1{To the chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David: to bring to remembrance.} Make haste, O God, to deliver me; Jehovah, [hasten] to my help.
2O Bože, spasi me, Jahve, u pomoć mi pohitaj!
2Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion that seek after my soul; let them be turned backward and confounded that take pleasure in mine adversity;
3Nek' se postide i smetu svi koji mi o glavi rade! Nek' odstupe i nek' se posrame koji se nesreći mojoj raduju!
3Let them turn back because of their shame that say, Aha! Aha!
4Nek' uzmaknu u sramoti svojoj koji zlurado na me grohoću!
4Let all those that seek thee be glad and rejoice in thee, and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified!
5Neka kliču i nek' se vesele u tebi svi koji tebe traže! Neka govore svagda: "Velik je Bog!" svi koji spasenje tvoje ljube!
5But I am afflicted and needy: make haste unto me, O God. Thou art my help and my deliverer: O Jehovah, make no delay.
6A bijedan sam ja i nevoljan, o Bože, u pomoć mi pohitaj! Ti si pomoć moja i spasitelj; Jahve, ne kasni!
