุตรชายหญิงของเธอ และฆ่าเธอเสียด้วยดาบ เธอจึงเป็นคำเยาะเย้ยท่ามกลางผู้หญิงทั้งหลาย ในเมื่อได้พิพากษาลงโทษเธอแล้ว

¹¹Her sister Oholibah saw this, yet was she more corrupt in her doting than she, and in her prostitution which were more than the prostitution of her sister.

¹¹เมื่อโอโฮลีบาห์น้องสาวของเธอเห็นเช่นนั้น เธอก็ทรามเสียยิ่งกว่าพี่สาวในเรื่องการลุ่มหลง และในการเล่นชู้ซึ่งทรามเสียยิ่งกว่าพี่สาว

¹²She doted on the Assyrians, governors and rulers, her neighbors, clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding on horses, all of them desirable young men.

¹³I saw that she was defiled; they both took one way.

¹³และเราเห็นว่าเธอมีมลทินเสียแล้ว เธอทั้งสองก็เดินทางเดียวกัน

¹⁴She increased her prostitution; for she saw men portrayed on the wall, the images of the Chaldeans portrayed with vermilion,

¹⁴แต่เธอยังเล่นชู้ยิ่งขึ้น เมื่อเธอเห็นรูปคนอยู่บนผนัง เป็นรูปคนเคลเดียเขียนด้วยสีแดงเข้ม

¹⁵dressed with girdles on their waists, with flowing turbans on their heads, all of them princes to look on, after the likeness of the Babylonians in Chaldea, the land of their birth.

¹⁵มีเข็มขัดคาดเอว มีผ้าโพกศีรษะชายห้อยอยู่ ทุกคนเป็นเหมือนนายทหาร เป็นรูปชาวบาบิโลน ซึ่งแผ่นดินเดิมของเขาคือเคลเดีย

¹⁶As soon as she saw them she doted on them, and sent messengers to them into Chaldea.

¹⁶เมื่อเธอเห็นรูปนั้นก็ลุ่มหลงเขาเสียแล้ว และส่งผู้สื่อสารไปหาเขาที่เคลเดีย

¹⁷The Babylonians came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their prostitution, and she was polluted with them, and her soul was alienated from them.

¹⁷ชาวบาบิโลนก็มาหาเธอถึงเตียงรัก และเขาก็กระทำให้เธอเป็นมลทินด้วยราคะของเขา หลังจากที่เธอโสโครกกับเขาแล้ว จิตใจเธอก็เบื่อหน่าย

¹⁸So she uncovered her prostitution, and uncovered her nakedness: then my soul was alienated from her, like as my soul was alienated from her sister.

¹⁸เมื่อเธอได้ทำการเล่นชู้เสียอย่างเปิดเผย และเธอสำแดงความเปลือยเปล่าของเธอ จิตใจเราก็เบื่อหน่ายเธอ อย่างที่จิตใจเราเบื่อหน่ายพี่สาวของเธอ

¹⁹Yet she multiplied her prostitution, remembering the days of her youth, in which she had played the prostitute in the land of Egypt.

¹⁹ถึงกระนั้นเธอยังทวีการเล่นชู้ของเธอขึ้นอีก โดยหวนระลึกถึงเมื่อครั้งยังสาวอยู่ เมื่อเธอเล่นชู้อยู่ในแผ่นดินอียิปต์

²⁰She doted on their paramours, whose flesh is as the flesh of donkeys, and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

²⁰เธอลุ่มหลงชู้ของเธอที่นั่น ลำเนื้อของเขาก็เหมือนของลา และของเขาก็เหมือนของม้า

²¹Thus you called to memory the lewdness of your youth, in the handling of your bosom by the Egyptians for the breasts of your youth.

