¹Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

²Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

²我的心哪！你要稱頌耶和華；不可忘記他的一切恩惠。

³Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

³他赦免你的一切罪孽，醫治你的一切疾病；

⁴Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

⁴他救贖你的性命脫離死亡，以慈愛和憐憫作你的冠冕；

⁵Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

⁵他以福樂使你的心願滿足，以致你好像鷹一般恢復青春的活力。

⁶The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

⁶耶和華施行公義，為所有受欺壓的人主持公道。

⁷He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

⁷他向摩西指示自己的道路，向以色列人顯明自己的作為。

⁸The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

⁸耶和華有憐憫，有恩典，不輕易發怒，並且有豐盛的慈愛。

⁹He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

⁹他不長久責備，也不永遠懷怒。

¹⁰He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

¹⁰他沒有按著我們的罪過待我們，也沒有照著我們的罪孽報應我們。

¹¹For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

¹¹天離地有多高，他的慈愛向敬畏他的人也有多大。

¹²As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

¹²東離西有多遠，他使我們的過犯離我們也有多遠。

¹³Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

¹³父親怎樣憐恤兒子，耶和華也照樣憐恤敬畏他的人；

¹⁴For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

¹⁴因為他知道我們的本體，記得我們不過是塵土。

¹⁵As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

¹⁵至於世人，他的年日好像草一般；他又像野地繁茂的花。

¹⁶For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

¹⁶經風一吹，就歸無有；他原來的地方再不認識他。

¹⁷But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

¹⁷但從亙古到永遠，耶和華的慈愛臨到敬畏他的人；他的公義也歸於他們的子子孫孫，

¹⁸To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

¹⁸就是那些謹守他的約，記住他的訓詞，並且遵行的人。

¹⁹The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

¹⁹耶和華在天上立定寶座，他的王權統管萬有。

²⁰Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

²⁰你們作他天使的，就是那些大有能力，行他所吩咐，以及聽從他命令的，都要稱頌耶和華。

²¹Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

²¹你們作他的眾軍，作他的僕役，遵行他旨意的，都要稱頌耶和華。

²²Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

²²你們一切被他所造的，在他統治的各處，都要稱頌耶和華。我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華。
