¹Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him.

¹មានអ្នកទារពន្ធ និង មនុស្សបាបទាំងអស់ នាំគ្នាចូលមកជិតព្រះយេស៊ូ ស្ដាប់ព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។

²And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.

²ពួកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី និង ពួកអាចារ្យ រអ៊ូរទំាថា៖«មើល៍! អ្នកនេះរាក់ទាក់នឹងមនុស្សបាបព្រមទាំងបរិភោគជាមួយគេផង!»។

³And he spake this parable unto them, saying,

³ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេ ជាប្រស្នានេះថា៖

⁴What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?

⁴«ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នករាល់គ្នា ឧបមាថាមានម្នាក់មានចៀមមួយរយក្បាល បើគាត់បាត់ចៀមមួយ គាត់មុខជាទុកចៀមកៅសិបប្រាំបួនចោលនៅទីវាល ហើយទៅតាមរកចៀម ដែលបាត់នោះ រហូតទាល់តែបានឃើញវិញ។

⁵And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

⁵កាលរកឃើញហើយ គាត់ត្រេកអរណាស់គាត់ក៏លើកចៀមដាក់លើ ក

⁶And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

⁶ត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះវិញ ហៅមិត្ដភក្ដិ និង អ្នកជិតខាង ប្រាប់ថា "សូមជួយអរសប្បាយជាមួយខ្ញុំផងដ្បិតចៀមរបស់ខ្ញុំដែលបាត់ទៅនោះ ឥឡូវនេះ ខ្ញុំរកឃើញវិញហើយ"។

⁷I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

⁷ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៅស្ថាន បរមសុខមានអំណរសប្បាយ ដោយមានមនុស្សបាបតែម្នាក់កែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត ខ្លាំងជាងព្រះអង្គសប្បាយនឹងមនុស្សសុចរិតកៅសិបប្រាំបួននាក់ ដែលមិនត្រូវការកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត»។

⁸Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?

⁸«ម៉្យាងទៀត ឧបមាថា ស្ដ្រីម្នាក់មានប្រាក់ដប់ដួង ហើយបាត់មួយដួង គាត់មុខជាអុជចង្កៀងបោសផ្ទះរកប្រាក់នោះ គ្រប់កៀនកោះរហូតទាល់តែបានឃើញវិញ។

⁹And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.

⁹លុះរកឃើញហើយ គាត់ក៏ហៅមិត្ដភក្ដិ និង អ្នកជិតខាង ប្រាប់ថា "សូមជួយអរសប្បាយជាមួយខ្ញុំផង ដ្បិតប្រាក់ដួង ដែលខ្ញុំបាត់នោះ ឥឡូវនេះ ខ្ញុំរកឃើញវិញហើយ"។

¹⁰Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

¹⁰ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា ទេវតា របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងមានអំណរសប្បាយជាខ្លាំង ដោយមានមនុស្សបាបតែម្នាក់កែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិត»។

¹¹And he said, A certain man had two sons:

¹¹ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៀតថា៖«មានបុរសមួយរូបមានកូនប្រុសពីរនាក់។

¹²And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.

¹²កូនពៅនិយាយទៅឪពុកថា"លោកឪពុក! សូមចែកកេរមត៌កអោយកូនមក"។ ឪពុកក៏ចែកមត៌កអោយកូន។

¹³And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.

¹³ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃក្រោយមក កូនពៅ ប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិ រួចចាកចេញទៅស្រុកឆ្ងាយ។ នៅស្រុកនោះ កូនពៅបានខ្ជះខ្ជាយបង្ហិនទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិរបស់ខ្លួនអស់ទៅ។

¹⁴And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.

¹⁴ពេលចាយវាយទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិអស់ហើយ ជួនជាកើតទុរ្ភិក្សយ៉ាងខ្លាំងនៅក្នុងស្រុក កូនពៅនោះចាប់ផ្ដើមខ្វះខាត។

¹⁵And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

¹⁵គាត់ក៏ទៅស៊ីឈ្នួលអ្នកស្រុកម្នាក់ គេប្រើគាត់អោយមើលជ្រូកតាមស្រែចំការ។

¹⁶And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.

¹⁶គាត់ចង់ចំអែតក្រពះនឹងចំណីដែលគេដាក់អោយជ្រូកស៊ីនោះណាស់ តែគ្មានអ្នកណាអោយបរិភោគឡើយ។

¹⁷And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

¹⁷ពេលនោះ កូនពៅភ្ញាក់ខ្លួន ហើយរិះគិតក្នុងចិត្ដថា "អ្នកបំរើរបស់ឪពុកអញសុទ្ធតែមានម្ហូបអាហារបរិភោគហូរហៀរទាំងអស់គ្នា រីឯនៅទីនេះវិញអញសឹងតែដាច់ពោះស្លាប់។

¹⁸I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,

¹⁸អញត្រូវតែវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកឪពុកអញវិញ ហើយជំរាបគាត់ថា លោកឪពុក កូនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាបខុសនឹងព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ កូនក៏បានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាបខុសនឹងលោកឪពុកដែរ។

¹⁹And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.

