1称颂 神的信实公义你们要赞美耶和华。我的心哪！要赞美耶和华。
1Praise ye Jah! Praise, O my soul, Jehovah.
2我还活着的时候，我要赞美耶和华；我还在世上的时候，我要歌颂我的 神。
2I praise Jehovah during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist.
3你们不要倚靠权贵，不要倚靠世人，他们一点都不能救助你们。
3Trust not in princes — in a son of man, For he hath no deliverance.
4他们的气一断，就归回尘土；他们所计划的，当天就幻灭了。
4His spirit goeth forth, he returneth to his earth, In that day have his thoughts perished.
5以雅各的 神为自己的帮助，仰望耶和华他的 神的，这人就是有福的。
5O the happiness of him Who hath the God of Jacob for his help, His hope [is] on Jehovah his God,
6耶和华造天、地、海，和其中的万物；他持守信实，直到永远。
6Making the heavens and earth, The sea and all that [is] in them, Who is keeping truth to the age,
7他为受欺压的人伸冤，赐食物给饥饿的人，耶和华使被囚的得自由。
7Doing judgment for the oppressed, Giving bread to the hungry.
8耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛，耶和华扶起被压迫的人，耶和华喜爱义人。
8Jehovah is loosing the prisoners, Jehovah is opening (the eyes of) the blind, Jehovah is raising the bowed down, Jehovah is loving the righteous,
9耶和华保护寄居的，扶持孤儿寡妇，却使恶人的行动挫败。
9Jehovah is preserving the strangers, The fatherless and widow He causeth to stand, And the way of the wicked He turneth upside down.
10愿耶和华作王，直到永远！锡安哪！愿你的 神作王，直到万代。你们要赞美耶和华。
10Jehovah doth reign to the age, Thy God, O Zion, to generation and generation, Praise ye Jah!
