¹大卫的诗，交给诗班长。　神啊！我哀诉的时候，求你垂听我的声音；求你保护我的性命，脱离仇敌的恐吓。

¹Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

²求你把我隐藏，使我脱离恶人的阴谋，脱离作孽的人的扰乱。

²Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:

³他们磨快自己的舌头，如同刀剑；他们吐出恶毒的言语，好像利箭，

³Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:

⁴要在暗地里射杀完全的人；他们忽然射杀他，毫不惧怕。

⁴That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

⁵他们彼此鼓励，设下恶计，商议暗设网罗，说：“谁能看见它们呢？”

⁵They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?

⁶他们图谋奸恶，说：“我们设计了最精密的阴谋！”人的意念和心思实在深不可测。

⁶They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.

⁷但　神要用箭射他们，他们必忽然受伤。

⁷But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.

⁸他们各人反被自己的舌头所害，必然跌倒；所有看见他们的，都必摇头。

⁸So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.

⁹众人都要惧怕，要传扬　神的作为，并且要思想他所作的事。

⁹And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.

¹⁰愿义人因耶和华欢喜，并且投靠他；愿所有心里正直的人，都因他夸耀。

¹⁰The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
