¹And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

¹In GOSPOD je govoril Mojzesu, rekoč:

²Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

²Govori sinovom Izraelovim in jim reci: Če kdo stori obljubo, po cenitvi tvoji naj bodo osebe GOSPODOVE.

³And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³Bode pa cenitev tvoja za moškega od dvajsetega leta do šestdesetega leta: petdeset seklov srebra, po seklu svetišča;

⁴And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴ako je pa ženska, bodi cenitev tvoja trideset seklov;

⁵And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

⁵in če je od petih let do dvajsetih let, bodi cenitev tvoja za moškega dvajset seklov in za žensko deset seklov;

⁶And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶in če je v starosti od enega meseca do petih let, bodi cenitev tvoja za moškega pet seklov srebra in za žensko tri sekle srebra;

⁷And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

⁷in če je šestdeset let in čez, moškega spola, bodi cenitev tvoja petnajst seklov, za žensko pa deset seklov.

⁸But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸Ako pa je ubožen za cenitev tvojo, naj ga postavijo pred duhovnika, da ga duhovnik oceni: po razmerju s tem, kar si obljubnik prisluži, naj ga duhovnik oceni.

⁹And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

⁹Ako pa je živina, od katere se prinaša v darilo GOSPODU, karkoli takega hoče kdo dati GOSPODU, naj bode sveto.

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

¹⁰Nikar naj tega ne premeni ali ne zameni, dobro za slabo ali slabo za dobro; če pa se kako zameni živina za drugo, bodi ona in njena zamena sveta.

¹¹And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

¹¹Ako pa je katerakoli nečistih živali, od katerih se ne prinaša v darilo GOSPODU, naj se postavi tista žival pred duhovnika,

¹²And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

¹²in duhovnik naj jo oceni, je li dobra ali slaba; po tvoji cenitvi, duhovnik, naj velja.

¹³But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

¹³Ako pa jo kdo hoče odkupiti, naj pridene peti del nad cenitev tvojo.

¹⁴And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴In če kdo posveti hišo svojo, da bodi sveta GOSPODU, naj jo oceni duhovnik, ali je dobra ali slaba; kakor jo oceni duhovnik, tako bodi določeno.

¹⁵And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵In ako hoče hišo odkupiti tisti, ki jo je posvetil, naj pridene peti del denarja cenitve tvoje povrh, in hiša bodi njegova.

¹⁶And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶In če kdo posveti kaj polja posesti svoje GOSPODU, bodi cenitev tvoja po tem, kolikor je ondi posevka: setev homera ječmena po petdeset seklov srebra.

¹⁷If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

¹⁷Ako v začetku milostnega leta posveti njivo svojo, bodi določeno po cenitvi tvoji;

¹⁸But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

¹⁸ako pa jo po milostnem letu posveti, naj mu duhovnik računi denar po številu let, kar jih je še do milostnega leta, in naj se odšteje od cenitve tvoje.

¹⁹And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

¹⁹Ako pa hoče njivo tisti, ki jo je posvetil, odkupiti, naj pridene peti del denarja cenitve tvoje povrh, in njiva naj mu ostane;

²⁰And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

²⁰ako pa ne odkupi njive ali če jo proda drugemu možu, se ne more več odkupiti,

²¹But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

²¹in njiva ta, ko bo v milostnem letu oproščena, bodi sveta GOSPODU, kakor njiva posvečena: duhovniku naj pripade v posest.

²²And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

²²Ako pa posveti GOSPODU njivo, ki jo je kupil, ki ni od dednega polja njegovega,

²³Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubilee: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

²³naj mu duhovnik računi znesek cenitve tvoje do milostnega leta, in on naj da, kolikor cene ti določiš, tisti dan kot sveto GOSPODU.

²⁴In the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

²⁴V milostnem letu naj se povrne njiva spet tistemu, od kogar je bila kupljena, ki mu tudi gre kot posest.

²⁵And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

²⁵In vsaka cenitev tvoja bodi po seklu svetišča: dvajset ger imej sekel.

²⁶Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.

²⁶Samo prvenca živine, ki se kot prvina daje GOSPODU, naj nihče ne posvečuje: bodisi govedo ali drobnica, GOSPODOVO je že.

²⁷And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

²⁷Ako pa je od nečiste živine, naj se odkupi po cenitvi tvoji in se pridene peti del povrh; in če se ne odkupi, naj to prodado po cenitvi tvoji.

²⁸Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

²⁸Ali vsaka posvečena reč, ki bi jo kdo z zaroto posvetil GOSPODU od vsega, kar je njegovega, bodisi iz ljudi ali iz živine ali ž njive posesti njegove, se ne sme prodati in ne odkupiti; karkoli je z zaroto posvečenega, presveto je GOSPODU.

²⁹None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

²⁹Vse posvečeno, kar se izmed ljudi z zaroto posveti, se ne sme odkupiti: mora se usmrtiti.

³⁰And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.

³⁰In vse desetine zemlje, od semena njive in od sadja dreves, so GOSPODOVE: sveto je GOSPODU.

³¹And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

³¹Ako pa kdo hoče odkupiti kaj svojih desetin, naj pridene tega peti del.

³²And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

³²In vse desetine od govedi in drobnice, od vsega, kar hodi pod pastirjevo palico, deseto bodi sveto GOSPODU;

³³He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

³³ni treba gledati, je li dobro ali slabo, tudi naj se ne zamenja; in če se vendarle zameni, bodi tisto sveto in zamena njegova sveta: ne sme se odkupiti.To so zapovedi, ki jih je GOSPOD zapovedal Mojzesu za sinove Izraelove na gori Sinaju.

³⁴These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
