¹Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

¹ПАВЛӮС, бандаи Исои Масеҳ, ҳаввории даъватшуда ва барои башорати Худо интихобгардида,

²(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)

²Ки онро Худо пещтар, ба воситаи анбиёи Худ, дар Навиштаҳои муқаддас ваъда карда буд

³Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

³Дар бораи Писари Худ, ки ба ҳасби ҷисм аз насли Довуд таваллуд шудааст,

⁴And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

⁴Ва ба ҳасби рӯҳи қудсият, ба воситаи эҳьё шуданащ аз мурдагон, чун Писари Худо маълум шудааст, яъне дар бораи Худованди мо Исои Масеҳ,

⁵By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

⁵Ки ба воситаи Ӯ мо файз ва ҳаввориятро пайдо кардаем, то ки ба хотири исми Ӯ ҳамаи ҳалқҳоро ба итоати имон дароварем,

⁶Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

⁶Ки дар миёни онҳо шумо низ даъватшудагони Исои Масеҳ ҳастсд, -

⁷To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

⁷Ба ҳамаи маҳбубони Худо, ки дар Рум ҳастед ва ба муқаддасй даъват шудаед, аз ҷониби Падари мо Худо ва Исои Масеҳи Худованд файз ва осоиштагй бар шумо бод.

⁸First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

⁸Пеш аз ҳама ба Худои худ ба воситаи Исои Масеҳ барои ҳамаи шумо шукр мегӯям, ки имони шумо дар тамоми ҷаҳон шуҳрат ёфтааст;

⁹For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

⁹Худое ки Ӯро дар башорати Писари Ӯ бо рӯҳи ҳуд ибодат мекунам, маро шоҳид аст, ки муттасил шуморо ба ёд меоварам

¹⁰Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

¹⁰Ва ҳамеша дар дуоҳои худ илтимос мекунам, ки иродаи Худо ягон вакт ба ман мусоидат намояд, ки назди шумо биёям.

¹¹For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;

¹¹Зеро ки хеле орзуманди дидани шумо мебошам, то ки як атои рӯҳоние, барои устувор шуданатон, ба шумо тақдим намоям,

¹²That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

¹²Яъне бо якҷоягии шумо аз имони умумиамон, аз имони шумо ва худам, тасаллӣ ёбам.

¹³Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

¹³Эй бародарон, намехоҳам бехабар бошед аз ин ки дафъаи бисьёр ният доштам назди шумо биёям, - лекин то кунун ҷизе ба ман монеъ мешуд, - то ки дар миёни шумо низ, монанди халқҳои дигар, самаре ҳосил кунам.

¹⁴I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

¹⁴Ман нисбат ба юнониён ва варвариён, нисбат ба оқилон ва ҷоҳилон, дайне ба гардан дорам;

¹⁵So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

¹⁵Пас, роғиби онам, ки ба шумо низ, ки дар Рум ҳастед, башорат диҳам.

¹⁶For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

¹⁶Зеро ки башорати Масеҳро ба худ ор намедонам, чунки он - қуввати Худост барои наҷоти ҳар як имондор: ҳам, аввалан, яҳудӣ ва ҳам юнонӣ.

¹⁷For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

¹⁷Зеро ки адолати Худо дар он аз имон ба имон зоҳир мешавад, чунон ки навишта шудааст: "Одил ба василаи имон хоҳад зист".

¹⁸For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

¹⁸Зеро ки ғазаби Худо аз осмон зоҳир мешавад бар ҳар гуна маъсият ва шарорати одамоне ки ростиро бо шарорат поймол мекунанд.

¹⁹Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

¹⁹Зеро ки он чи дар бораи Худо донистан мумкин аст, ба онҳо маълум аст, чунки Худо ба онҳо маълум кардааст;

²⁰For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

²⁰Зеро ки моҳияти нонамоёни Ӯ, яъне қуввати ҷовидонй ва Илоҳияти Ӯ, аз хилқати олам ба воситаи дидани офаридаҳояш ба назар намоён аст, бинобар ин онҳо ҳеҷ узре надоранд.

²¹Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

²¹Агарчи онҳо Худоро шиноҳта бошанд, Ӯро чун Худо ситоиш накарданд ва шукр нагуфтанд, балки хаёлоти онҳо ботил, ва дили бефаросаташон тира шуд:

²²Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

²²Бо вуҷуди он ки худашонро оқил номиданд, ақли худро гум карда,

²³And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

²³Ҷалоли Худои бефаноро ба сурате табдил доданд, ки ба одами фонй, ба мургон, чорпоён ва хазандагон монанд аст,

²⁴Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

²⁴Бинобар ин Худо онҳоро бо нафси шаҳвониашон ба нопокӣ гирифтор кард, ба тавре ки онҳо баданҳои худро бо ҳамдигар нангин карданд;

²⁵Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

²⁵Онҳо ростии Худоро ба дурӯғ иваз карданд ва парастишу ибодат карданд махлуқро ба ҷои Холиқе ки то абад муборак аст, омин.

²⁶For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

²⁶Аз ин сабаб Худо онҳоро ба ҳавасҳои нангин гирифтор кард: занони онҳо ҷимои табииро ба ҷимои ғайритабиӣ иваз карданд;

²⁷And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

²⁷Хамчунин мардон ҷимои табииро бо занон тарк карда, оташи шаҳваташон ба якдигар баланд шуд, ва мард бо мард ба кирдори нангин машгул шуда, сазои иштибоҳи худро дар вуҷуди худашон диданд.

²⁸And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

²⁸Ва азбаски онҳо Худоро бо ақли худ пшнохган нахостанд, Худо онҳоро ба афкори фосид гирифтор кард, то ки корҳои носазо кунанд,

²⁹Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

²⁹Бинобар ин онҳо аз ҳар гуна кизб, зино, макр, тамаъ ва кина, ҳамчунин аз ҳасад, қатл, ҷидол, фиреб ва бадҳӯӣ пур ҳастанд,

³⁰Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

³⁰Бадгап, тӯҳматчй, ҳудобадбин, дилозор, худсито, мағрур ва бадандеш ҳастанд, ба падару модарон итоат намекунанд,

³¹Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

³¹Беандеша, аҳдшикан, беилтифот, бадкина ва бераҳманд.

³²Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

³²Агарчи доварии Худоро медонанд, ки кунандагони чунин корҳо сазовори марганд, бо вуҷуди ин на фақат худашон ин корҳоро мекунанд, балки кунандагони дигарро низ таҳсин менамоянд.
