1 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Aaron, "Byddi di, dy feibion a'th deulu yn atebol am y troseddau a wneir yn erbyn y cysegr, ond ti a'th feibion yn unig fydd yn atebol am y troseddau a wneir yn erbyn yr offeiriadaeth.
1Yahweh said to Aaron, “You and your sons and your fathers’ house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.
2 Gad i'th frodyr o dylwyth Lefi, sef tylwyth dy dad, ymuno � thi a gweini arnat pan fyddi di a'th feibion o flaen pabell y dystiolaeth.
2Your brothers also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, bring near with you, that they may be joined to you, and minister to you: but you and your sons with you shall be before the tent of the testimony.
3 Hwy fydd yn gofalu amdanat ac am holl waith y babell, ond nid ydynt i ddynesu at lestri'r cysegr nac at yr allor rhag iddynt hwy, a chwithau, farw.
3They shall keep your commands, and the duty of all the Tent: only they shall not come near to the vessels of the sanctuary and to the altar, that they not die, neither they, nor you.
4 Gad iddynt ymuno � thi i oruchwylio holl wasanaeth pabell y cyfarfod, ond paid � gadael i neb arall ddod yn agos atat.
4They shall be joined to you, and keep the responsibility of the Tent of Meeting, for all the service of the Tent: and a stranger shall not come near to you.
5 Chwi eich hunain fydd yn gofalu am waith y cysegr a'r allor, rhag i ddigofaint ddod eto ar bobl Israel.
5“You shall perform the duty of the sanctuary, and the duty of the altar; that there be no more wrath on the children of Israel.
6 Edrych, yr wyf wedi dewis dy frodyr, y Lefiaid, o blith pobl Israel, a'u rhoi i ti; y maent wedi eu neilltuo i'r ARGLWYDD i wasanaethu ym mhabell y cyfarfod.
6I, behold, I have taken your brothers the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you they are a gift, given to Yahweh, to do the service of the Tent of Meeting.
7 Fel offeiriaid, yr wyt ti a'th feibion i ofalu am bopeth sy'n ymwneud �'r allor, a phopeth oddi mewn i'r llen; dyna fydd eich gwasanaeth chwi. Yr wyf yn rhoi'r gwasanaeth offeiriadol yn rhodd i chwi, a bydd farw pwy bynnag arall a ddaw'n agos."
7You and your sons with you shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and for that within the veil; and you shall serve: I give you the priesthood as a service of gift: and the stranger who comes near shall be put to death.”
8 Yna dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Aaron, "Edrych, yr wyf wedi rhoi yn dy ofal hefyd yr offrymau a gyflwynir imi; yr wyf yn rhoi holl bethau cysegredig pobl Israel i ti ac i'th feibion yn gyfran arbennig am byth.
8Yahweh spoke to Aaron, “I, behold, I have given you the command of my wave offerings, even all the holy things of the children of Israel; to you have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to your sons, as a portion forever.
9 Dyma fydd yn eiddo iti o'r pethau mwyaf cysegredig a arbedwyd rhag y t�n: pob offrwm o eiddo'r Israeliaid a gyflwynir imi, yn fwydoffrwm, yn offrwm dros bechod neu'n aberth dros gamwedd; bydd yn gysegredig iawn gennyt ti a'th feibion.
9This shall be yours of the most holy things from the fire: every offering of theirs, even every meal offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render to me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.
10 Yr wyt i'w fwyta yn y lle mwyaf sanctaidd; caiff pob gwryw fwyta ohono, a bydd yn gysegredig gennyt.
10You shall eat of it like the most holy things. Every male shall eat of it. It shall be holy to you.
11 Bydd hyn hefyd yn eiddo iti: y rhan a neilltuir o'r holl roddion a gyflwynir gan bobl Israel yn offrymau cyhwfan; fe'i rhoddais i ti ac i'th feibion a'th ferched am byth; caiff pob un sy'n l�n yn dy du375? fwyta ohoni.
11“This is yours, too: the wave offering of their gift, even all the wave offerings of the children of Israel. I have given them to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, as a portion forever. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it.
12 Rhoddaf iti hefyd y gorau o'r holl olew, gwin ac u375?d a gyflwynir yn flaenffrwyth i'r ARGLWYDD.
12“All the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first fruits of them which they give to Yahweh, to you have I given them.
13 Bydd holl flaenffrwyth eu tir a gyflwynir i'r ARGLWYDD yn eiddo iti, a chaiff pob un sy'n l�n yn dy du375? fwyta ohono.
13The first-ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to Yahweh, shall be yours; everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it.
14 Bydd yr holl bethau diofryd yn Israel hefyd yn eiddo i ti.
14“Everything devoted in Israel shall be yours.
15 Bydd y cyntaf a ddaw allan o'r groth ac a offrymir i'r ARGLWYDD, yn ddyn neu anifail, yn eiddo i ti; ond yr wyt i brynu'n �l y plentyn cyntafanedig o'r bobl, a'r cyntafanedig o bob anifail aflan.
15Everything that opens the womb, of all flesh which they offer to Yahweh, both of man and animal shall be yours: nevertheless you shall surely redeem the firstborn of man, and you shall redeem the firstborn of unclean animals.
