¹Thus says Yahweh to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held, to subdue nations before him, and strip kings of their armor; to open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be shut:

¹พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสกับผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงเจิมไว้คือไซรัส ผู้ซึ่งเราได้จับมือขวาไว้ เพื่อปราบหลายประชาชาติให้อยู่ข้างหน้าท่าน และให้ปลดรัดประคดจากบั้นเอวของบรรดากษัตริย์ ให้เปิดประตูทั้งสองที่อยู่ข้างหน้าท่านและมิให้ประตูเมืองปิด ดังนี้ว่า

²“I will go before you, and make the rough places smooth. I will break the doors of brass in pieces, and cut apart the bars of iron.

²"เราจะไปข้างหน้าเจ้า และปราบที่คดให้เป็นที่ตรง เราจะพังประตูทองสัมฤทธิ์ให้เป็นชิ้นๆ และตัดลูกกรงเหล็กให้ขาด

³I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, Yahweh, who call you by your name, even the God of Israel.

³เราจะให้ทรัพย์สมบัติแห่งความมืดแก่เจ้า และขุมทรัพย์ในที่ลี้ลับ เพื่อเจ้าจะได้รู้ว่า คือเรา พระเยโฮวาห์ พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอล ซึ่งเรียกเจ้าตามชื่อของเจ้า

⁴For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel my chosen, I have called you by your name. I have surnamed you, though you have not known me.

⁴เพื่อเห็นแก่ยาโคบผู้รับใช้ของเรา และอิสราเอลผู้เลือกสรรของเรา เราจึงเรียกเจ้าตามชื่อของเจ้า เราให้นามสกุลเจ้า ทั้งๆที่เจ้าไม่รู้จักเรา

⁵I am Yahweh, and there is none else. Besides me, there is no God. I will strengthen or, equip you, though you have not known me;

⁵เราเป็นพระเยโฮวาห์ และไม่มีอื่นใดอีก นอกจากเราไม่มีพระเจ้า เราคาดเอวเจ้า แม้เจ้าไม่รู้จักเรา

⁶that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none besides me. I am Yahweh, and there is no one else.

⁶เพื่อคนจะได้รู้ตั้งแต่ที่ตะวันขึ้น และจากที่ตะวันตก ว่าไม่มีใครนอกจากเรา เราเป็นพระเยโฮวาห์ และไม่มีอื่นใดอีก

⁷I form the light, and create darkness. I make peace, and create calamity. I am Yahweh, who does all these things.

⁷เราปั้นความสว่างและสร้างความมืด เราทำสันติภาพและสร้างวิบัติ เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้กระทำสิ่งเหล่านี้ทั้งสิ้น

⁸Distil, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness. Let the earth open, that it may bring forth salvation, and let it cause righteousness to spring up with it. I, Yahweh, have created it.

⁸โอ ฟ้าสวรรค์เอ๋ย จงโปรยฝนมาจากเบื้องบน และให้ท้องฟ้าหลั่งความชอบธรรมลงมา ให้แผ่นดินโลกเปิดออก เพื่อความรอดจะได้งอกขึ้นมา และยังความชอบธรรมให้พลุ่งขึ้นมาด้วย เรา คือพระเยโฮวาห์ได้สร้างมัน"

⁹Woe to him who strives with his Maker— a clay pot among the clay pots of the earth! Shall the clay ask him who fashions it, ‘What are you making?’ or your work, ‘He has no hands?’

⁹วิบัติแก่ผู้ที่ขืนสู้กับผู้สร้างของเขา จงให้หม้อดินสู้กับบรรดาช่างปั้นหม้อแห่งแผ่นดินโลก ดินเหนียวจะพูดกับผู้ที่ปั้นมันหรือว่า "ท่านกำลังทำอะไร" หรือผลงานของท่านจะว่า "ท่านไร้มือ"

¹⁰Woe to him who says to a father, ‘What have you become the father of?’ or to a mother, ‘To what have you given birth?’”

¹⁰วิบัติแก่ผู้ที่พูดกับบิดาว่า "ท่านให้เกิดอะไร" หรือกับผู้หญิงว่า "เธอคลอดอะไร"

¹¹Thus says Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: “You ask me about the things that are to come, concerning my sons, and you command me concerning the work of my hands!

¹¹พระเยโฮวาห์ องค์บริสุทธิ์แห่งอิสราเอล ผู้สร้างของเขาตรัสดังนี้ว่า "เจ้าถามเราถึงสิ่งที่จะเกิดมีมาถึงลูกหลานของเรา และถึงการงานแห่งมือของเรา เจ้าสั่งเราเชียว

¹²I have made the earth, and created man on it. I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens; and I have commanded all their army.

¹²เราสร้างแผ่นดินโลก และเนรมิตมนุษย์บนนั้น เราเอง มือของเราขึงฟ้าสวรรค์ และเราบัญชาบริวารทั้งสิ้นของมัน

¹³I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will make straight all his ways. He shall build my city, and he shall let my exiles go free, not for price nor reward,” says Yahweh of Armies.

¹³ด้วยความชอบธรรมเราได้เร้าท่าน และเราจะกระทำทางทั้งสิ้นของท่านให้ตรง ท่านจะสร้างนครของเรา และให้พวกเชลยของเราเป็นอิสระ ไม่ใช่เพื่อสินจ้างหรือเพื่อสินบน" พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาตรัสดังนี้แหละ

¹⁴Thus says Yahweh: “The labor of Egypt, and the merchandise of Ethiopia, and the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over to you, and they shall be yours. They will go after you. They shall come over in chains; and they will bow down to you. They will make supplication to you: ‘Surely God is in you; and there is none else. There is no other god.

