1[A Psalm] of David. Bless Jehovah, O my soul; And all that is within me, [bless] his holy name.
1 1 I Ddafydd.0 Fy enaid, bendithia'r ARGLWYDD, a'r cyfan sydd ynof ei enw sanctaidd.
2Bless Jehovah, O my soul, And forget not all his benefits:
2 Fy enaid, bendithia'r ARGLWYDD, a phaid ag anghofio'i holl ddoniau:
3Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases;
3 ef sy'n maddau fy holl gamweddau, yn iach�u fy holl afiechyd;
4Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
4 ef sy'n gwaredu fy mywyd o'r pwll, ac yn fy nghoroni � chariad a thrugaredd;
5Who satisfieth thy desire with good things, [So that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle.
5 ef sy'n fy nigoni � daioni dros fy holl ddyddiau i adnewyddu fy ieuenctid fel eryr.
6Jehovah executeth righteous acts, And judgments for all that are oppressed.
6 Y mae'r ARGLWYDD yn gweithredu cyfiawnder a barn i'r holl rai gorthrymedig.
7He made known his ways unto Moses, His doings unto the children of Israel.
7 Dysgodd ei ffyrdd i Moses, a'i weithredoedd i blant Israel.
8Jehovah is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness.
8 Trugarog a graslon yw'r ARGLWYDD, araf i ddigio a llawn ffyddlondeb.
9He will not always chide; Neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
9 Nid yw'n ceryddu'n ddiddiwedd, nac yn meithrin ei ddicter am byth.
10He hath not dealt with us after our sins, Nor rewarded us after our iniquities.
10 Ni wnaeth � ni yn �l ein pechodau, ac ni thalodd i ni yn �l ein camweddau.
11For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is his lovingkindness toward them that fear him.
11 Oherwydd fel y mae'r nefoedd uwchben y ddaear, y mae ei gariad ef dros y rhai sy'n ei ofni;
12As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
12 cyn belled ag y mae'r dwyrain o'r gorllewin y pellhaodd ein pechodau oddi wrthym.
13Like as a father pitieth his children, So Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.
13 Fel y mae tad yn tosturio wrth ei blant, felly y tosturia'r ARGLWYDD wrth y rhai sy'n ei ofni.
14For he knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust.
14 Oherwydd y mae ef yn gwybod ein deunydd, yn cofio mai llwch ydym.
15As for man, his days are as grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
15 Y mae dyddiau dyn fel glaswelltyn; y mae'n blodeuo fel blodeuyn y maes �
16For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; And the place thereof shall know it no more.
16 pan �'r gwynt drosto fe ddiflanna, ac nid yw ei le'n ei adnabod mwyach.
17But the lovingkindness of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, And his righteousness unto children's children;
17 Ond y mae ffyddlondeb yr ARGLWYDD o dragwyddoldeb hyd dragwyddoldeb ar y rhai sy'n ei ofni, a'i gyfiawnder i blant eu plant,
18To such as keep his covenant, And to those that remember his precepts to do them.
18 i'r rhai sy'n cadw ei gyfamod, yn cofio'i orchmynion ac yn ufuddhau.
19Jehovah hath established his throne in the heavens; And his kingdom ruleth over all.
19 Gosododd yr ARGLWYDD ei orsedd yn y nefoedd, ac y mae ei frenhiniaeth ef yn rheoli pob peth.
20Bless Jehovah, ye his angels, That are mighty in strength, that fulfil his word, Hearkening unto the voice of his word.
20 Bendithiwch yr ARGLWYDD, ei angylion, y rhai cedyrn sy'n gwneud ei air, ac yn ufuddhau i'w eiriau.
21Bless Jehovah, all ye his hosts, Ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
21 Bendithiwch yr ARGLWYDD, ei holl luoedd, ei weision sy'n gwneud ei ewyllys.
22Bless Jehovah, all ye his works, In all places of his dominion: Bless Jehovah, O my soul.
22 Bendithiwch yr ARGLWYDD, ei holl weithredoedd, ym mhob man o dan ei lywodraeth. Fy enaid, bendithia'r ARGLWYDD.
