1But now thus says Yahweh who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel: “Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine.
1บัดนี้ พระเยโฮวาห์ผู้ได้สร้างท่าน โอ ยาโคบ พระองค์ผู้ได้ทรงปั้นท่าน โอ อิสราเอล ตรัสดังนี้ว่า "อย่ากลัวเลย เพราะเราได้ไถ่เจ้าแล้ว เราได้เรียกเจ้าตามชื่อ เจ้าเป็นของเรา
2When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.
2เมื่อเจ้าลุยข้ามน้ำ เราจะอยู่กับเจ้า เมื่อข้ามแม่น้ำ น้ำจะไม่ท่วมเจ้า เมื่อเจ้าลุยไฟ เจ้าจะไม่ไหม้และเปลวเพลิงจะไม่เผาผลาญเจ้า
3For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I have given Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.
3เพราะเราเป็นพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเจ้า องค์บริสุทธิ์แห่งอิสราเอล ผู้ช่วยให้รอดของเจ้า เราให้อียิปต์เป็นค่าไถ่ของเจ้า ให้เอธิโอเปียและเส-บาเพื่อแลกกับเจ้า
4Since you have been precious and honored in my sight, and I have loved you; therefore I will give people in your place, and nations instead of your life.
4เพราะว่าเจ้าประเสริฐในสายตาของเรา เจ้าได้รับเกียรติและเรารักเจ้า เราจึงให้คนเพื่อแลกกับเจ้า และให้ชนชาติทั้งหลายเพื่อแลกกับชีวิตของเจ้า
5Don’t be afraid; for I am with you. I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west.
5อย่ากลัวเลย เพราะเราอยู่กับเจ้า เราจะนำเชื้อสายของเจ้ามาจากตะวันออก และเราจะรวบรวมเจ้ามาจากตะวันตก
6I will tell the north, ‘Give them up!’ and tell the south, ‘Don’t hold them back! Bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth—
6เราจะพูดกับทิศเหนือว่า `ปล่อยเถิด' และกับทิศใต้ว่า `อย่ายึดไว้' จงนำบรรดาบุตรชายของเรามาแต่ไกล และเหล่าธิดาของเราจากปลายแผ่นดินโลก
7everyone who is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory, whom I have formed, yes, whom I have made.’”
7คือทุกคนที่เขาเรียกตามนามของเรา เพราะเราได้สร้างเขาเพื่อสง่าราศีของเรา เราได้ปั้นเขา เออ เราได้สร้างเขาไว้"
8Bring out the blind people who have eyes, and the deaf who have ears.
8จงนำประชาชาติทั้งหลายผู้ตาบอดแต่ยังมีตา ผู้ที่หูหนวกแต่เขายังมีหู ออกมา
9Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled. Who among them can declare this, and show us former things? Let them bring their witnesses, that they may be justified; or let them hear, and say, “That is true.”
9ให้บรรดาประชาชาติประชุมพร้อมกัน และให้ชนชาติทั้งหลายชุมนุมกัน ในท่ามกลางเขามีผู้ที่แจ้งอย่างนี้ได้ และเล่าสิ่งล่วงแล้วให้เราฟังได้ ให้เขาทั้งหลายนำพยานของเขามาพิสูจน์ตัวเขา และให้เขาได้ยินและกล่าวว่า "จริงแล้ว"
10“You are my witnesses,” says Yahweh, “With my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he. Before me there was no God formed, neither will there be after me.
10พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า "เจ้าทั้งหลายเป็นพยานของเรา และเป็นผู้รับใช้ของเราซึ่งเราได้เลือกไว้แล้ว เพื่อเจ้าจะรู้จักและเชื่อถือเรา และเข้าใจว่าเราเป็นผู้นั้นแหละ ก่อนหน้าเรา ไม่มีพระเจ้าใดถูกปั้นขึ้น และภายหลังเราก็จะไม่มี
11I myself am Yahweh; and besides me there is no savior.
11เรา เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ และนอกจากเราไม่มีพระผู้ช่วยให้รอด
12I have declared, I have saved, and I have shown; and there was no strange god among you. Therefore you are my witnesses,” says Yahweh, “and I am God.
12เมื่อไม่มีพระอื่นในหมู่พวกเจ้า เราแจ้งให้ทราบและช่วยให้รอดและพิสูจน์ให้เห็น ฉะนั้นเจ้าทั้งหลายเป็นพยานของเราว่าเราเป็นพระเจ้า" พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสดังนี้แหละ
13Yes, since the day was I am he; and there is no one who can deliver out of my hand. I will work, and who can hinder it?”
