¹ईसू कहेस, मइँ तोहसे सच्ची बात बतावत अहउँ कि जउऩ मनई भेड़िन क बाड़े मँ दरवाजा स न घुसिके कउनो अउर रस्ते स घुसत ह तउ, उ चोर अहइ, लुटेरा अहइ।

¹ “Most certainly, I tell you, one who doesn’t enter by the door into the sheep fold, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

²मुला जउन मनई दरवाजे स घुसत ह, उ भेड़िन क चरवाहा अहइ।

² But one who enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

³दरवाजे क रखवाला ओकरे बरे दरवाजा खोल देत ह, अउर भेड़न क ओकर आवाज सुनत हीं। अपनी भेड़िन क नाउँ लेइ लेइ पुकारत ह अउर ओऩका बाड़े स बाहर निकारत ह।

³ The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out.

⁴जब उ आपन सब भेड़ निकार लेत ह तउ ओऩके आगे-आगे चलत ह अउर भेड़िन सब ओका पिछुआय लेति हीं, काहेकि उ ओकर आवाज पहिचानात हीं।

⁴ Whenever he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.

⁵भेड़ कबहूँ कउनो अजनबी मनई क नाहीं पिछुआय लेतिन। ओसे उ दूर भागत हीं, काहेकि उ अजनबी क आवाज नाहीं पहिचनतिन।”

⁵ They will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him; for they don’t know the voice of strangers.”

⁶ईसू नजीर देइके ओऩका सबका समझावा चाहत चाहत रहा, मुला ओन सबकी समझ मँ इ बात नाहीं आइ कि ईसू ओऩका बतावत अहइ।

⁶Jesus spoke this parable to them, but they didn’t understand what he was telling them.

⁷तब ईसू ओनसे फिन कहेस, “मइँ तोहका सच्ची सच्ची बात बतावत अहउँ, कि भेड़िन क बरे दरवाजा मइँ अहउँ।

⁷Jesus therefore said to them again, “Most certainly, I tell you, I am the sheep’s door.

⁸उ सबेन्ह जउन मोसे पहिले आइ रहेन, चोर अउर लुटेरा अहइँ। मुला भेड़िन ओनके बात नाहीं सुनिन।

⁸ All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep didn’t listen to them.

⁹मइँ दरवाजा अहउँ। जदि कउनो मोसे होइके भीतर घुसइ चाहत ह, तउ ओकर बचाव होइ, उ अन्दर जाइ सकत ह अउर बाहर जाइ सकत ह अउर ओका चारागाह मिल जाई।

⁹ I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture.

¹⁰चोर केवल चोरी करइ क बरे, कतल करइ क बरे अउर सत्यानास करइ क बरे आवत ह। मुला मइँ इ बरे आइ अहउँ कि सब मनई भरपूर जिन्नगी पाइ सकइँ।

¹⁰ The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.

¹¹मइँ अच्छा चरवाहा अहउँ। नीक चरवाहा भेड़िन क बरे आपन जान तक देइ देत ह।

¹¹ I am the good shepherd. Isaiah 40:11; Ezekiel 34:11-12,15,22 The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

¹²मुला जउन केराए क मजदूर होत ह, उ चरवाहा न होइ क कारण, भेड़िया क आवत देखिके भेड़िन क छाँड़िके भाग जात ह, काहेकि उ भेड़ ओकर तउ रहत नाहीं। भेड़िया ओनके ऊपर हमला कइके ओनका छितराय देत ह।

¹² He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who doesn’t own the sheep, sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep, and flees. The wolf snatches the sheep, and scatters them.

¹³इ बरे भाग जात ह, काहेकि उ रोजमरर्ा की मजूरी पर काम करत ह अउर ओका भेड़िन क गिन क कउनो परवाह नाहीं रहत।

¹³ The hired hand flees because he is a hired hand, and doesn’t care for the sheep.

¹⁴ I am the good shepherd. I know my own, and I’m known by my own;

¹⁵ even as the Father knows me, and I know the Father. I lay down my life for the sheep.

