Psalms

120

1{A Song of degrees.} In my trouble I called unto Jehovah, and he answered me.
1Ka mangbatna ah Toupa ka sama, huchiin aman hondawng hi.
2Jehovah, deliver my soul from the lying lip, from the deceitful tongue.
2Toupa aw, muk juautheite lakah leh lei mi khemhat lakah ka hinna humbit in.
3What shall be given unto thee, what shall be added unto thee, thou deceitful tongue?
3Nang lei khemhat, na kiangah bang a honpia ding ua, bang a honbehlap ding ua?
4Sharp arrows of a mighty one, with burning coals of broom-wood.
4Mi hat thal zumtakte, Juniper sing lingte toh.
5Woe is me, that I sojourn in Meshech, that I dwell among the tents of Kedar!
5Mashekte gama ka om leh Kedarte puanin laka ka om ka tung a gik hi.
6My soul hath long dwelt with them that hate peace.
6Ka hinnain lemna hote kiangah sawtpi omna a neita hi.Ken kituah ka uta; himahleh thu ka gen takin kidou a ut nak uhi.
7I [am for] peace; but when I speak, *they* [are] for war.
7Ken kituah ka uta; himahleh thu ka gen takin kidou a ut nak uhi.