13"เออ ตั้งแต่เดิมเราก็เป็นพระองค์นั้นอยู่ ไม่มีผู้ใดช่วยให้พ้นจากมือของเราได้ เราจะประกอบกิจใดๆ ใครจะขัดขวางกิจการนั้นได้"
14Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “For your sake, I have sent to Babylon, and I will bring all of them down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, in the ships of their rejoicing.
14พระเยโฮวาห์ผู้ไถ่ของเจ้า องค์บริสุทธิ์ของอิสราเอลตรัสดังนี้ว่า "เพื่อเห็นแก่เจ้า เราจะส่งไปยังบาบิโลน และเราจะนำบรรดาขุนนางของเขาลงมา คือพวกเคลเดียในกำปั่นที่เขาทั้งหลายเคยโห่ร้อง
15I am Yahweh, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.”
15เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ องค์บริสุทธิ์ของเจ้า เป็นผู้สร้างของอิสราเอล เป็นกษัตริย์ของเจ้า"
16Thus says Yahweh, who makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
16พระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้ทรงสร้างทางในทะเล สร้างวิถีในน้ำที่มีอานุภาพ
17who brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the mighty man (they lie down together, they shall not rise; they are extinct, they are quenched like a wick):
17ผู้ทรงนำรถรบและม้า กองทัพ และอานุภาพออกมา เขาทั้งหลายนอนลงด้วยกันและลุกขึ้นไม่ได้ เขาทั้งหลายศูนย์ไปและดับเสียเหมือนไส้ตะเกียง ตรัสดังนี้ว่า
18“Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old.
18"อย่าจดจำสิ่งล่วงแล้วนั้น อย่าพิเคราะห์สิ่งเก่าก่อน
19Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
19ดูเถิด เราจะกระทำสิ่งใหม่ บัดนี้จะงอกขึ้นมาแล้ว เจ้าจะไม่เห็นหรือ เราจะทำทางในถิ่นทุรกันดารและแม่น้ำในที่แห้งแล้ง
20The animals of the field shall honor me, the jackals and the ostriches; because I give water in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen,
20สัตว์ป่าในทุ่งจะให้เกียรติเรา คือมังกรและนกเค้าแมว เพราะเราให้น้ำในถิ่นทุรกันดาร ให้แม่น้ำในที่แห้งแล้ง เพื่อให้น้ำดื่มแก่ชนชาติผู้เลือกสรรของเรา
21the people which I formed for myself, that they might set forth my praise.
21คือชนชาติที่เราปั้นเพื่อเราเอง เพื่อเขาจะถวายสรรเสริญเรา
22Yet you have not called on me, Jacob; but you have been weary of me, Israel.
22โอ ยาโคบเอ๋ย ถึงกระนั้นก็ไม่ใช่เราที่เจ้าเรียกหา โอ อิสราเอลเอ๋ย เจ้าเหน็ดเหนื่อยเราแล้ว
23You have not brought me of your sheep for burnt offerings; neither have you honored me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you with offerings, nor wearied you with frankincense.
23เจ้ามิได้นำแพะแกะของเจ้ามาเป็นเครื่องเผาบูชาแก่เรา หรือให้เกรียรติเราด้วยเครื่องสักการบูชาของเจ้า เรามิได้ให้เป็นภาระแก่เจ้าด้วยเรื่องเครื่องบูชา หรือให้เจ้าเหน็ดเหนื่อยด้วยเรื่องกำยาน
24You have bought me no sweet cane with money, nor have you filled me with the fat of your sacrifices; but you have burdened me with your sins. You have wearied me with your iniquities.
24เจ้ามิได้เอาเงินซื้ออ้อยให้เรา หรือให้เราพอใจด้วยไขมันของเครื่องสักการบูชาของเจ้า แต่เจ้าได้ให้เราเป็นภาระด้วยเรื่องบาปของเจ้า เจ้าให้เราเหน็ดเหนื่อยด้วยเรื่องความชั่วช้าของเจ้า
25I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.
25เรา เราคือพระองค์นั้นผู้ลบล้างความละเมิดของเจ้าด้วยเห็นแก่เราเอง และเราจะไม่จดจำบรรดาบาปของเจ้าไว้
26Put me in remembrance. Let us plead together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified.
26จงฟื้นความให้เราฟัง ให้เรามาโต้ด้วยกัน เจ้าจงให้การมา เพื่อจะพิสูจน์ว่าเจ้าถูก
27Your first father sinned, and your teachers have transgressed against me.
27บิดาเดิมของเจ้าทำบาป และผู้สอนทั้งหลายของเจ้าได้ละเมิดต่อเรา
28Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary; and I will make Jacob a curse, and Israel an insult.”
28ฉะนั้น เราจึงถอดเจ้านายแห่งสถานบริสุทธิ์เสีย เรามอบยาโคบให้ถูกสาปแช่ง และอิสราเอลให้แก่การกล่าวหยาบช้า"