²¹ดังนี้แหละ เจ้าก็อาลัยในราคะเมื่อเจ้ายังสาวอยู่ เมื่อคนอียิปต์จับต้องอกของเจ้า และเคล้าคลึงหัวนมสาวของเจ้า"

²²Therefore, Oholibah, thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will raise up your lovers against you, from whom your soul is alienated, and I will bring them against you on every side:

²²เพราะฉะนั้น โอโฮลีบาห์เอ๋ย องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า "ดูเถิด เราจะเร้าคนรักที่จิตใจเจ้าเบื่อหน่ายแล้วนั้นให้มาสู้เจ้า และเราจะนำเขามาสู้เจ้าจากทุกด้าน

²³the Babylonians and all the Chaldeans, Pekod and Shoa and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them; desirable young men, governors and rulers all of them, princes and men of renown, all of them riding on horses.

²³มีคนบาบิโลน และคนเคลเดียทั้งสิ้น เปโขดและโชอา และโคอา ทั้งคนอัสซีเรียทั้งสิ้นด้วย เป็นคนหนุ่มที่พึงปรารถนา เจ้าเมือง ผู้บังคับบัญชาทั้งสิ้น เป็นนายทหารและผู้มีชื่อเสียง ทุกคนขี่ม้า

²⁴They shall come against you with weapons, chariots, and wagons, and with a company of peoples; they shall set themselves against you with buckler and shield and helmet all around; and I will commit the judgment to them, and they shall judge you according to their judgments.

²⁴เขาจะมาต่อสู้เจ้า มีอาวุธ รถรบและเกวียน และชนชาติทั้งหลายเป็นอันมาก เขาจะตั้งตนต่อสู้เจ้าทุกด้าน ด้วยดั้งและโล่ และหมวกเหล็ก และเราจะมอบการพิพากษาต่อหน้าเขา และเขาทั้งหลายจะพิพากษาเจ้าตามหลักการพิพากษาของเขาทั้งหลาย

²⁵I will set my jealousy against you, and they shall deal with you in fury; they shall take away your nose and your ears; and your residue shall fall by the sword: they shall take your sons and your daughters; and your residue shall be devoured by the fire.

²⁵และเราจะมุ่งความร้อนรนของเราต่อสู้เจ้า และเขาจะกระทำกับเจ้าด้วยความเกรี้ยวกราด เขาจะตัดจมูกและตัดหูของเจ้าออกเสีย และผู้ที่รอดตายจะล้มลงด้วยดาบ เขาจะจับบุตรชายและบุตรสาวของเจ้า และคนที่รอดตายของเจ้าจะถูกเผาด้วยไฟ

²⁶They shall also strip you of your clothes, and take away your beautiful jewels.

²⁶เขาจะถอดเอาเสื้อของเจ้าออก และนำเอาเครื่องรูปพรรณงามๆของเจ้าไปเสีย

²⁷Thus will I make your lewdness to cease from you, and your prostitution brought from the land of Egypt; so that you shall not lift up your eyes to them, nor remember Egypt any more.

²⁷เราจะให้ราคะและการเล่นชู้ซึ่งเจ้านำมาจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์สูญสิ้นลง เพื่อเจ้าจะมิได้เงยหน้าขึ้นดูคนอียิปต์ และระลึกถึงเขาอีกต่อไป

²⁸For thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will deliver you into the hand of them whom you hate, into the hand of them from whom your soul is alienated;

²⁸เพราะองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า ดูเถิด เราจะมอบเจ้าไว้ในมือของผู้ที่เจ้าเกลียดชัง ในมือของผู้เหล่านั้นที่จิตใจเจ้าเบื่อหน่าย

²⁹and they shall deal with you in hatred, and shall take away all your labor, and shall leave you naked and bare; and the nakedness of your prostitution shall be uncovered, both your lewdness and your prostitution.

²⁹และเขาทั้งหลายจะกระทำกับเจ้าด้วยความเกลียดชัง และจะริบเอาบรรดาผลแห่งการงานของเจ้าไปเสีย และจะทิ้งเจ้าไว้ให้เปลือยเปล่าและล่อนจ้อน จะต้องเปิดเผยความเปลือยเปล่า ราคะและการเล่นชู้ของเจ้า

³⁰These things shall be done to you, because you have played the prostitute after the nations, and because you are polluted with their idols.

