¹大衛的詩，交給詩班長。我曾切切等候耶和華；他轉向我，聽了我的呼求。

¹I waited patiently for Yahweh. He turned to me, and heard my cry.

²他把我從荒蕪的坑裡，從泥沼中拉上來；他使我的腳站在磐石上，又使我的腳步穩定。

²He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.

³他使我口唱新歌，讚美我們的　神；許多人看見了，就必懼怕，並且要倚靠耶和華。

³He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in Yahweh.

⁴那倚靠耶和華，不轉向高傲和偏向虛謊的人的，這人是有福的。

⁴Blessed is the man who makes Yahweh his trust, and doesn’t respect the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

⁵耶和華我的　神啊！你所行的奇事，並你向我們所懷的意念很多，沒有人可以和你相比；如果我要述說陳明，也多到不能勝數。

⁵Many, Yahweh, my God, are the wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are toward us. They can’t be declared back to you. If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

⁶祭品和禮物不是你喜悅的。你開通了我的耳朵；燔祭和贖罪祭，不是你要求的。

⁶Sacrifice and offering you didn’t desire. You have opened my ears. You have not required burnt offering and sin offering.

⁷那時我說：“看哪！我來了，經卷上已經記載我的事；

⁷Then I said, “Behold, I have come. It is written about me in the book in the scroll.

⁸我的　神啊！我樂意遵行你的旨意；你的律法常在我的心裡。”

⁸I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”

⁹我要在大會中傳揚公義的福音；我必不禁止我的嘴唇；耶和華啊！這是你知道的。

⁹I have proclaimed glad news of righteousness in the great assembly. Behold, I will not seal my lips, Yahweh, you know.

¹⁰我沒有把你的公義隱藏在心裡；我已經述說了你的信實和救恩；在大會中，我沒有隱瞞你的慈愛和誠實。

¹⁰I have not hidden your righteousness within my heart. I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your loving kindness and your truth from the great assembly.

¹¹耶和華啊！求你的憐憫不要向我止息；願你的慈愛和誠實常常保護我。

¹¹Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, Yahweh. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me.

¹²因有無數的禍患圍繞著我；我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能看見；它們比我的頭髮還多，以致我心驚膽戰。

¹²For innumerable evils have surrounded me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up. They are more than the hairs of my head. My heart has failed me.

¹³耶和華啊！求你開恩搭救我；耶和華啊！求你快來幫助我。

¹³Be pleased, Yahweh, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, Yahweh.

¹⁴願那些尋找我，要毀滅我命的，一同抱愧蒙羞；願那些喜悅我遭害的，退後受辱。

¹⁴Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt.

¹⁵願那些對我說：“啊哈！啊哈！”的，都因羞愧而驚惶。

¹⁶願所有尋求你的，都因你歡喜快樂；願那些喜愛你救恩的，常說：“要尊耶和華為大。”

¹⁶Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let such as love your salvation say continually, “Let Yahweh be exalted!”

¹⁷至於我，我是困苦貧窮的；主仍顧念我。你是我的幫助，我的拯救；我的　神啊！求你不要耽延。

¹⁷But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Don’t delay, my God.
