1But Saul, still breathing threats and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest,
2Ya jagagao catta, para Damasco gui sinagoga, para yaguin jasoda jaye güine na Jinanaoña, masqueseaja, laje pat palaoan, siña ucone preso para Jerusalem.
2and asked for letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
3Ya y jinanaoña, susede na matogüe jijot Damasco; ya enseguidas manina gui oriyaña y candet guinen y langet;
3As he traveled, it happened that he got close to Damascus, and suddenly a light from the sky shone around him.
4Ya podonggüe gui jilo oda, ya jajungog y inagang na ilegña nu güiya: Saulo, Saulo, sa jafa na unpetsisiguejayo?
4He fell on the earth, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”
5Ya ilegña: Jaye jao Señot? ya ilegña: Guajo si Jesus ni y unpetsisigue:
5He said, “Who are you, Lord?” The Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
6Lao cajulo ya janao falag y siuda, ya ayonae unmasangane jafa unfatinas.
6 But rise up, and enter into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”
7Ya y taotao sija ni y mangachochongña manojgue ya taya cuentosñija; jajujungogja y inagang, lao taya taotao liniiñija.
7The men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the sound, but seeing no one.
8Ya si Saulo cajulo guinin y jilo oda; ya anae mababa y atadogña taya jalie, lao mamantiene canaeña, ya macone guato Damasco.
8Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened, he saw no one. They led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.
9Ya sumaga güije tres na jaane, ni manatan, yan ni chumocho, yan ni gumimen.
9He was without sight for three days, and neither ate nor drank.
10¶ Ya estaba güije un disipulo guiya Damasco, na y naanña si Ananias; sa güiya sinangane ni y Señot gui vision, ilegña: Ananias; ya güiya ilegña: Estagüiyajayo Señot.
10Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias. The Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias!” He said, “Behold, it’s me, Lord.”
11Ya y Señot ilegña nu güiya: Cajulo ya janao falag y caye ni y mafanaan tunas, ya unaligao y guima Judas, uno na y naanña Saulo, taotao Tarso, sa estagüe na mananaetae,
11The Lord said to him, “Arise, and go to the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judah for one named Saul, a man of Tarsus. For behold, he is praying,
12Ya guinin jalie gui vision un taotao na y naanña si Ananias, na mato ya japolo y canaeña guiya güiya para uninafanlie.
12 and in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in, and laying his hands on him, that he might receive his sight.”
13Ya si Ananias, manope ilegña: Señot, megae jujungog ni este na taotao, na megae na taelaye finatinasña gui mañantosmo guiya Jerusalem.
13But Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he did to your saints at Jerusalem.

14Here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on your name.”

15But the Lord said to him, “Go your way, for he is my chosen vessel to bear my name before the nations and kings, and the children of Israel.
16Sa guajo fumanue güe cuanto mandangculon güinaja, na janesesita umasapet pot y naanjo.
16 For I will show him how many things he must suffer for my name’s sake.”
17Ya si Ananias jumanao, ya jumalom gui guima; ya japolo y canaeña guiya güiya, ilegña: Chelujo Saulo, y Señot as Jesus ni y mato guiya jago gui chalan anae mamamaela jao, jatagoyo para usiña unlie, yan unbula ni y Espiritu Santo.
17Ananias departed, and entered into the house. Laying his hands on him, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord, who appeared to you on the road by which you came, has sent me, that you may receive your sight, and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

18Immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight. He arose and was baptized.