¹⁹មិនគួរអោយលោកឪពុករាប់ខ្ញុំនេះជាកូនទៀតទេ សូមលោកឪពុកចាត់ទុកកូនជាអ្នកបំរើចុះ"។

²⁰And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.

²⁰លុះគិតដូច្នោះ ហើយកូនពៅក៏វិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកឪពុកវិញ។ កាលឪពុកឃើញកូនពីចម្ងាយ គាត់មានចិត្ដអាណិតអាសូរក្រៃលែងក៏រត់ទៅទទួលកូន ហើយឱបថើបទៀតផង។

²¹And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.

²¹កូនពៅជំរាបឪពុកថាៈ"លោកឪពុក កូនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាបខុស នឹងព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់កូនក៏បានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាបខុសនឹងលោកឪពុកដែរ មិនគួរអោយលោកឪពុក រាប់ខ្ញុំនេះ ជាកូនទៀតទេ"។

²²But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:

²²ឪពុកប្រាប់ពួកអ្នកបំរើថា "ចូរទៅយកសម្លៀកបំពាក់ល្អៗបំផុត មកពាក់អោយកូន ខ្ញុំជាប្រញាប់ហើយយកចិញ្ចៀន និង ស្បែកជើងមកពាក់អោយផង។

²³And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:

²³ចូរយកកូនគោដែលយើងបានបំប៉នទុកមក កាប់ជប់លៀងអោយសប្បាយចុះ

²⁴For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

²⁴ដ្បិតកូនខ្ញុំនេះបានស្លាប់ទៅហើយ តែឥឡូវរស់ឡើងវិញ វាវង្វេងបាត់ តែឥឡូវនេះ ខ្ញុំរកឃើញវិញហើយ"។ គេនាំគ្នាជប់លៀងយ៉ាងសប្បាយ។

²⁵Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.

²⁵ពេលនោះ កូនច្បងនៅឯចំការ។ កាលគាត់ត្រឡប់មកជិតដល់ផ្ទះវិញ ឮស្នូរតូរ្យតន្ដ្រី និង ចំរៀងរបាំ

²⁶And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.

²⁶គាត់ហៅអ្នកបំរើម្នាក់មកសួរថា មានការអ្វីកើតឡើង។

²⁷And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.

²⁷អ្នកបំរើឆ្លើយថា "ប្អូនលោកត្រឡប់មកវិញហើយ។ ឪពុករបស់លោកអោយគេកាប់កូនគោដែលយើងបំប៉ននោះ ព្រោះកូនពៅរបស់លោកបានត្រឡប់មកវិញ ដោយសុខសាន្ដ"។

²⁸And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.

²⁸កូនច្បងខឹងណាស់ មិនព្រមចូលផ្ទះទេ ឪពុក ចេញមកអង្វរអោយចូល។

²⁹And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:

²⁹កូនច្បងនិយាយទៅឪពុកថា "ខ្ញុំបាននៅបំរើលោកជាច្រើនឆ្នំាមកហើយ ខ្ញុំមិនដែល ធ្វើខុសនឹងបទបញ្ជារបស់លោកត្រង់ណាឡើយ តែលោកមិនដែលអោយកូនពពែ ដើម្បីអោយខ្ញុំកាប់ជប់លៀងជាមួយមិត្ដភក្ដិទាល់តែសោះ សូម្បីតែមួយក៏មិនដែលផង។

³⁰But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.

³⁰ពេលកូនលោកត្រឡប់មកវិញ លោកបានកាប់កូនគោបំប៉នទទួលវាមើល៍ វានេះ បានបំផ្លាញទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិលោកទាំងអស់ ជាមួយស្រីញី"។

³¹And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.

³¹ឪពុកនិយាយទៅកូនថា"កូនអើយ ឯងនៅជាមួយឪពុកជានិច្ចរហូតណាកូនអ្វីៗទាំងអស់ដែលជារបស់ឪពុក ក៏ជារបស់កូនដែរ។

³²It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

³²យើងត្រូវតែសប្បាយរីករាយ ដ្បិតប្អូនរបស់ឯងដែលបានស្លាប់ទៅនោះ ឥឡូវនេះ រស់ឡើងវិញហើយ។ វាបានវង្វេងបាត់ តែឥឡូវនេះ យើងរកឃើញវិញហើយ"»។
