¹A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, hath spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.

¹Psalmo de Asaf. Dio de la dioj, la Eternulo, ekparolis, Kaj vokis la teron de la sunlevigxo gxis la sunsubiro.

²Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.

²El Cion, la perfektajxo de beleco, Dio ekbrilis.

³Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence: A fire devoureth before him, And it is very tempestuous round about him.

³Nia Dio venas kaj ne silentas; Fajro ekstermanta estas antaux Li, CXirkaux Li estas granda ventego.

⁴He calleth to the heavens above, And to the earth, that he may judge his people:

⁴Li vokas la cxielon supre kaj la teron, Por jugxi Sian popolon:

⁵Gather my saints together unto me, Those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

⁵Kolektu al Mi Miajn fidelulojn, Kiuj faris kun Mi interligon cxe oferdono.

⁶And the heavens shall declare his righteousness; For God is judge himself. Selah

⁶Kaj la cxielo proklamis Lian justecon, CXar Dio estas tiu jugxanto. Sela.

⁷Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, [even] thy God.

⁷Auxskultu, ho Mia popolo, kaj Mi parolos; Ho Izrael, Mi atestos pri vi; Mi estas Dio, via Dio.

⁸I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices; And thy burnt-offerings are continually before me.

⁸Ne pro viaj oferdonoj Mi vin riprocxos, CXar viaj bruloferoj estas cxiam antaux Mi.

⁹I will take no bullock out of thy house, Nor he-goats out of thy folds.

⁹Mi ne prenos el via domo bovidon, Nek el viaj kortoj kaprojn:

¹⁰For every beast of the forest is mine, And the cattle upon a thousand hills.

¹⁰CXar al Mi apartenas cxiuj bestoj en la arbaroj, Miloj da brutoj sur la montoj;

¹¹I know all the birds of the mountains; And the wild beasts of the field are mine.

¹¹Mi konas cxiujn birdojn sur la montoj, Kaj cxiuj bestoj de la kampoj estas antaux Mi.

¹²If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; For the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

¹²Se Mi farigxus malsata, Mi ne dirus al vi, CXar al Mi apartenas la mondo, kaj cxio, kio gxin plenigas.

¹³Will I eat the flesh of bulls, Or drink the blood of goats?

¹³CXu Mi mangxas viandon de bovoj, Kaj cxu Mi trinkas sangon de kaproj?

¹⁴Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; And pay thy vows unto the Most High:

¹⁴Oferdonu al Dio dankon, Kaj plenumu antaux la Plejaltulo viajn promesojn.

¹⁵And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

¹⁵Voku Min en la tago de mizero; Mi vin liberigos, kaj vi Min gloros.

¹⁶But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, And that thou hast taken my covenant in thy mouth,

¹⁶Sed al la malpiulo Dio diris: Por kio vi parolas pri Miaj legxoj Kaj portas Mian interligon en via busxo,

¹⁷Seeing thou hatest instruction, And castest my words behind thee?

¹⁷Dum vi malamas moralinstruon Kaj jxetas Miajn vortojn malantauxen de vi?

¹⁸When thou sawest a thief, thou consentedst with him, And hast been partaker with adulterers.

¹⁸Kiam vi vidas sxteliston, vi aligxas al li, Kaj kun adultuloj vi estas partoprenanto;

¹⁹Thou givest thy mouth to evil, And thy tongue frameth deceit.

¹⁹Vian busxon vi uzas por malbono, Kaj via lango plektas falsajxon;

²⁰Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; Thou slanderest thine own mother's son.

²⁰Vi sidas kaj parolas kontraux via frato, Pri la filo de via patrino vi kalumnias.

²¹These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such a one as thyself: [But] I will reprove thee, and set [them] in order before thine eyes.

²¹Tion vi faris, kaj Mi silentis; Kaj vi pensis, ke Mi estas tia, kiel vi. Mi punos vin, kaj Mi metos cxion antaux viajn okulojn.

²²Now consider this, ye that forget God, Lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver:

²²Komprenu cxi tion, vi, kiuj forgesas Dion; Alie Mi dissxiros, kaj neniu savos.

²³Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifieth me; And to him that ordereth his way [aright] Will I show the salvation of God.

²³Kiu oferdonas dankon, tiu Min honoras; Kaj kiu estas singarda en la vojo, Al tiu Mi aperigos Dian helpon.