¹⁶मोर अउर भेड़िन अहइँ जउन इ बाड़ा क न अहीं। मोका ओनहूँ क लियावइ क अहइ। ओनहूँ मोर आवाज सुनिहइँ अउर इहइ बाड़ा मँ आइके एकट्ठी होइ जइहीं। फिन एक भेड़िन क समूह क एक चरवाहा रही।

¹⁶ I have other sheep, which are not of this fold. Isaiah 56:8 I must bring them also, and they will hear my voice. They will become one flock with one shepherd.

¹⁷परमपिता मोसे इहइ बरे पिरेम करत ह काहेकि मइँ आपन जान देइ देइत ह। मइँ आपन जिन्नगी इ बरे दइ देइत ह जइसे मइँ एका फिन पाइ जाई। कउनो हमसे ऍका लइ नाहीं लेत

¹⁷ Therefore the Father loves me, because I lay down my life, Isaiah 53:7-8 that I may take it again.

¹⁸मइँ खुदइ अपनी इच्छा स ऍका दइ देइत ह। मोका ऍका फिन वापस लेइ क अधिकार भी अहइ। इ आदेस मोका परमपिता स मिला अहइ।”

¹⁸ No one takes it away from me, but I lay it down by myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. I received this commandment from my Father.”

¹⁹एन सब्दन सुनिके यहूदियन मँ फिन स फूट पैदा होइ गइ।

¹⁹Therefore a division arose again among the Jews because of these words.

²⁰बहुत इ कहइ लागेन, “इ तउ पगलाइ गवा अहइ। एकरे ऊपर कउनो बुरी दुस्ट आतिमा सवार अहइ। तू सबेन्ह काहे बरे एका सुनत अहा।”

²⁰Many of them said, “He has a demon, and is insane! Why do you listen to him?”

²¹दूसर कछू मनई कहइ लागेन, “इ सब्दन अइसे मनई क नाहीं होइ सकत जेकरे ऊपर दुस्ट आतिमा सवार होइ। कउनो दुस्ट आतिमा कबहूँ कउनो आँधर क आँखी नाहीं दइ सकत।”

²¹Others said, “These are not the sayings of one possessed by a demon. It isn’t possible for a demon to open the eyes of the blind, is it?” Exodus 4:11

²²फिन यरुसलेम मँ समर्पण क त्यौहार आइ गवा। जाड़ा का दिन रहा।

²²It was the Feast of the Dedication The “Feast of the Dedication” is the Greek name for “Hanukkah,” a celebration of the rededication of the Temple. at Jerusalem.

²³ईसू मन्दिर मँ सुलैमान क दलान मँ ठहरत रहा।

²³It was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple, in Solomon’s porch.

²⁴उहइ समइ यहूदियन ओकाा घेर लिहेन अउर कहेन, “तू हमका सबेन्ह का कब तलक परेसान करत रहब्या? जदि तू मसीह अह्या तउ साफ साफ बतावा।”

²⁴The Jews therefore came around him and said to him, “How long will you hold us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.”

²⁵ईसू जवाब दिहेस, “मइँ तोहका बताइ चुका अहउँ अउर तू बिसवास नाहीं करत अहा। उ सबइ काम जउन मइँ पिता क नाउँ प करत अहउँ, खुदइ मोर साच्छी अहइँ।

²⁵Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you don’t believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name, these testify about me.

²⁶मुला तू सबेन्ह बिसवास नाहीं करत अहा, काहेकि तू पचे मोरी भेड़िन मँ स न अह्या।

²⁶ But you don’t believe, because you are not of my sheep, as I told you.

²⁷मोर भेड़ मोर आवाज पहिचानत ही अउर मइँ ओनका जानित अहउँ। उ सबइ मोरे पीछे पीछे चलत हीं अउर मइँ ओनका पहिचानित ह।

²⁷ My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

²⁸उ सबइ मोरे पीछे पीछे चलत थीं अउर मइँ ओनका अनन्त जीवन देइत ह। ओनकइ कबहूँ नास नाहीं होतइ, अउर न तउ केहू ओनका मोसे छीन पाई।

²⁸ I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

²⁹मोर परमपिता ओन सबन क दिहे अहइ, जउन सबसे महान अहइ। ओनका मोरे परमपिता स कउनो भी नाहीं छीन सकत।

²⁹ My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand.