³⁰เราจะกระทำสิ่งเหล่านี้แก่เจ้า เพราะเจ้าเล่นชู้ตามประชาชาติ และเพราะเจ้ากระทำตัวของเจ้าให้มัวหมองไปด้วยรูปเคารพของเขาทั้งหลาย

³¹You have walked in the way of your sister; therefore will I give her cup into your hand.

³¹เจ้าดำเนินตามทางแห่งพี่สาวของเจ้า เพราะฉะนั้นเราจะมอบถ้วยของเธอใส่มือเจ้า

³²Thus says the Lord Yahweh: You will drink of your sister’s cup, which is deep and large; you will be ridiculed and held in derision; it contains much.

³²องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า เจ้าจะต้องดื่มจากถ้วยของพี่สาวเจ้า ซึ่งลึกและใหญ่ เจ้าจะเป็นที่หัวเราะเยาะและถูกสบประมาทเพราะถ้วยนั้นจุมาก

³³You shall be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of your sister Samaria.

³³เจ้าจะเต็มไปด้วยความมึนเมาและความเศร้าโศกเสียใจ ด้วยถ้วยแห่งความน่าสะพึงกลัวและการรกร้างว่างเปล่า ถ้วยแห่งสะมาเรียพี่สาวของเจ้า

³⁴You shall even drink it and drain it out, and you shall gnaw the broken pieces of it, and shall tear your breasts; for I have spoken it, says the Lord Yahweh.

³⁴เจ้าจะดื่มและดื่มจนเกลี้ยง เจ้าจะแทะเศษถ้วยและฉีกอกของเจ้าเสีย เพราะเราได้ลั่นวาจาแล้ว องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้แหละ

³⁵Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because you have forgotten me, and cast me behind your back, therefore you also bear your lewdness and your prostitution.

³⁵เพราะฉะนั้น องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า เพราะเจ้าลืมเราและเหวี่ยงเราไปไว้เบื้องหลังเจ้าเสีย เพราะฉะนั้นเจ้าจงรับโทษราคะและการเล่นชู้ของเจ้าเถิด"

³⁶Yahweh said moreover to me: Son of man, will you judge Oholah and Oholibah? then declare to them their abominations.

³⁶พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับข้าพเจ้ายิ่งกว่านั้นอีกว่า "บุตรแห่งมนุษย์เอ๋ย เจ้าจะพิพากษาโอโฮลาห์และโอโฮลีบาห์หรือ จงประกาศให้เขาทราบถึงการกระทำอันน่าสะอิดสะเอียนของเขา

³⁷For they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands; and with their idols have they committed adultery; and they have also caused their sons, whom they bore to me, to pass through the fire to them to be devoured.

³⁷เพราะว่าเธอได้กระทำการล่วงประเวณี และโลหิตอยู่ในมือของเธอ เธอกระทำการล่วงประเวณีกับรูปเคารพของเธอ และเธอยังถวายบุตรชายซึ่งเธอบังเกิดให้แก่เรานั้นให้ลุยไฟเพื่อเผาผลาญเขาเสีย

³⁸Moreover this they have done to me: they have defiled my sanctuary in the same day, and have profaned my Sabbaths.

³⁸ยิ่งกว่านั้นอีก เธอได้กระทำเช่นนี้แก่เรา คือเธอได้กระทำให้สถานบริสุทธิ์ของเราเป็นมลทินในวันเดียวกัน และลบหลู่วันสะบาโตของเรา

³⁹For when they had slain their children to their idols, then they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and behold, thus have they done in the midst of my house.

³⁹คือขณะเมื่อเธอฆ่าลูกของเธอเป็นเครื่องบูชารูปเคารพ ในวันนั้นเธอก็เข้ามาในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา และกระทำสถานที่นั้นให้เป็นมลทิน ดูเถิด เธอกระทำสิ่งเหล่านี้ในนิเวศของเรา

⁴⁰Furthermore you have sent for men who come from far, to whom a messenger was sent, and behold, they came; for whom you did wash yourself, paint your eyes, and decorate yourself with ornaments,

⁴⁰ยิ่งกว่านั้นอีก เธอยังได้ให้ไปหาผู้ชายมาจากเมืองไกล คือเธอใช้ผู้สื่อสารไปหา และดูเถิด เขาก็มา เธอก็ชำระตัวของเธอ เธอทาตาของเธอ และแต่งกายของเธอด้วยเครื่องประดับ เพื่อคนเหล่านั้น

⁴¹and sit on a stately bed, with a table prepared before it, whereupon you set my incense and my oil.

