1A Psalm of David. Jehovah is my shepherd; I shall not want.
1Psalmo de David. La Eternulo estas mia pasxtisto; mi mankon ne havos.
2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside still waters.
2Sur verdaj herbejoj Li ripozigas min, Apud trankvilaj akvoj Li kondukas min.
3He restoreth my soul: He guideth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
3Li kvietigas mian animon; Li kondukas min laux vojo de la vero, pro Sia nomo.
4Yea, thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
4Ecx kiam mi iros tra valo de densa mallumo, Mi ne timos malbonon, cxar Vi estas kun mi; Via bastono kaj apogigxilo trankviligos min.
5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup runneth over.
5Vi kovras por mi tablon antaux miaj malamikoj; Vi sxmiris per oleo mian kapon, mia pokalo estas plenigita.
6Surely goodness and lovingkindness shall follow me all the days of my life; And I shall dwell in the house of Jehovah for ever.
6Nur bono kaj favoro sekvos min en la dauxro de mia tuta vivo; Kaj mi restos en la domo de la Eternulo eterne.