16 Yr wyt i'w prynu'n �l yn fis oed, a thalu'r t�l penodedig o bum sicl o arian, yn �l sicl y cysegr, sy'n pwyso ugain gera.
16You shall redeem those who are to be redeemed of them from a month old, according to your estimation, for five shekels of money, after the shekel of the sanctuary (the same is twenty gerahs).
17 Ond nid wyt i brynu'n �l y cyntafanedig o ych, na dafad na gafr, oherwydd y maent hwy'n gysegredig. Yr wyt i daenellu eu gwaed ar yr allor, a llosgi'r braster yn offrwm trwy d�n, yn arogl peraidd i'r ARGLWYDD;
17“But you shall not redeem the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat. They are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and shall burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
18 ond bydd eu cig yn eiddo i ti, fel y mae'r frest a chwifir, a'r glun dde, yn eiddo i ti.
18Their flesh shall be yours, as the wave offering breast and as the right thigh, it shall be yours.
19 Rhoddaf i ti ac i'th feibion a'th ferched am byth yr holl offrymau sanctaidd a gyflwynir gan bobl Israel i'r ARGLWYDD; bydd hyn yn gyfamod halen am byth gerbron yr ARGLWYDD i ti a'th ddisgynyddion gyda thi."
19All the wave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to Yahweh, have I given you, and your sons and your daughters with you, as a portion forever: it is a covenant of salt forever before Yahweh to you and to your seed with you.”
20 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD hefyd wrth Aaron, "Ni chei di etifeddiaeth yn eu tir na chyfran yn eu mysg; myfi yw dy gyfran di a'th etifeddiaeth ymysg pobl Israel.
20Yahweh said to Aaron, “You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel.
21 "Yr wyf yn rhoi yn etifeddiaeth i'r Lefiaid bob degwm yn Israel, yn d�l am eu gwasanaeth ym mhabell y cyfarfod.
21“To the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the Tent of Meeting.
22 Nid yw'r Israeliaid mwyach i ddynesu at babell y cyfarfod, neu byddant yn atebol am eu pechod ac yn marw.
22Henceforth the children of Israel shall not come near the Tent of Meeting, lest they bear sin, and die.
23 Ond y mae'r Lefiaid i wasanaethu ym mhabell y cyfarfod, a byddant hwy'n atebol am eu camweddau; bydd hyn yn ddeddf dragwyddol trwy eich cenedlaethau. Ni fydd gan y Lefiaid etifeddiaeth ymhlith pobl Israel,
23But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations; and among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.
24 oherwydd fe roddaf yn etifeddiaeth iddynt hwy y degwm a gyflwynir gan bobl Israel yn offrwm i'r ARGLWYDD. Dyna pam y dywedais wrthynt na fydd ganddynt hwy etifeddiaeth ymhlith pobl Israel."
24For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a wave offering to Yahweh, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance: therefore I have said to them, ‘Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’”
25 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,
25Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
26 "Dywed hefyd wrth y Lefiaid, 'Pan gymerwch gan bobl Israel y degwm a roddais i chwi'n etifeddiaeth, yr ydych i gyflwyno ohono offrwm i'r ARGLWYDD, sef degwm o'r degwm.
26“Moreover you shall speak to the Levites, and tell them, ‘When you take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a wave offering of it for Yahweh, a tithe of the tithe.
27 Fe gyfrifir eich offrwm i chwi fel petai'n u375?d o'r llawr dyrnu neu'n sudd o'r gwinwryf.
27Your wave offering shall be reckoned to you, as though it were the grain of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the winepress.
28 Felly yr ydych chwithau hefyd i gyflwyno offrwm i'r ARGLWYDD o'r holl ddegymau a dderbyniwch gan bobl Israel, ac y mae'r hyn sy'n offrwm i'r ARGLWYDD i'w roi i Aaron yr offeiriad.
28Thus you also shall offer a wave offering to Yahweh of all your tithes, which you receive of the children of Israel; and of it you shall give Yahweh’s wave offering to Aaron the priest.
29 Yr ydych i offrymu'n offrwm i'r ARGLWYDD y gorau a'r mwyaf sanctaidd o'r cyfan a dderbyniwch.'
29Out of all your gifts you shall offer every wave offering of Yahweh, of all its best, even the holy part of it out of it.’
30 Dywed wrthynt hefyd, 'Wedi ichwi offrymu'r gorau ohono, cyfrifir y gweddill i'r Lefiaid fel petai'n gynnyrch y llawr dyrnu a'r gwinwryf;
30“Therefore you shall tell them, ‘When you heave its best from it, then it shall be reckoned to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the winepress.
31 cewch chwi a'ch teulu ei fwyta mewn unrhyw le, oherwydd dyma eich t�l am eich gwasanaeth ym mhabell y cyfarfod.
31You shall eat it in every place, you and your households: for it is your reward in return for your service in the Tent of Meeting.
32 Wedi ichwi offrymu'r gorau ohono, ni fyddwch yn atebol am unrhyw bechod o'i herwydd, ac ni fyddwch yn halogi pethau cysegredig pobl Israel. Felly, ni fyddwch farw.'"
32You shall bear no sin by reason of it, when you have heaved from it its best: and you shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that you not die.’”