¹⁴พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสดังนี้ว่า "ผลแรงงานของอียิปต์และสินค้ากำไรของเอธิโอเปีย และคนเสบา คนร่างสูงจะมาหาเจ้าและจะเป็นของเจ้า เขาจะติดตามเจ้า เขาจะติดตรวนมาหาและกราบไหว้เจ้า เขาจะวิงวอนเจ้าว่า `พระเจ้าอยู่กับท่านแน่ และไม่มีอื่นใดอีก ไม่มีพระเจ้าอื่น'"

¹⁵Most certainly you are a God who hidden yourself, God of Israel, the Savior.’”

¹⁵แท้จริงพระองค์ทรงเป็นพระเจ้าผู้ทรงซ่อนพระองค์ ข้าแต่พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอล พระผู้ช่วยให้รอด

¹⁶They will be disappointed, yes, confounded, all of them. Those who are makers of idols will go into confusion together.

¹⁶เขาทุกคนต้องอับอายและขายหน้า ผู้สร้างรูปเคารพก็อดสูไปด้วยกัน

¹⁷Israel will be saved by Yahweh with an everlasting salvation. You will not be disappointed nor confounded to ages everlasting.

¹⁷แต่อิสราเอลนั้นพระเยโฮวาห์ทรงช่วยให้รอด ด้วยความรอดเนืองนิตย์ เจ้าจะไม่ต้องอับอายหรือขายหน้าตลอดไปเป็นนิตย์

¹⁸For thus says Yahweh who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited: “I am Yahweh; and there is no other.

¹⁸เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้ทรงสร้างฟ้าสวรรค์ พระเจ้าเองทรงปั้นแผ่นดินโลกและทำมันไว้ พระองค์ทรงสถาปนามันไว้ พระองค์มิได้ทรงสร้างมันไว้ให้ยุ่งเหยิง พระองค์ทรงปั้นมันไว้ให้มีคนอาศัย ตรัสดังนี้ว่า "เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ และไม่มีอื่นใดอีก

¹⁹I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. I didn’t say to the seed of Jacob, ‘Seek me in vain.’ I, Yahweh, speak righteousness. I declare things that are right.

¹⁹เรามิได้พูดในที่ลี้ลับ ในที่มืดแห่งแผ่นดินโลก เรามิได้กล่าวแก่เชื้อสายของยาโคบว่า `จงแสวงเราในที่ยุ่งเหยิง' เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์พูดความชอบธรรม เราแจ้งสิ่งที่ถูกต้องให้ทราบ

²⁰“Assemble yourselves and come. Draw near together, you who have escaped from the nations. Those have no knowledge who carry the wood of their engraved image, and pray to a god that can’t save.

²⁰จงชุมนุม และมา มาให้ใกล้กันเข้า คือเจ้าทั้งหลายผู้รอดพ้นแห่งบรรดาประชาชาติ เขาทั้งหลายไม่มีความรู้ คือผู้ที่ยกรูปเคารพสลักไม้ของเขาไป และอธิษฐานต่อพระซึ่งช่วยเขาให้รอดไม่ได้

²¹Declare and present it. Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has shown this from ancient time? Who has declared it of old? Haven’t I, Yahweh? There is no other God besides me, a just God and a Savior; There is no one besides me.

²¹จงแจ้งเรื่องและนำเข้ามาใกล้ เออ ให้เขาทั้งหลายปรึกษาหารือกัน ใครเล่าสิ่งนี้ให้ฟังนมนานแล้ว ใครแจ้งให้ทราบมาตั้งแต่เก่าก่อน ไม่ใช่เราหรือ คือพระเยโฮวาห์ นอกจากเราไม่มีพระเจ้าอื่นเลย พระเจ้าผู้ชอบธรรมและพระผู้ช่วยให้รอด ไม่มีอื่นใดนอกเหนือเรา

²²“Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.

²²มวลมนุษย์ทั่วแผ่นดินโลกเอ๋ย จงหันมาหาเราและรับการช่วยให้รอด เพราะเราเป็นพระเจ้า และไม่มีอื่นใดอีก

²³เราได้ปฏิญาณโดยตัวเราเอง ถ้อยคำได้ออกไปจากปากของเราด้วยความชอบธรรมซึ่งจะไม่กลับว่า `หัวเข่าทุกหัวเข่าจะต้องคุกกราบลงต่อเรา และลิ้นทุกลิ้นจะต้องปฏิญาณต่อเรา'

²⁴They will say of me, ‘There is righteousness and strength only in Yahweh.’” Even to him shall men come; and all those who were incensed against him shall be disappointed.

²⁴แน่นอนผู้หนึ่งจะพูดว่า `ในพระเยโฮวาห์ข้ามีความชอบธรรมและอานุภาพ' มนุษย์ทั้งหลายจะมาหาพระองค์ บรรดาผู้ที่แค้นเคืองต่อพระองค์จะอับอายขายหน้า

²⁵เชื้อสายทั้งสิ้นของอิสราเอลจะชอบธรรมและสดุดีภูมิใจในพระเยโฮวาห์"
