1And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,
1मग मला परमेश्वराचा संदेश मिळाला. तो म्हणाला,
2`Son of man, in the midst of the rebellious house thou art dwelling, that have eyes to see, and they have not seen; ears they have to hear, and they have not heard; for a rebellious house [are] they.
2“मानवपुत्रा, तू बंडखोर लोकांच्यात राहतोस. ते नेहमीच माझ्याविरुध्द जातात. मी त्यांच्याकरिता केलेल्या गोष्टी पाहण्यासाठी त्यांना डोळे आहेत. पण ते त्यांचा उपयोग करीत नाहीत. (ते ह्या गोष्टी पाहातच नाहीत.) मी करायला सागितलेल्या गोष्टी ऐकण्यासाठी त्यांना कान आहेत, पण ते माझ्या आज्ञा ऐकत नाहीत. का? कारण ते बंडखोर आहेत.
3And thou, son of man, make to thee vessels of removal, and remove by day before their eyes, and thou hast removed from thy place unto another place before their eyes, it may be they consider, for a rebellious house they [are].
3म्हणून, मानवपुत्रा, सामान बांध, देशी जात असल्याचे नाटक कर. लोक तुला पाहत असताना हे कर. कदाचित ते तुला पाहतील पण ते फार बंडखोर आहेत.
4And thou hast brought forth thy vessels as vessels of removal by day before their eyes, and thou, thou dost go forth at even before their eyes, as the goings forth of a removal.
4“तुझे सामान भरदिवसा बाहेर काढ म्हणजे लोकांना ते दिसू शकेल. संध्याकाळी, तू दूरच्या देशात कैदी म्हणून जात असल्याचे नाटक कर.
5Before their eyes dig for thee through the wall, and thou hast brought forth by it.
5लोक पाहात असतानाच भिंतीला एक भोक पाड आणि त्यातून पलिकडे जा.
6Before their eyes on the shoulder thou dost bear, in the darkness thou dost bring forth, thy face thou dost cover, and thou dost not see the earth, for a type I have given thee to the house of Israel.`
6रात्री सामान पाठीवर टाकून चालू लाग. तू कोठे जात आहेस हे दिसू नये म्हणून तोंड झाकून घे. लोक पाहू शकतील अशाच तऱ्हेने तू या गोष्टी केल्या पाहिजेस. का? कारण मी तुझा उपयोग करुन (तुझ्याकडून) इस्राएलच्या लोकांपुढे एक उदाहरण घालून देत आहे.”
7And I do so, as I have been commanded; my vessels I have brought forth as vessels of removal by day, and at even I have dug for me through the wall with the hand; in the darkness I have brought forth, on the shoulder I have borne away, before their eyes.
7म्हणून मी (यहेज्केलने) देवाच्या आज्ञेप्रमाणे सर्व केले. दिवसा मी माझे सामान बांधले व मी दूर देशी जात असल्याचे दाखविले. त्या दिवसाच्या सांध्याकाळी, मी हाताने भिंतीत भोक पाडले व रात्री सामान खांद्यावर टाकून गाव सोडले. सर्व लोक मला पाहत आहेत असे पाहूनच मी हे सर्व केले.
8And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, in the morning, saying,
8दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी, परमेश्वर माझ्याशी बोलला. तो म्हणाला,
9`Son of man, have they not said unto thee — the house of Israel — the rebellious house — What art thou doing?
9“मानवपुत्रा, तू काय करीत आहेस असे त्या इस्राएलच्या बंडखोर लोकांनी तुला विचारले का?
10say unto them, Thus said the Lord Jehovah: `The prince [is] this burden in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel who are in their midst.
10परमेश्वराने, त्यांच्या प्रभूने, त्यांना पुढील गोष्टी सांगितल्या आहेत असे त्यांना सांग. हा दु:खद संदेश यरुशलेमच्या नेत्यांबद्दल आणि इस्राएलमध्ये राहणाऱ्या सर्व लोकांबद्दल आहे.
11Say: I [am] your type; as I have done so it is done to them, into a removal, into a captivity, they do go.
11त्यांना सांग, ‘मी (यहेज्केल) तुम्हा लोकांसाठी एक उदाहरण आहे. मी केलेल्या सर्व गोष्टी खरे, म्हणजे तुमच्याबाबतीत घडणार आहेत.’ तुम्हाला खरोखरच कैदी म्हणून दूरच्या देशांत जाणे भाग पडेल.
12As to the prince who [is] in their midst, on the shoulder he beareth in the darkness, and he goeth forth, through the wall they dig to bring forth by it, his face he covereth, that he may not look on the very surface of the land.
12मग तुमचा नेता भिंतीला खिंडार पाडेल व रात्रीच्या वेळी गुपचूपपणे पसार होईल. लोकांनी ओळखू नये म्हणून तो आपला चेहरा झाकून घेईल. जाताना तो काहीही बघू शकणार नाही.
13And I have spread My net for him, and he hath been caught in My snare, and I have brought him in to Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans, and it he doth not see — and there doth he die.
13तो पळून जायचा प्रयत्न करील पण मी (देव) त्याला पकडीन. तो माझ्या सापळ्यात अडकला जाईल. मी त्याला बाबेलमध्ये, खास्द्यांच्या देशात आणीन. पण त्याला कोठे नेले जात आहे, हे तो पाहू शकणार नाही. शत्रू त्याचे डोळे काढून त्याला आंधळा करतील. मग तो तेथेच मरेल.
14`And all who are round about him to help him, and all his bands, I do scatter to every wind, and a sword I draw out after them.