19He took food and was strengthened. Saul stayed several days with the disciples who were at Damascus.
20¶ Ya enseguidas japredica gui sinagoga na si Jesus güiya y Lajin Yuus.
20Immediately in the synagogues he proclaimed the Christ, that he is the Son of God.
21Lao todo y jumungog güe, ninafanmanman ya ilegñija: Ada ti este ayo y yumulang ayo sija y umagang este na naan guiya Jerusalem? ya guinin mato güine pot enao na jinaso, para ucone ya ugode guato gui magas mamale.
21All who heard him were amazed, and said, “Isn’t this he who in Jerusalem made havoc of those who called on this name? And he had come here intending to bring them bound before the chief priests!”
22Lao si Saulo lumalametgotja, yan janafangadon y Judio sija ni y mañasaga Damasco, sa jafanue na este si Cristo.
22But Saul increased more in strength, and confounded the Jews who lived at Damascus, proving that this is the Christ.
23¶ Ya anae manmalofan megae na jaane, mandaña y Judio sija para umapuno güe.
23When many days were fulfilled, the Jews conspired together to kill him,

24but their plot became known to Saul. They watched the gates both day and night that they might kill him,

25but his disciples took him by night, and let him down through the wall, lowering him in a basket.
26¶ Ya anae mato güe Jerusalem, malago na udañae y disipulo sija; lao sija manmaañao nu güiya, ya ti majonggue na disipulo güe.
26When Saul had come to Jerusalem, he tried to join himself to the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.
27Lao quinene as Barnabé guato gui disipulo sija, ya jasangane sija jaftaemano y liniiña ni y Señot gui chalan ya jacuentuse nu güiya, ya jaftaemano manpredica matatnga si Saulo güiya Damasco ni y naan Jesus.
27But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how at Damascus he had preached boldly in the name of Jesus.
28Ya mañisijaja manjuyong yan manjalom guiya Jerusalem.
28He was with them entering into Jerusalem,
29Ya japredica matatnga ni y naan Señot Jesus: ya jasangan managuaguat yan y Helenista sija; lao maquequepunoja güe nu sija.
29preaching boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus. He spoke and disputed against the Hellenists, but they were seeking to kill him.
30Ya anae matungo ni y mañelo, macone güe para Sesarea, ya matago para Tarso.
30When the brothers knew it, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him off to Tarsus.
31¶ Ya mangaepas todo y iglesia sija guiya Judea, yan Galilea, yan Samaria, ya manmamanagüe, ya manmamomocat gui minaañao as Señot, yan y minagof y Espiritu Santo, lumamegae.
31So the assemblies throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace, and were built up. They were multiplied, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

32It happened, as Peter went throughout all those parts, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lydda.

33There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years, because he was paralyzed.
34Ya ilegña si Pedro nu güiya: Eneas, si Jesucristo unninajomlo: cajulo ya unfamauleg y camamo. Ya enseguidas cajulo.
34Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and make your bed!” Immediately he arose.
35Ya todo y mañasaga guiya Lyyda yan. Saron, malie güe; ya jabira sija para y Señot.
35All who lived at Lydda and in Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.
36¶ Ya guaja un disipulo guiya Joppe, na y naanña Tabita: na comequeilegña Dorcas; este na palaoan bula manmauleg na chocho, yan limosna sija ni y finatinasña.
36Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which when translated, means Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and acts of mercy which she did.
37Ya ayo sija na jaane, mumalango, ya matae; ya anae munjayan mafagase, mapolo gui aposento gui san jilo.
37It happened in those days that she fell sick, and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room.
38Ya como jijot Lydda guiya Joppe, ya majungog ni y disipulo sija na gaegue güije si Pedro, matago dos taotao para iya güiya, para umagagao: munga atrasao na ufato guiya jame.
38As Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to them.
39Ayonae cajulo si Pedro, ya jumanao mañisija. Ya anae matogüe, macone guato gui aposento gui san jilo; ya todo y manbiuda manotojgue gui oriyaña ya manatanges ya mafanue ni y magago sija ni y finatinas Dorcas anae manisija.
39Peter got up and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper room. All the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.

40Peter put them all out, and kneeled down and prayed. Turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

41He gave her his hand, and raised her up. Calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.
42Ya matungo todo guiya Joppe; ya megae manmanjonggue ni y Señot.
42And it became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed in the Lord.
43Ya susede na sumaga si Pedro guiya Joppe megae na jaane gui guima un taotao na y naanña si Simon titumo.
43It happened, that he stayed many days in Joppa with one Simon, a tanner.
