⁵Greh svoj sem ti razodel in krivice svoje nisem prikril; dejal sem: Izpovedam se prestopkov svojih GOSPODU. In ti si odpustil krivdo mojega greha. (Sela.)

⁶For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

⁶Zato naj te ponižno prosi vsak pobožni ob času, ko te lahko najde; zares, ko pride povodenj velikih vodá, njega ne doseže.

⁷Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

⁹Ne bodite kakor konj, kakor mezeg brez razuma, ki jima je z uzdo in vajetom, njiju opravo, brzdati gobec, sicer se ti ne pokorita.

¹⁰Mnoge bolečine zadenejo brezbožnika; kdor pa stavi upanje v GOSPODA, njega obdaja milost.Veselite se v GOSPODU in radujte, pravični, in glasno pojte vsi, ki ste pravega srca.