³⁰मोर परमपिता अउर मइँ दुइनउँ एक अही।”

³⁰ I and the Father are one.”

³¹फिन यहूदियन ईसू क मारइ क बरे पाथर उठाइ लिहन।

³¹Therefore Jews took up stones again to stone him.

³²ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “अपने परमपिता क तरफ स मइँ तू पचे क बहुत नीक नीक कारज देखाएउँ। ओहमाँ स कउने काम क एवज मँ तू सबेन्ह मोका पत्थर मारइ चाहत अहा?”

³²Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from my Father. For which of those works do you stone me?”

³³यहूदियन जवाब दिहेन, “हम पचे तोहरे ओन सभी नीक काम बरे पाथर नाहीं मारत अही, मुला इ बरे अइसा करत अही कि तू परमेस्सर क अपमान करे अहा अउर मनई होत भए खुदइ क परमेस्सर कहत अहा।”

³³The Jews answered him, “We don’t stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy: because you, being a man, make yourself God.”

³⁴ईसू जवाब दिहेस, “का इ तोहरे व्यवस्था मँ नाहीं लिखा अहइ, ‘मइँ कहेउँ कि तू सब जने परमेस्सर अह्या?’

³⁴Jesus answered them, “Isn’t it written in your law, ‘I said, you are gods?’ Psalm 82:6

³⁵का हियाँ परमेस्सर ओनका नाहीं कहा ग अहइ जेनका परमेस्सर क सन्देस मिल चुका बाटइ? (अउर पवित्तर सास्तर क बात काटी नाहीं जाइ सकत)

³⁵ If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture can’t be broken),

³⁶का तू परमेस्सर क अपमान करत अहा ओकरे बरे कहत अहा, जेका परमपिता इ दुनिया मँ अर्पण कइके भेजे अहइ, केवल इ बरे कि मइँ इ कहेउँ, ‘मइँ परमेस्सर क पूत अहउँ?”

³⁶ do you say of him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God?’

³⁷जदि मइँ अपने परमपिता क कारज नाहीं करत अहउँ तउ मोर बिसवास जिन करा,

³⁷ If I don’t do the works of my Father, don’t believe me.

³⁸मुला जदि मइँ अपने परमपिता क कारज करत अहउँ, अउर तू मोर बिसवास नाहीं करत अहा, तउ मोरे कारण बिसवास करा जइसे कि तू इ जानि सका कि पिता मोरे अन्दर अहइ अउर मइँ अपने पिता मँ अहउँ।”

³⁸ But if I do them, though you don’t believe me, believe the works; that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

³⁹इ सुनि क यहूदी एक बार फिन ओका बन्दी बनावइ क कोसिस किहेन मुला ईसू ओनके हाथ स निकरि गवा।

³⁹They sought again to seize him, and he went out of their hand.

⁴⁰ईसू फिन हुआँ स हट कर यरदन क दूसरे पार उ जगह चला गवा जहाँ प यूहन्ना बपतिस्मा देत रहा। ईसू हुवाँ ठहरा,

⁴⁰He went away again beyond the Jordan into the place where John was baptizing at first, and there he stayed.

⁴¹तमाम मनई ओकरे पास आएन अउर कहइ लगेन, “यूहन्ना कउनो अद्भुत कारज नाहीं करेस मुला इ मनई क बारे मँ जउऩ कछू कहे रहा, उ बिल्कुल सही निकरा।”

⁴¹Many came to him. They said, “John indeed did no sign, but everything that John said about this man is true.”

⁴²फिन हुवाँ तमाम मनई ईसू मँ बिसवास करइ लागेन।

⁴²Many believed in him there.
