¹At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

¹述說　神的威榮和作為“我的心因此戰兢，跳離原處。

²Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

²你們當細聽他轟轟的聲音，他口中發出隆隆的雷聲。

³He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

³他發雷聲響遍天下，也發電光閃到地極。

⁴After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

⁴接著雷聲霹靂，　神以自己威嚴之聲打雷，人聽到雷聲的時候，　神並沒有留住風霜雨雲。

⁵God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

⁵　神以奇妙的方法打雷，他行大事，我們不能了解。

⁶For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

⁶他對雪說：‘降在地上’，對大雨暴雨也是這樣。

⁷He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.

⁷他封住各人的手，叫萬人知道他的作為。

⁸Then the beasts go into dens, and remain in their places.

⁸野獸進入洞中，留在穴裡。

⁹Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.

⁹風暴來自南宮，寒冷出於北方。

¹⁰By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

¹⁰　神所呼的氣息結成冰，廣闊無邊的水也凝結；

¹¹Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:

¹¹他使密雲滿載水氣，雲彩布散他的電光。

¹²And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

¹²電光照著　神的指引來往旋轉，在地球上行他一切所吩咐的。

¹³He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.

¹³他使電光來臨，是為施行責罰，或為滋潤大地，或為賜予慈愛。

¹⁴Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

¹⁴約伯啊！你當留心聽這話，要站立思想　神奇妙的事。

¹⁵Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?

¹⁵　神怎樣吩咐這些，又怎樣使雲中的電光照耀，你知道嗎？

¹⁶Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?

¹⁶密雲怎樣浮於空中，那知識全備者奇妙的作為，你知道嗎？

¹⁷How thy garments are warm, when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?

¹⁷地因南風而寂靜的時候，你的衣服怎樣熱起來，你知道嗎？

¹⁸Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

¹⁸你能與　神同鋪雲天嗎？這雲天堅硬如鑄成的鏡子。

¹⁹Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.

¹⁹我們因愚昧無知的緣故，不能陳明我們的案件，請你告訴我們應該對他說甚麼話。

²⁰Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

²⁰人怎能對他說：‘我要說話’？哪有人自願滅亡呢？

²¹And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.

²¹人不能看見雲後的強光，唯有經風一吹，天才晴朗。

²²Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.

²²金光來自北方，在　神的周圍有可怕的威嚴。

²³Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.

²³論到全能者，我們無法把他查出；他大有能力與公平，又滿有公義，他必不苦待人。

²⁴Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.

²⁴因此人人都應該敬畏他；心中自以為有智慧的，他都不看顧。”
