1Oh give thanks unto Jehovah, call upon his name; Make known among the peoples his doings.
1(104:1) Славьте Господа; призывайте имя Его; возвещайте в народах дела Его;
2Sing unto him, sing praises unto him; Talk ye of all his marvelous works.
2(104:2) воспойте Ему и пойте Ему; поведайте о всех чудесах Его.
3Glory ye in his holy name: Let the heart of them rejoice that seek Jehovah.
3(104:3) Хвалитесь именем Его святым; да веселится сердце ищущих Господа.
4Seek ye Jehovah and his strength; Seek his face evermore.
4(104:4) Ищите Господа и силы Его, ищите лица Его всегда.
5Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, His wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,
5(104:5) Воспоминайте чудеса Его, которые сотворил, знамения Его и суды уст Его,
6O ye seed of Abraham his servant, Ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
6(104:6) вы, семя Авраамово, рабы Его, сыны Иакова, избранные Его.
7He is Jehovah our God: His judgments are in all the earth.
7(104:7) Он Господь Бог наш: по всей земле суды Его.
8He hath remembered his covenant for ever, The word which he commanded to a thousand generations,
8(104:8) Вечно помнит завет Свой, слово, которое заповедал втысячу родов,
9[The covenant] which he made with Abraham, And his oath unto Isaac,
9(104:9) которое завещал Аврааму, и клятву Свою Исааку,
10And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant,
10(104:10) и поставил то Иакову в закон и Израилю в завет вечный,
11Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, The lot of your inheritance;
11(104:11) говоря: „тебе дам землю Ханаанскую в удел наследия вашего".
12When they were but a few men in number, Yea, very few, and sojourners in it.
12(104:12) Когда их было еще мало числом, очень мало, и они были пришельцами в ней
13And they went about from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people.
13(104:13) и переходили от народа к народу, из царства к иному племени,
14He suffered no man to do them wrong; Yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,
14(104:14) никому не позволял обижать их и возбранял о них царям:
15[Saying], Touch not mine anointed ones, And do my prophets no harm.
15(104:15) „не прикасайтесь к помазанным Моим, и пророкам Моим не делайтезла".
16And he called for a famine upon the land; He brake the whole staff of bread.
16(104:16) И призвал голод на землю; всякий стебель хлебный истребил.
17He sent a man before them; Joseph was sold for a servant:
17(104:17) Послал пред ними человека: в рабы продан был Иосиф.
18His feet they hurt with fetters: He was laid in [chains of] iron,
18(104:18) Стеснили оковами ноги его; в железо вошла душа его,
19Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of Jehovah tried him.
19(104:19) доколе исполнилось слово Его: слово Господне испытало его.
20The king sent and loosed him; Even the ruler of peoples, and let him go free.
20(104:20) Послал царь, и разрешил его владетель народов и освободил его;
21He made him lord of his house, And ruler of all his substance;
21(104:21) поставил его господином над домом своим и правителем над всем владением своим,
22To bind his princes at his pleasure, And teach his elders wisdom.
22(104:22) чтобы он наставлял вельмож его по своей душе и старейшин его учил мудрости.
23Israel also came into Egypt; And Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
23(104:23) Тогда пришел Израиль в Египет, и переселился Иаков в землю Хамову.
24And he increased his people greatly, And made them stronger than their adversaries.
24(104:24) И весьма размножил Бог народ Свой и сделал его сильнее врагов его.
25He turned their heart to hate his people, To deal subtly with his servants.
25(104:25) Возбудил в сердце их ненависть против народа Его и ухищрение против рабов Его.
26He sent Moses his servant, [And] Aaron whom he had chosen.
26(104:26) Послал Моисея, раба Своего, Аарона, которого избрал.
27They set among them his signs, And wonders in the land of Ham.
27(104:27) Они показали между ними слова знамений Его и чудеса Его в земле Хамовой.
28He sent darkness, and made it dark; And they rebelled not against his words.
28(104:28) Послал тьму и сделал мрак,и не воспротивились слову Его.
29He turned their waters into blood, And slew their fish.
29(104:29) Преложил воду их в кровь, и уморил рыбу их.
30Their land swarmed with frogs In the chambers of their kings.
30(104:30) Земля их произвела множество жаб даже вспальне царей их.
31He spake, and there came swarms of flies, And lice in all their borders.
31(104:31) Он сказал, и пришли разные насекомые, скнипы во все пределыих.
32He gave them hail for rain, [And] flaming fire in their land.
32(104:32) Вместо дождя послал на них град, палящий огонь на землю их,
33He smote their vines also and their fig-trees, And brake the trees of their borders.
33(104:33) и побил виноград их и смоковницы их, и сокрушил дерева впределах их.
34He spake, and the locust came, And the grasshopper, and that without number,
34(104:34) Сказал, и пришла саранча и гусеницы без числа;
35And did eat up every herb in their land, And did eat up the fruit of their ground.
35(104:35) и съели всю траву на земле их, и съели плоды на полях их.
36He smote also all the first-born in their land, The chief of all their strength.
36(104:36) И поразил всякого первенца в земле их, начатки всей силы их.
37And he brought them forth with silver and gold; And there was not one feeble person among his tribes.
37(104:37) И вывел Израильтян с серебром и золотом, и не было в коленах их болящего.
38Egypt was glad when they departed; For the fear of them had fallen upon them.
38(104:38) Обрадовался Египет исшествию их; ибо страх от них напал на него.
39He spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to give light in the night.
39(104:39) Простер облако в покров им и огонь, чтобы светить им ночью.
40They asked, and he brought quails, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
40(104:40) Просили, и Он послал перепелов, и хлебом небесным насыщал их.
41He opened the rock, and waters gushed out; They ran in the dry places [like] a river.
41(104:41) Разверз камень, и потекли воды, потеклирекою по местам сухим,
42For he remembered his holy word, [And] Abraham his servant.
42(104:42) ибо вспомнил Он святое слово Свое к Аврааму, рабу Своему,
43And he brought forth his people with joy, [And] his chosen with singing.
43(104:43) и вывел народ Свой в радости, избранных Своих в веселии,
44And he gave them the lands of the nations; And they took the labor of the peoples in possession:
44(104:44) и дал им земли народов, и они наследовали труд иноплеменных,
45That they might keep his statutes, And observe his laws. Praise ye Jehovah.
45(104:45) чтобы соблюдали уставы Его и хранили законы Его. Аллилуия! Аллилуия.