14मी राजाच्या माणसांना इस्राएलच्या भोवतालच्या परक्या देशांमधून राहण्यास भाग पाडीन, व त्याचे सैन्य वाऱ्यावर सोडीन. शत्रूचे सैनिक त्यांचा पाठलाग करतील.
15And they have known that I [am] Jehovah, in My scattering them among nations, and I have spread them through lands;
15मग त्या लोकांना मीच देव आहे हे कळेल. मीच त्यांना राष्ट्रां - राष्ट्रांतून विखुरले हे त्यांना कळून चुकेल. मी त्यांना सक्तीने दुसऱ्या देशांत जायला लावले, हे त्यांना समजेल.
16and I have left of them, a few in number, from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence, so that they recount all their abominations among the nations whither they have come, and they have known that I [am] Jehovah.`
16“पण मी काही लोकांना जिवंत राहू देईन. ते रोगराईने वा उपासमारीने अथवा तलवारीने मरणार नाहीत. त्यांनी माझ्याविरुद्ध ज्या भयंकर गोष्टी केल्या, त्या इतरांना ह्या लोकांनी सांगाव्या, म्हणून मी त्यांना जिवंत ठेवीन. मग मीच परमेश्वर आहे हे समजेल.”
17And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,
17मग परमेश्वराचा संदेश मला मिळाला. तो म्हणाला,
18`Son of man, thy bread in haste thou dost eat, and thy water with trembling and with fear thou dost drink;
18“मानवपुत्रा, तू फार घाबरल्याचे नाटक कर. जेवताना तू थरथर कापले पाहिजेस. तू काळजीत असल्याचे दाखव. पाणी पितानाही भ्याल्याचे सोंग कर.
19and thou hast said unto the people of the land, Thus said the Lord Jehovah concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem, concerning the land of Israel: Their bread with fear they do eat, and their water with astonishment drink, because its land is desolate, because of its fulness, because of the violence of all who are dwelling in it.
19सामान्य माणसांना तू हे सांगितले पाहिजेस ‘यरुशलेममध्ये व इस्राएलच्या इतर भागांत राहणाऱ्या लोकांना परमेश्वर, आमचा प्रभू, पुढील गोष्टी सांगतो. खाता-पिताना तुम्ही काळजीने व भयाने पछाडले जाल. का? कारण तुमच्या देशातील सर्व गोष्टींचा नाश होईल. तेथे राहणाऱ्या सर्वांशी शत्रू अत्यंत क्रूरपणे वागेल.
20And the cities that are inhabited are laid waste, and the land is a desolation, and ye have known that I [am] Jehovah.`
20“आता तुमच्या गावांत खूप लोक राहात आहेत. पण त्या सर्व गावांचा नाश होईल. तुमच्या संपूर्ण देशाचाच नाश होईल. मगच ‘मीच परमेश्वर आहे’ हे तुमच्या लक्षात येईल.”
21And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,
21मग परमेश्वराचे शब्द मला ऐकू आले. तो म्हणाला,
22`Son of man, what [is] this simile to you, concerning the land of Israel, saying, Prolonged are the days, and perished hath every vision?
22“मानवपुत्रा, इस्राएल देशाबद्दल लोक पुढील गीत का म्हणतात? संकटे लवकर येणार नाहीत. दृष्टान्त खरे होणार नाहीत.
23therefore say unto them: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: I have caused this simile to cease, And they use it not as a simile again in Israel, But speak to them: Drawn near have the days, And spoken hath every vision.
23“परमेश्वर, त्यांचा प्रभू, हे गीत बंद करील’ असे त्यांना सांग. ह्या पुढे ते इस्राएलबद्दल असे काही म्हणणार नाहीत. त्याऐवजी ते पुढील गीत म्हणतील. ‘लवकरच संकटे येतील दृष्टान्त खरे ठरतील.’
24For there is no more any vain vision, and flattering divination, In the midst of the house of Israel.
24“ह्या पुढे इस्राएलला खोटे दृष्टान्त दिसणार नाहीत, हे मात्र अगदी खरे आहे. खोटेनाटे सांगणारे जादूगार तेथे असणार नाहीत.
25For I [am] Jehovah, I speak, The word that I speak — it is done, It is not prolonged any more, For, in your days, O rebellious house, I speak a word, and I have done it, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.`
25का? कारण मी परमेश्वर आहे. माझ्या मनाप्रमाणे मी सांगतो व तेच घडेल. मी त्यास विलंब होऊ देणार नाही. संकटे वेगाने येत आहेत. तुमच्याच आयुष्यात ती येतील. बंडखोरांनो, मी जे म्हणतो, ते घडवून आणतो.” परमेश्वर, माझा प्रभू, असे म्हणाला.
26And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying:
26नंतर मला पुन्हा परमेश्वराचे शब्द ऐकू आले. तो म्हणाला,
27`Son of man, lo, the house of Israel are saying, The vision that he is seeing [is] for many days, and of times far off he is prophesying,
27“मानवपुत्रा, तुला झालेला दृष्टान्त प्रत्यक्षात यायला खूप अवधी आहे असे इस्राएलच्या लोकांना वाटते. येथून पुढे अनेक वर्षांनी घडणाऱ्या गोष्टींबद्दल तू बोलत आहेस, असा त्यांचा समज आहे.
28therefore say unto them: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: None of my words are prolonged any more, When I speak a word — it is done, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah!`
28म्हणून तू त्यांना ह्या गोष्टी सांगितल्या पाहिजेस. ‘परमेश्वर, माझा प्रभू, म्हणतो, मी या पुढे अजिबात उशीर करणार नाही. मी जे घडेल असे म्हणतो, ते घडेलच.” देव, माझा प्रभू, असे म्हणाला.