⁴¹เธอนั่งอยู่บนตั่งอันสูงศักดิ์ มีโต๊ะวางอยู่ข้างหน้า ซึ่งเป็นโต๊ะที่เจ้าได้วางเครื่องหอมและน้ำมันของเรา

⁴²The voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with men of the common sort were brought drunkards from the wilderness; and they put bracelets on their hands twain, and beautiful crowns on their heads.

⁴²เสียงของประชาชนที่ปล่อยตัวก็ดังอยู่กับเธอพร้อมกับคนสามัญ เขานำคนเสบามาจากถิ่นทุรกันดารด้วย และเขาเอากำไลมือสวมที่มือของผู้หญิง และสวมมงกุฎงามๆบนศีรษะของเธอทั้งสอง

⁴³Then I said of her who was old in adulteries, Now will they play the prostitute with her, and she with them.

⁴³เราจึงกล่าวเรื่องเธอ ผู้ที่ร่วงโรยโดยการล่วงประเวณีว่า เขายังเล่นชู้กับเธอหรือ และเธอยังเล่นชู้กับเขาหรือ

⁴⁴They went in to her, as they go in to a prostitute: so went they in to Oholah and to Oholibah, the lewd women.

⁴⁴เพราะชายเหล่านั้นยังเข้าหาเธอ อย่างเดียวกับผู้ชายเข้าหาหญิงที่เป็นโสเภณี ดังนั้นเขาก็เข้าหาโอโฮลาห์กับโอโฮลีบาห์ซึ่งเป็นหญิงมีราคะ

⁴⁵Righteous men, they shall judge them with the judgment of adulteresses, and with the judgment of women who shed blood; because they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.

⁴⁵แต่คนชอบธรรมจะพิพากษาเธอด้วยคำพิพากษาอันควรตกแก่หญิงผู้ล่วงประเวณี และด้วยคำพิพากษาอันควรตกแก่หญิงผู้กระทำให้โลหิตตก เพราะเธอเป็นหญิงล่วงประเวณี และเพราะโลหิตอยู่ในมือของเธอ

⁴⁶For thus says the Lord Yahweh: I will bring up a company against them, and will give them to be tossed back and forth and robbed.

⁴⁶เพราะองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้ว่า จงนำกองทัพมาสู้กับเธอทั้งสองนี้ และเราจะมอบเธอไว้แก่ความครั่นคร้ามและการถูกริบ

⁴⁷The company shall stone them with stones, and dispatch them with their swords; they shall kill their sons and their daughters, and burn up their houses with fire.

⁴⁷และกองทัพจะเอาหินขว้างเธอ และฆ่าเธอเสียด้วยดาบ เขาจะฆ่าบุตรชายหญิงของเธอ และเผาเรือนทั้งหลายของเธอเสียด้วยไฟ

⁴⁸Thus will I cause lewdness to cease out of the land, that all women may be taught not to do after your lewdness.

⁴⁸ดังนี้แหละ เราจะให้ราคะในแผ่นดินนั้นสูญสิ้นเสียที เพื่อผู้หญิงทั้งหลายจะได้รับความตักเตือนและไม่ประพฤติราคะอย่างที่เจ้าได้กระทำแล้วนั้น

⁴⁹They shall recompense your lewdness on you, and you shall bear the sins of your idols; and you shall know that I am the Lord Yahweh.

⁴⁹ส่วนราคะของเจ้านั้นเจ้าจะต้องรับโทษ และเจ้าจะต้องรับโทษเรื่องการบูชารูปเคารพอย่างบาปหนาของเจ้า และเจ้าจะทราบว่าเราคือองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้า"
